"X-Ray Insights Into My Email List That Boosted Profitability and Sales"
What do you like best about RightMessage?

RightMessage gave me x-ray vision into my email list. It allowed me to learn exactly who is on my email list, what they need help with, and what's important to them. What do you dislike about RightMessage?

There is a lot you can do with it. It does take a lot of focus if you want to max out it's potential. There's an 80/20 factor here, obviously, and most people will get huge results from basic segmentation and personalization. But it is a deep, robust tool that takes some strategic thinking. "Innovative Segmentation with a Learning Curve"
What do you like best about RightMessage?

Everyone tells marketers and business owners that they should segment their database. But it's always been difficult to figure out how to do it. RightMessage does the 'how' of segmentation. I like that RightMessage is very practical. You can survey your website visitors, get information about them, launch that survey quickly, and then sync that data back to your specific CRM. It's the only off-the-shelf company I've come across that solves the segmentation problem. The main feature we've used is the lead capture tool, and then using the information we collect to change the copy on the website so that the right user sees the right copy on the website. What do you dislike about RightMessage?

The thing you need to understand about RightMessage is that there is a steep learning curve if you are going to do it the right way. You need to first define what your segments are, create a survey and create questions to define those segments, and then you need to understand how you are going to use segmentation data on the website. Coming up with all this is simple once you know. But it takes a while to figure out the strategy. So if you are going to get ALL the value from RightMessage you need to be prepared for the learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RightMessage?

I like how easy it is to use RightMessage and get it up and running. The pace of improvement over the past year with new features has been stunning. What do you dislike about RightMessage?

I've run into a few user experience things that have been confusing but RightMessage support has been very helpful. The workflow builder had some confusingly named options - I wasn't sure how to get the output I wanted. What do you like best about RightMessage?

I like that the best feature of RightMessage is Brennan's responsiveness with support questions, bug fixes, and introducing new features. "Great tool to build a popup CTA widget for websites."
What do you like best about RightMessage?

We are currently using rightmessage to create CTA popup widgets on our website. So far so good. We would need to embed rightmessage code in to our website and the code is light and clean. So it doesn't affect the load time. afterall, it is just a popup. With the popup, we are able to collect emails and as well as display message and announcement. It can either be a popup, a full screen, a sidebar or even embed it within the article in between the paragraph. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RightMessage?

We are currently using the limited rightbar plan which has been discontinued and comes with limited feature. So far, all is good, but if were to mentioned a disadvantage of it, we would say the pricing as the upgrade to the next plan start from $79 for an extra feature.
