
I like that respond.io allows me to communicate with my clients or potential clients through different channels like WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, and email, all centralized in one inbox. This facilitates communication and CRM-type control, allowing for more organized management without having to open different applications. What I like the most is that it is easy to use, it doesn't complicate you with technical things or API conditions. Moreover, the initial setup was super easy, in less than a day we had everything ready to answer our clients' frequently asked questions. It is undoubtedly the best tool there is. Well, I think that maybe the app sometimes doesn't notify, but I have solved it with some automations that are integrated with it, so, more than anything, the app could be improved just a little bit, but apart from that, everything works quite well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
