**What do you like best about RezMagic?**

RezMagic allowed us to successfully organize thousands of guest ticketing, lodging, packages, and other details for a huge conference. While I do not think it was the most efficient all of the time, I liked that it was pretty straightforward once you understood how most of it worked. 

**What do you dislike about RezMagic?**

There were some aspects of customization that I really wanted to be able to do and could not implement, and that was frustrating. We wanted to be able to add a certain type of commerce that we were doing separately, to streamline everything, but it proved to be more trouble than it was worth. For example, we had an entirely different platform for coordinating volunteers that I would have loved to just combine, but it was not possible. 

**Recommendations to others considering RezMagic:**

While it takes a lot of internal doing, RezMagic is worth the trouble if you know how to speak its language. Be patient with it at first and it will get the job done. 

**What problems is RezMagic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RezMagic did allow us to easily implement different packages, price changes, etc, and easily pull up information when we were confirming with a customer on the phone. That created a good seamless system for our booking.

The software is very interesting because it gives you the ability to monitor the connectivity between people and the organization.

**What do you dislike about RezMagic?**

The understanding of the usage is not very immediate.

**What problems is RezMagic solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can manage the event and the bookings better
