RezMagic allowed us to successfully organize thousands of guest ticketing, lodging, packages, and other details for a huge conference. While I do not think it was the most efficient all of the time, I liked that it was pretty straightforward once you understood how most of it worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were some aspects of customization that I really wanted to be able to do and could not implement, and that was frustrating. We wanted to be able to add a certain type of commerce that we were doing separately, to streamline everything, but it proved to be more trouble than it was worth.
