The workflow automation is powerful enough to handle lead qualification, routing, follow-ups, escalation rules, and handover between AI and human agents without breaking. They way they treated our team after payment issues, I spent hours on the phone to the bank teying to get them paid as their charges were suspicious and they were flagged. We sorted it and explained but we paid for the overdue invoice and explained the issue and they told us we paid for the period the account was frozen when the account was inactive. We explained but the account was inactive there should be no charge and we couldn't pay because there is something suspicious on their side, we just want what we paid for becaise the payment issie has caused us to waste a lot of time. They refused to help and kept the money and wanted us to pay for 3 months while only having received one month of the service.
