**What do you like best about Respona?**

What I like best about Respona is its contact finder with various databases, which provide accurate contacts. Its workflow is also sleek and user-friendly, making communication tracking so much easier with automated follow-ups. When we were using another approach, I would often be stuck manually finding contact information, and Respona completely eliminates the need for that. I also like that you can pull backlinks directly into outreach campaigns in Respona, no exports/imports are required, it's all in one place.

**What do you dislike about Respona?**

Using advanced operators in search engines could sometimes be confusing, but Respona offers plug-and-play templates so that we can simply insert keywords and it'll put them together for us.

**What problems is Respona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Respona is efficiently solving some, chiefly finding reliable contact information and managing opportunities for collaboration or promotion. It is a valuable tool for targeted outreach, making the process a whole lot easier and more streamlined. Its automation capability saves a lot of time and effort, allowing for better productivity and efficiency in my team. Despite some minor drawbacks, Respona's benefits certainly outweigh them.

**What do you like best about Respona?**

It significantly makes finding prospects easier with its content search engine, SEO metrics and real-time email verification. The easy access to company employee makes it more precise and reduces the chance of any misplaced emails. So, for example, we're doing link building and only looking for content managers, SEOs, other link builders - things of that nature. With Respona, you can just tell the tool to look for these exact employees, and it will. And there's also the option to switch to someone else if it doesn't find our desired employee, which increases success rates overall.

**What do you dislike about Respona?**

Even with the free onboarding session, it took me a couple of days to truly get the hang of the platform. But everyone else on the team seemed to get the hang of it quickly, so I may just have been used to our "old ways".

It has ensured quality in our outreach efforts, saving precious time we would have spent searching, verifying, and manually managing our emails.

**What do you like best about Respona?**

Respona tops my list for all-in-one outreach software. The prospecting tools are particularly powerful, especially the content and backlink search engine. The results come straight from Google (and Moz for backlinks), so they're accurate and relevant. And you can run a hundred searches at the same time, so I can't stress enough just how much time this can save you. Another part of prospecting it automates is the contact finder. It finds and verifies information in the background while I'm working on other campaigns, so I can keep a consistent workflow throughout the day.

**What do you dislike about Respona?**

The SEO metrics filters could be a bit more in-depth, but it's not a big deal. I can just connect our Semrush and use their filters instead.

**What problems is Respona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Respona, our problem of disjointed outreach campaigns is solved with its shared features. I believe this strategic organization translates directly to our success rate and it has greatly simplified my job while helping us to ensure that no opportunities are missed.

**What do you like best about Respona?**

I absolutely love the shared inbox. It saves me the trouble of switching between different tabs and manages everything in one place. I can also add tags to each conversation so I know exactly where I stand with each prospect without having to read through the actual thread. And this is on two levels - individual, and company-wide. So for example, I can have a tag on a company that they're interested in collaboration, but further tags on specific people within that company indicating who's the best to talk to for marketing, link building, etc.

**What do you dislike about Respona?**

However, the software can lag occasionally causing minor delays. It's only a few seconds at a time though, but still.

**What problems is Respona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Respona has been instrumental in solving our outreach campaign management. From finding the right collaborators to tracking the progress of our campaigns, Respona has made these processes a breeze and allowed us to focus more on doing better outreach, faster.

**What do you like best about Respona?**

I love the podcast search feature. It's very niche, but works great for us. I have yet to see another email outreach tool that can put you in touch with podcast owners so quickly. And when you do a podcast search, it already comes with pre-defined contacts that are pulled from listen notes, so you don't have to sit there and wait for emails to be found. It even pulls the podcast audio into the personalization stage so you don't even have to leave the tool to listen to it.

**What do you dislike about Respona?**

At times, I find the real-time email verification slow, and working on larger (several hundred emails big) campaigns seems to lag a little bit. I believe a speed upgrade could greatly enhance this, but it's not a dealbreaker.

Instead of juggling multiple tools and platforms, we have a one-stop solution, increasing our productivity and overall effectiveness in campaigns.

