Another great addition is that you have easy access to the clients details from Respond.io, which makes cross referencing easy. Respond.io has a very responsive customer support system in place, they assisted me with prompt response when there was a brief issue with email syncing. I personally use respond.io on a daily basis, cannot use normal email anymore, I am too spoilt with respond.io! Easy to use platform, no hassle wit implementing new clients on the system.
