**What do you like best about RightBound?**

As someone working in sales enablement, I’m constantly looking for ways to streamline our outreach and make our reps' lives easier. Rightbound has honestly been one of the best tools we've plugged into our stack—especially when it comes to enriching data directly to HubSpot.

It’s simple, fast, and most importantly, EXTENSIVE. They literally have the biggest enrichment database available and it really gives you the confidence that what you are doing is to the max potential. 

I also love that it integrates natively with HubSpot. No messy imports/exports or extra workflows. Just clean enrichment that makes prospecting on the backend faster and more targeted.

If you’re in enablement or ops and supporting an outbound team, this tool is absolutely worth a look. It’s saved us hours per week and made a big difference in the quality and quantity of our pipeline.

Some of the interface can be tricky to master, its not super intuitive, but Jamie has been great at coaching me through it.

Rightbound has consistently provided my team with quality prospects for 3+ years. I work with Rightbound leads daily & they are easy to navigate, as they integrate with the other Sales tools we use (i.e. Salesloft). Our Rightbound support reps have always been great & helpful.

**What do you like best about RightBound?**

I love the ease of use when using the platform. I love the fact that you can target specific contacts and source their information or you can target a persona at a company level. This is enabled our sellers to be more stragtegic inside their account base. Highly Recommend.

The only thing I don't like about RB is that I didn't have it earlier!!

**What problems is RightBound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem that RightBound solves is finding contact information for key decision makers. They also solved the problem of fishing in the wrong pond, with their company level data around size and annual revenue etc.

**What do you like best about RightBound?**

One of the most time-consuming areas of SDRing is the effort that goes into finding prospects. 

As a once-off, it's easy but doesn't scale well. When trying to manually scale the effort, quality suffers. 

Enter RightBound-- you get prospecting at scale without compromising on quality. 

You log in and just go (calls, emails, social), b/s Rightbound already did the hard work!

- Somewhere between 10--15% of the leads either have bad data or aren't in the role that RB has them in.
- Hard to access data on how the emails are performing (send on my behalf)

- I have accelerated meetings booked with quality prospects
- I spend more time calling, emailing, and social selling and less time prepping to do those things
- We've learned more about our product-market fit quicker, competitive landscape quicker, and accelerated our outreach abilities by at least 50%
- Didn't have to hire another SDR (and RB is way more affordable than hiring someone)

**What do you like best about RightBound?**

Rightbound saves a lot of time and effort on researching accounts and doing the first 'warm up' phase of reaching out to prospects. They utilize best practices, measure results, and help direct us to optimize performance. They have become a significant part of our pipeline sourcing. In addition, they have a high-touch customer care team that is invested in our success. They have a fantastic response time to any questions.

**What do you dislike about RightBound?**

Not much really. Their platform continues to evolve over time, and options to get closer to warm leads are continuously introduced.

Consider when looking to save time prospecting and more time selling.

**What problems is RightBound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small growing company that is in need of all the good leads we can get. Rightbound helps us find more leads, but importantly they are more of the right leads. We have seen this new source become a consistent contributor to pipeline.

**What do you like best about RightBound?**

Rightbound is a great tool for driving leads to your team. It also functions as a way to get your name out there in the market. Since working with Rightbound we've seen an increase in leads and the number of prospects that we engage with that see us as a warm intro.

**What do you dislike about RightBound?**

Sometimes  the leads the come in from rightbound have a low intent. This could be because they are just looking to cash out the gift card or they could be not the most relevant titles.

**What problems is RightBound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rigthbound solves the problem of lead generation by generating a list of warm leads and allowing my team to easily prospect into them. It's benefited our team by increasing our reach.

The quality of the prospects lists being provided by Rightbound and the fact that me and my team don't have to invest days to produce Rightbound delivered volumes.  Further, I like the follow-up process and the CRM-like functionality within the RightBound platform.

It would be helpful to divide the RightBound prospects lists so that all contacts from a target company were assigned to one rep vs. multiple reps.

**Recommendations to others considering RightBound:**

If you are considering RightBound as a business solution and are hesitating, just do it! It works.

**What problems is RightBound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working with RightBound saves me and our team time in list production. Further, the quality of RightBound lists exceeds what we were producing ourselves. In short - a save time and money benefit.

**What do you like best about RightBound?**

RightBound team does a very good job being in constant communication to ensure we are targeting the right businesses. We are constantly analyzing results and optimizing. Some of the strongest prospects in my pipeline have been from warm leads generated by RightBound.

**What do you dislike about RightBound?**

Occasionally some engaged leads will come in  that are not qualified or outside of our ICP. However, the team is always very responsive and willing to make adjustments when needed.

**Recommendations to others considering RightBound:**

Make sure you are very focused and granular in terms of your ICP and making sure you are pointing RightBound in the right direction.

**What problems is RightBound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps take away a lot of the leg work associated with outbound prospecting. You can focus on your time on people who have already shown some level of interest, as opposed to having to start outreach and sourcing leads from scratch. Some of our best prospects and now clients have come from RightBound generated leads.

Righhtbound has a fantastic team combined with powerful technology that enables BDRs to invest their time wisely maximizing yield. The level of customer service is unparallel and the RB platform easy to work with and flexible enough to make targeting changes on the fly.

I wish there was a way to integrate more BDR email steps directly through the RB flow

**What problems is RightBound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to attack a larger portion of our addressable market leveraging the right amount of people and technology. The RB platform gives our BDR team a constant flow of intent-based leads that keeps them motivated and excited to start each day.

We've been able to increase our engagement rates and make connections with buyers that truly fit our ICP. The quality of data is top notch and the email testing platform allows us to test subject lines, intro sentences, calls to action, etc. Support is also incredible!

Can't think of anything specific at the moment.

**What problems is RightBound solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest problem before Rightbound was engagement rates and having such a large TAM that we didn't know where to target our efforts. We've been able to better canvas our TAM and know who to focus our efforts on from the BDR perspective.

I don't have a good understanding of how the technology works, and don't know if how we are interacting with the marketplace. Hopefully, nothing is going wrong

RightBound is a great tool to get quality leads consistency for your SDRs to work, it's essentially re-purposing the time they spend prospecting over to connecting with relevant leads in their territory.

RightBound requires the customer to have a clear understanding of their ICP. If the customer has a precise and targeted ICP, RIghtBound will be successful.