For me, it's the vast customization Respona offers. Powered by AI, it pulls a bunch of article snippets during personalization, which help me find a good way to personalize pitches faster. I don't even need to read the actual articles, it's all right there in the tool - and the pitches still end up looking like I actually read the content.

**What do you dislike about Respona?**

I wish there was a way to use this AI to completely automate personalization, without any of my input. Right now, I have to copy these snippets and slightly edit them to fit in the emails naturally. But that's a nitpick - the tool would pretty much do my entire job for me if that feature ever came out :)

It saves my time as it really meets the needs of a busy outreach team like ours, helping us save time and improve our overall results.

Respona is a remarkable tool for those involved in SEO and email outreach campaigns. It impresses me with its all-in-one functionality that eliminates the need for separate tools for link prospecting, email drafting and tracking. Bringing all these into one platform has certainly made our work less fragmented and more efficient.

Only that I didn't discover it sooner. Looking back on our old approach to link building, it' feels like we were wasting so much time on things that Respona now automates for us almost entirely.

Honestly, the list of things I like about Respona is lengthy. But it really all comes down to just how easy and effective everything is. It's easy to get started, and you can have your first campaigns running within an hour or two, and I really value that.

A more comprehensive in-tool tutorial would be beneficial. But the team offers a personalized onboarding, that covers everything, and you can save the recording of it.

Quick and detailed contact into of our potential prospects and the ease of personalization at scale has helped turn our pitches from generic asks for links to meaningful, human interactions. The result is a palpable increase in response rates and the effectiveness of our campaigns.

**What do you like best about Respona?**

The dashboard and account are insanely clear to use. Respona provides its users with a great variety of content and contact finding. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they have all the useful email templates and spa checks I need for my work. One more thing I am happy about is that they have a dedicated team who presented to me a detailed onboarding session and answered all my silly questions. Moreover, if I have any troubles, the support team answers fast.

**What do you dislike about Respona?**

If it is time to pay for your account, unfortunately, all the sections of Respona get blocked until you pay. You need to keep it in mind that you won't be able to check who of your team has the access to the account.

**What problems is Respona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Here I have some things to share. * I don't do spamming any more and my email doesn't get blocked because I sent a lot of letters at one time. I am a Partnership Manager and sometimes I need to send the same letter template to a lot of people. Now I can do that without any worries. *The process of finding any source is flexible and I can set extra tools to find what I need. *Also, if I don't need any help with looking for contacts or sources, I can just upload my own list and work with it inside Respona.

**What do you like best about Respona?**

Respona’s shared workspaces feature is great for team collaboration and it makes delegating work much smoother. The shared inbox makes managing 100+ active sender emails so much easier than having to click through them manually. Email health reports are nice too - since we send so many emails, it's really important for us to monitor blacklist status, domain reputation, etc. Moreover, the customer support is quick to respond and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Respona?**

The email template variables are a bit tricky to maneuver. Sometimes they don't populate properly, or populate wrong, so you have to manually double-check each email. But you need to add some human personalization in there anyway, so it doesn't take any time from you to just glance over the rest of the pitch.

With automated email sequences, contact databases, and unlimited users, our outreach has become more efficient and painless.

**What do you like best about Respona?**

We've been using Respona for a few months now and I'm really digging it.

I tend to stick to organic practices and I like to have my outreach appear authentic when sending them. Respona allows me to do that but on a much larger scale. I've enjoyed it immensely and can't wait to use it more and more for new clients, campaigns, and strategies.

On top of the great platform, Farzad has been tremendous in onboarding us, helping with any questions, and even checking in to make sure we're doing okay.

Honestly, at this point, nothing stands out as something I dislike about Respona.

The platform has checked all the boxes for me and it's been the solution I was looking for in launching organic outreach campaigns.

