Retain Cloud Pricing Overview

I find Retain Cloud incredibly easy to use, both in setting up and in daily operations. It's very clear and straightforward to see who is doing what, which simplifies planning. Initially, Retain Cloud was also quite affordable. The flexibility in creating different plans based on specific areas is particularly nice, as it helps in organizing work efficiently. I found that while Retain Cloud is easy to set up and use, it can be quite limiting because it's a closed system. This makes it difficult to implement everything I aspire to accomplish. Additionally, connecting different values within the system is challenging due to its lack of openness. I also noticed that the pricing, which was initially very appealing, has increased over time, which is a downside. Moreover, I believe it would greatly benefit from being more customizable, especially within the report section, to better fit unique user needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
