**What do you like best about RightMessage?**

RightMessage gave me x-ray vision into my email list. It allowed me to learn exactly who is on my email list, what they need help with, and what's important to them. These insights have already helped me increase profitability. And the personalization feature has helped me increase sales, as well.

**What do you dislike about RightMessage?**

There is a lot you can do with it. It does take a lot of focus if you want to max out it's potential. There's an 80/20 factor here, obviously, and most people will get huge results from basic segmentation and personalization. But it is a deep, robust tool that takes some strategic thinking.

**What problems is RightMessage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me explain the benefits of my products to different types of users, so they can see the value in what I'm selling. A lot of times, people have emailed me asking, "This looks interesting... but is it for someone like me?"

Now, I don't have people asking that. Because they've told me who they are... and I can write landing page and email variations that speak exactly to each individual prospect.

**What do you like best about RightMessage?**

I use RightMessage to segment and personalize my audience effectively. It helps me understand who my audience is at a subscriber level, providing useful data at a macro level and actionable personalization at a micro level. I love how it's a set-and-forget tool; once it's set up, I benefit from personalization indefinitely. Additionally, it syncs directly with my email service provider, Kit, which makes the process seamless.

**What do you dislike about RightMessage?**

The tool is so robust that sometimes I'm not even fully aware of what is possible. So it could have more tutorials or tooling to help me get the most out of the tool.

**What problems is RightMessage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RightMessage helps me understand my audience at a subscriber level, providing macro-level data and micro-level personalization. It allows me to make the right offers to the right subscribers at the right time, which ultimately increases both conversion and revenue.

**What do you like best about RightMessage?**

There are many features I've found to be useful for us so far, and I'm really enjoying using the personalization feature for our homepage to customize the hero experience to the user. I think support is incredibly helpful, I've used "Righty" a few times, but the clarity I received from reaching out to support was great!

**What do you dislike about RightMessage?**

Some of the functionality can be unintuitive, to me, but that seems to pass as I familiarize myself with it.

**What problems is RightMessage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RightMessage is solving our need for having several rotating hero components and instead allows us to have just one and use personalization to customize the experience for a specific user. We've recently just started using the platform to test small differences on pages, but I'm looking to start utilizing more complex A/B testing. I love that this is all housed in one platform.

**What do you like best about RightMessage?**

Everyone tells marketers and business owners that they should segment their database. But it's always been difficult to figure out how to do it. RightMessage does the 'how' of segmentation.   I like that RightMessage is very practical. You can survey your website visitors, get information about them, launch that survey quickly, and then sync that data back to your specific CRM. It's the only off-the-shelf company I've come across that solves the segmentation problem.   The main feature we've used is the lead capture tool, and then using the information we collect to change the copy on the website so that the right user sees the right copy on the website.

**What do you dislike about RightMessage?**

The thing you need to understand about RightMessage is that there is a steep learning curve if you are going to do it the right way. You need to first define what your segments are, create a survey and create questions to define those segments, and then you need to understand how you are going to use segmentation data on the website.   Coming up with all this is simple once you know. But it takes a while to figure out the strategy. So if you are going to get ALL the value from RightMessage you need to be prepared for the learning curve.

**What problems is RightMessage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Marketers and copy writers often need to write for everyone who might look at the website. But if you use RightMessage you can show a different set of words and images to a different customer. No One does it.

It helps us learn more about our audience and identify high-value readers.

When we set it up, it felt a bit tricky to get it to work right. We also only use one feature, a survey when someone signs up for our email list that tags them in ConvertKit.

**What problems is RightMessage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us see which of our new readers would likely be interested in our offers. We ask them questions, then tag them in ConvertKit, then serve them content via email that's relevant.

**What do you like best about RightMessage?**

I like how easy it is to use RightMessage and get it up and running. The pace of improvement over the past year with new features has been stunning. The platform does what it says it will, making it easy to survey users and show them personalized messaging.

**What do you dislike about RightMessage?**

I've run into a few user experience things that have been confusing but RightMessage support has been very helpful. The workflow builder had some confusingly named options - I wasn't sure how to get the output I wanted. I asked support and they pointed me in the direction I needed and also made some tweaks to the product (they agreed it could be more clear).

**What problems is RightMessage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use RightMessage to segment users on our website to understand their needs better and it helps us determine user expertise, which is crucial for our Scrum and agile training.

**What do you like best about RightMessage?**

I like that the best feature of RightMessage is Brennan's responsiveness with support questions, bug fixes, and introducing new features. If something isn't working or I'm confused, he's quick to help. This provides great support that adds value to my experience.

**What do you dislike about RightMessage?**

The more RightMessage can transition to using text as input and output to integrate with AI workflows, the better. This has already started.

**What problems is RightMessage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use RightMessage to ask relevant questions of my audience, tailoring choices for different needs like teachers versus administrators.

**What do you like best about RightMessage?**

We are currently using rightmessage to create CTA popup widgets on our website. So far so good. We would need to embed rightmessage code in to our website and the code is light and clean. So it doesn't affect the load time. afterall, it is just a popup. With the popup, we are able to collect emails and as well as display message and announcement. It can either be a popup, a full screen, a sidebar or even embed it within the article in between the paragraph.

**What do you dislike about RightMessage?**

We are currently using the limited rightbar plan which has been discontinued and comes with limited feature. So far, all is good, but if were to mentioned a disadvantage of it, we would say the pricing as the upgrade to the next plan start from $79 for an extra feature.

**Recommendations to others considering RightMessage:**

The tool starting price is high, I believe that the tool is good. Try it with their trial offer first.

**What problems is RightMessage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We would need to download and integrate a plugin into our website, with rightmessage, we could just embed the code into the head section of our website code and it doesn't really slow down the website too.

Makes it possible for us to collect new subscribers interests and send them personalized messaging and offers based on their interests and needs.

It serves intelligent popups, sliders, and other widgets, but unlike OptinMonster, we can't easily select a category of posts to include/exclude for the opt-in widgets

We have boosted the response rate of our emails... even with a relatively small list (~5000)
