RezMagic allowed us to successfully organize thousands of guest ticketing, lodging, packages, and other details for a huge conference. While I do not think it was the most efficient all of the time, I liked that it was pretty straightforward once you understood how most of it worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There were some aspects of customization that I really wanted to be able to do and could not implement, and that was frustrating. We wanted to be able to add a certain type of commerce that we were doing separately, to streamline everything, but it proved to be more trouble than it was worth. For example, we had an entirely different platform for coordinating volunteers that I would have loved to just combine, but it was not possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