Respona has provided me with an outreach platform based on organic, genuine outreach that isn't received as spam. I get real responses and I can tell that people are receiving my emails and viewing them as if they are genuine. **What do you like best about Respona?**

Respona's real-time email verification system eliminates a lot of guesswork, and the automatic contact searches save me tons of time. All I have to do is check the results, where as previously i would have to do all of the prospecting myself. The same applies to finding link opportunities - the content search engine is fully automated as well. Again, I just have to check the results - and I can run countless queries at the sametime. I also like the campaign templates - they automatically set advanced search operators to find the exact opportunities I'm looking for.

**What do you dislike about Respona?**

I wish there was a way to view all opportunities in a campaign in a single list. Scrolling from left to right isn't the best, but it works.

**What do you like best about Respona?**

The automated email sequences and real-time email verification have made outreach a breeze. I particularly like the shared templates - and the fact that there are campaign templates in addition to just email templates. Using these campaign templates is a big time-saver as they do pretty much everything for you: preset the search engine to what I need, and even create an email template for me. So all I truly have to do is just personalize the emails in the end, which is awesome.

**What do you dislike about Respona?**

I wish there was a way to automate even the personalization step. It does have an AI article summarizer, but it only finds important bits of text, it doesn't actually put them into the pitch for you.

**What do you like best about Respona?**

The software takes the tedious task of contact discovery and makes it quicker and easier. With its automated prospecting feature, we can compile lists of high-quality targets in minutes, something that previously took hours to achieve. It certainly makes the whole process a breeze - from prospecting to finding contacts and, of course, personalization. Its shared inbox is also awesome, and makes the entire thing that much more transparent. You can track and manage all conversations from one neat interface, with tons of helpful filters for finding stuff that would take entirely too long to find manually.

**What do you dislike about Respona?**

The default outreach templates are a bit generic, but I guess that's the point of default templates. It's nice to have one for every single type of campaign, and they do suggest a pretty solid structure, but you still have to change them up quite a bit. But again, they're default and as I imagine there are tons of other users using them, so you need to stand out in some way.

**What problems is Respona solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An enormous problem it addressed was the hassle of tracking multiple conversations across different platforms. Respona’s consolidated inbox helps us keep track of all the communications within the tool itself. So, whether it's the initial pitch or subsequent follow-ups, everything can be managed through a single interface. Our email outreach process is now far more streamlined, with the brunt of the busywork taken care of by the software. As a result, we've seen significant increases in positive responses and new acquisition partners for our link-building campaigns.

It's extremely easy to navigate and the comprehensive analytics provides deep insights into campaign performance. This applies on both individual and global levels. For example, we can set up two separate campaigns with slightly different pitches and see how well each performs to find out what works best. And it's not bloated with unnecessary features and UI elements, everything is laid out in front if you exactly where you would expect it to be.

**What do you dislike about Respona?**

The support team is in different timezones than us, so sometimes I have to wait a few hours for a response. But most of the time, I get a reply within a couple of minutes at most.

It's handy to have everything in one platform as opposed to multiple different tools. The prospecting search engine, the contact finder, the shared inbox, the campaign analytics - I can't even describe how cumbersome our previous approach felt in comparison to Respona. It's like switching to a Ferrari after riding a horse for 20 years. Yes, it did the job, but now it's so much faster.

My main dislike is the pricing; as a start-up, the Standard plan isn't really worth it on its own - either get the Unlimited, or pay for extra sender emails and credits.

Customer support is amazing. You can chat with the founders at any time and they respond thoroughly and promptly. I use Respona very frequently, on a daily basis and can do so many different tasks on it. The feature where you can pull contacts by searching for a specific podcast guests is the best thing ever created. It makes finding relevant podcasts so much easier.

A lot of the contacts it pulls aren't relevant news outlets and that uses up a lot of the monthly credits.

Mainly the unique blend of features designed to make link building and outreach easier. Its robust content search engine, topped with real-time email verification and domain-wide email searches. What's also great is how much of the work is automated, but how personalized the emails end up looking in the end. Everything in Respona is tailored specifically to help link builders do their work, and I admire that.

