We started using ReviewShake around 3 years ago to replace our old provider, Grade US. We wanted a solution that was more cost-effective with all the same features. ReviewShake gave us this and more. There is not much to dislike about ReviewShake. If I had to pick one thing that I dislike it would be the current review widgets. However, they are adding new review widgets to enhance the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reviewshake makes it simple to generate positive online reviews for your business. The setup process was simple and we were able to start using it right away. My favorite part would have to be the level of customer service I have received from the team. They are very knowledgeable and attentive. I typically receive a response within 30 - 60 minutes, if not sooner. The system is pretty easy to use and it seems to work! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some downsides would include; The need to use zapier instead of having internal integration functionality to bring customer data in without the need for additional software. The other downside would be the limited options of landing page customization regarding the review buttons. I would love to use my own positive and negative icons for someone to click on. Lastly, deeper analytics on the clickthrough rates would be fantastic, and the ability to have a private feedback dashboard to keep track of private feedback that was recieved. Customer support is amazing! The platform is powerful but easy to use. There are a lot of features not available with competitors.
