What problems is Rocket.Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Rocket.Chat is omnichannel which means we can solve everything in one single screen. It cuts down on constant switching between apps, makes collaboration smoother between my teams, and gives us peace of mind because we can fully control our data. Our daily life is much more easier. What do you like best about Rocket.Chat?

I like Rocket.Chat for its self-hostable aspect, which offers good security. The UI is pretty user-friendly, making it easier for communication. I find that it helps with easier compliance. Additionally, the self-hostable feature is pretty cool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sharing Is extremely easy via Rocket chat"

What do you like best about Rocket.Chat?

It is easy to implement, and it provides multiple chat channel's supports which can be used for small group of team or even for a large number of group members, user can easily share information using rocket chat , we are able to share information between groups or team. It can be used frequently multiple times a day for communication or sharing information between teams, its easy to integrate with any application, easily usable with clean user interface. What do you dislike about Rocket.Chat?

You cannot attach documents to rocket chat, sometimes chat servers get crashing which cause outage which cause no access of chat channels to user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rocket.Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a large number of team and it's a headache to share information in real time to the team, so Rocket Chat is one solution we get which helps us and provides us a solution. By using Rocket Chat, we can now easily share information such as messages, instructions, guidance to the teams or sharing images with instructions in more detail instantly and the team can communicate and easily perform tasks. Rocket Chat also helps us to improve our business. Calling to share information between teams is a headache; we needed to hire one calling person, now we don't need to hire, we just use Rocket Chat. Rocket chat had the voice message option but it was removed. Could it be reinstated or I will have to ask my company because it might be a case it was restricted by them?