I love how much it automates. It practically does everything. The prospecting engine is fully automated. The contact finder is automated. Even the personalization step has a built-in AI article summarizer that speeds it up. The only thing that isn't automated are the actual responses when someone gets back to you - but that is to be expected.

Respona's automated contact finder is, hands down, one of the best features. It intelligently finds relevant individuals in charge of content for each website instead of just suggesting generic emails like other tools do. This has significantly increased our response and success rates, as we can now connect with the right people and build relationships that matter.
Another standout aspect of Respona is its sleek, user-friendly interface. Even our less tech-savvy team members have been able to learn the ropes quickly. The platform is also incredibly comprehensive, with every feature you could possibly need for link building and content marketing under one roof. This has really helped streamline our workflow, as we no longer need to juggle multiple tools.

Respona's UI is very intuitive. I've found their customer support to be best of class and they have a lot of helpful resources to get users onboarded quickly. The demo call I was on was catered to my needs and the presenter gave me specific tips on how to best use the tool (and for link-building strategy!)

I like that you can connect Ahrefs to Respona to import your data over to help the software work even more to your advantage.

I think this product has a LOT of potential, and I will heavily consider using for any linkbuilding tasks.

A few things come to mind: 
- To get the most out of Respona it seems as if you need to use Hunter.io (for contact finding)-- which will be an additional service to add on. They don't support many other contact finding services (our company uses Apollo) 
- Our industry is a bit niche, which means that it's quite a bit harder to find relevant websites to backlink from. Plus, with backlinking, there does seem to be a pay-to-play aspect, that Respona doesn't totally accommodate (or help you plan for) 
- When using the contacts that Respona populated, many were returned as invalid emails.

**What do you like best about Respona?**

In the last 18-months of my previous position, I earned ~950 links (no duplicates / syndicated links), with an average DR per month ranging in the 65-80 range, with 50-69 links per month. During this time, I had limited prospecting tools, no support staff, no PR tools, just google sheets, great content, and manual prospecting. 

Having been doing Digital PR for 5 years, and now in a new position, using Respona is able to truly take things to another level of scale, targeting, segmentation, and results. 

My favorite aspect about Respona is that it combines an aggressive focus on high-quality results and work, with seamless integrations between each of the various modules. I have been able to do away with a lot of the different tools that I had previously that piecemealed my prospecting and outreach efforts with just this one, simple-to-use tool. 

For example:
Scraping google for targeting queries allows for highly targeted campaigns, segmented by groupings of KWs.
The personalization fields allow you to include those added touch points in your segments to pitch truly unique emails at scale
The prospecting automation and different sending strategies allow you to spend less time in the weeds of finding who to contact, more time creating campaigns, and touch base with all the right prospects in one go. 
The integrations of Ahrefs and SemRush do wonders for helping you filter for higher quality sites to target when scraping google and for creating backlink based campaigns. 
The prospecting features are great for using different means of identifying the right prospects, a versatility that no other platform provides (having used nearly every one out there to date).
A built in relationship contact database for a single place of having all your contact data (which they are working on making even better soon)
A HARO management module that allows you to filter HARO queries for specific KWs, assign those queries to specific users, that they can then pitch directly from within Respona

Crazy to think how killer Respona will be in the next 2-3 quarters with the updates and features they have planned. 

Best of all:
The team. Between Farzad or Ivan, I have never had better customer service. The team is attentive, wants to learn from you and your needs, always looking to improve the tool, are happy to show you their strategies (which are killing it), and even meet to help you with your own.

**What do you dislike about Respona?**

If you are a traditional PR or digital PR looking for a "contact database" to just export and use, this isn't it. The thing is, if you want to be great at PR, I have found that isn't the answer.

You have to learn how to target the right people, at the right sites, with strategic searches on google, bing, and bing news. Doing so will provide you an endless amount of opportunities of highly relevant journalists, editors, reporters, writers, bloggers, industry sites, or publications that will thank you for reaching out.

