We have now rebranded the platform as our own and a specialized solution to the niche that we serve. **What do you dislike about Reviewshake?** There is not much to dislike about ReviewShake. If I had to pick one thing that I dislike it would be the current review widgets. However, they are adding new review widgets to enhance the platform. **What problems is Reviewshake solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem we are solving for our clients with ReviewShake is growing their Google Reviews. They roll out frequent updates to the software to add features and other things. They are very knowledgeable and attentive. I typically receive a response within 30 - 60 minutes, if not sooner. The system is pretty easy to use and it seems to work! **What do you dislike about Reviewshake?** Some downsides would include; The need to use zapier instead of having internal integration functionality to bring customer data in without the need for additional software. The other downside would be the limited options of landing page customization regarding the review buttons. I would love to use my own positive and negative icons for someone to click on. The Customer support from the Reviewshake team has been awesome. Prompt, helpful replies make streamlining my business much easier. **What do you dislike about Reviewshake?** I wish that I could add merge fields for users so that requests could be more personalized. **What problems is Reviewshake solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been able to improve reviews by making it simple for each sales person to login and send requests to their sold customers immediately after the sale. What I really like is that the system follows up (not aggressively) but gentle reminders for the customers to leave the review. It is WAY more effective than a single text, phone call, or email. It also stays on brand and is consistent with what the dealership wants. Oh yeah, one more thing. By having the review sites open up directly to the "leave your review" section on the review sites it makes it super simple for the customer to quickly leave their review without the frustration of logging in. ### 13. I found it quite easy to set up a widget for my website and the reporting is clear. I also like the face that they send out invitations on my behalf without needing to create or set up an external mail server. While I have had few problems with using ReviewShake, when I did I contacted support and they responded in just a few hours. **What do you dislike about Reviewshake?** SMS is not included in the standard plan. It would be nice if they included at least a certain number of messages per month with the option to purchase more if necessary. **What problems is Reviewshake solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use ReviewShale to determine how well I serve my clients. Most of the time if someone isn't happy with your service or product they just won't complain and, instead, buy from someone else in the future. I've been using it now for about 13 months and the subsequent updates have been really good to see. I feel that the team is listing to my suggestions and bringing up updates in reasonable time frames. **What do you dislike about Reviewshake?** When first starting to use the product 13 months ago it was very cluncky but the updates in the last 12 months have smoothed most issues out. Still, they were offering a 50% discount off the price of transferred accounts so I fell for the offer which was supposed to be valid until the end of the month (Nov). I accepted the offer &created an account on Nov 30 only to be told after I sent them the competitor's invoice that they would not honor the pricing. I contested their decision because I DID in fact accept and sign up by the end of the month. Their business practices are questionable at best. Trust is important with these kinds of businesses because we're uploading client emails and other information Save time & aggravation and go with another company. **Recommendations to others considering Reviewshake:** There are other, better review services out there with a sound track record you can trust. I recommend seeking a different service. **What problems is Reviewshake solving and how is that benefiting you?** They did not honor their discount pricing offer even though I signed up by their deadline. They made this decision only after making me send an invoice from my current service provider (one of their competitors). We feel that we were clear that this was a Black Friday offer which expired at the end of November (2019), and that simply signing up for an account did not constitute locking that discount in. We had a lot of happy customers take advantage of this deal, and I'm sorry that this didn't work out for you. I'm not sure how sharing your invoice would make you feel scammed, but we are very sorry that you feel that way. We hope we can work with you in future. ### 26. Nothing about them is likeable. **Recommendations to others considering Reviewshake:** Don't use them and don't trust them with your business. **What problems is Reviewshake solving and how is that benefiting you?** I bought their lifetime deal 14 months ago and paid $245 and had redeemed my account. However, because the software was not ready, I decided to wait for a good 12 months before I could start using the platform. When I logged recently, I discovered that they had removed my purchase of lifetime deal from my account and claimed that I never redeemed which is utterly false. They own the source code and database and have full control over everything. Don't trust them with your business. **Official Response from Philip Kallberg:** > Hi Udit, I'm sorry that you feel this way, we don't want anyone to have a bad experience with us. As is standard practice with lifetime deals, our deal was clear that you needed to redeem your discount within a certain time period to lock that in, and I'm afraid you passed that by over 12 months.
