I love how it's a set-and-forget tool; once it's set up, I benefit from personalization indefinitely. Additionally, it syncs directly with my email service provider, Kit, which makes the process seamless.

There are many features I've found to be useful for us so far, and I'm really enjoying using the personalization feature for our homepage to customize the hero experience to the user. I think support is incredibly helpful, I've used "Righty" a few times, but the clarity I received from reaching out to support was great!