The major problem Respona is solving is by removing all the complexities of finding relevant sites to pitch, finding the authors of that content and/or relevant contacts at those sites, automating the finding of contact details, loading them into segmented campaigns, tracking the results, managing your relationships, and providing the ability to do one of the hardest things -- Scale high quality PR / link building outreach.

Before trying Respona, I was kinda pessimistic about outreach automation because while it can speed things up, email personalization remains on a generic level. And it is personalization that can make or break the entire outreach campaign. But this software could change my viewpoint. 

At the personalization stage, Respona has a rich set of options allowing you to make your email feel personal. I’m not talking about generic stuff like adding the recipient’s name to the email greeting and calling it a day. You can actually be much more creative than that.

Respona lets you choose from multiple recipient’s and organization attributes and even add your own custom attributes to personalize your outreach in any way you like. That way, your prospects will get a feeling that their inbox is the only place where your email landed, not in hundreds of others.

**What do you dislike about Respona?**

Not sure if it’s just me, but when I signed up, I couldn’t find a way to edit my schedule for a while. And then, I noticed a gray icon on the right that didn’t stand out on the white background. So, I believe some minor color changes in the interface would be much appreciated.

Respona helps me discover link prospects, analyze their authority, find their email addresses, automate outreach, track email opens and other stats on my campaigns. Respona feels intuitive and directly solves the problem of scaling outreach. I love the ability to personalize messages and I have quickly seen results from Respona campaigns.

One nice touch in regards to onboarding was receiving an onboarding call with the team to make sure we had everything set up for success. Everyone on the team is super responsive and attentive to feedback/questions.

Respona's platform is incredibly user-friendly and easy to use, and if by chance I'm unable to figure something out on my own their attentive live chat customer service is always exceptional at helping me problem solve (either at an account level or just navigating the platform). It's made my outreach work streamlined instead of grabbing emails from multiple sources and having to send out communications individually. I also love their integration with Ahrefs so I can get the most up-to-date data.

Sometimes there are a few glitches as the platform is relatively new, or error codes that I'm not sure how to override, but again when these issues do come up their staff are quick to get their engineers on board and see if the problem can be solved.

My team is using Respona for outreach purposes to promote out content and to take out some of the manual work that would normally be included in this process (things like finding emails one by one, sending individual emails to long groups of contacts where each email needs personalizations, and keeping track of the results/opens/replies).

Respona came in at a time when we were trying to figure out how to scale our link-building process. By taking care of all the manual side of work -- prospecting, emailing, follow-ups, and building contact lists, we were really able to focus on strategy, and focus all our efforts on finding new avenues to reach out to. Instead of having 4 different tabs open for prospecting (sheets, ahrefs, google search, gmail), we now had one - Respona.

Being a fairly new product, Respona did show issues in being set up initially. That being said, their support team was incredibly helpful in ensuring that feedback was taken and implemented on a timely basis. This ensured that the 1/2 things which did cause problems didn't bother us for more than a day. The resolution was smooth and we could get back to work instantly.

I love the all in one aspect of the software; before I had to manually build email lists (time-consuming process) + pay a VA to add names/email addresses to the list. Now the manual process is reduced 60%, and the VA process has been automated by Respona (eliminating the VA need).

The fact that I can't easily import Ahrefs competitor URLs into Respona (at scale), so there's some manual work to do in order to make that work for me.

It's easy to use and it "just works". What I love most about Respona is the amount of content they have around backlinking and podcast outreach and how you can use the platform for that. I'm new to backlinking so this info is invaluable. It also gave me insight into what we've been doing wrong and what we should be doing instead. Having this platform got me to commit to learning how backlinking and outreach work which is something we should be owning as a startup. I love the email templates that it comes with so I don't have to start from scratch. The built in contacts is a gamechanger. I also love the ability to personalize each templated email before you send the batch out so it looks more human. Their support team and reponse time is A+

The solution does what I want it to right now so there's nothing I dislike about it currently.
