I am able to put my competitors' URLs into pitchbox and it pulls all of their backlinks into the CRM. I am then able to sort them by metrics, de-duplicate opportunities that we already have in our campaigns, and outreach to them to get a link placed on their site. We have a dedicated representative too, which we can email anytime with questions about how to use the software. Their customer service is top-notch. **What do you dislike about Pitchbox?** The only thing I dislike is that there is not a horizontal scroll bar on the top of the inspection list, there is one on the bottom, but having one on the top would be great for productivity. **What problems is Pitchbox solving and how is that benefiting you?** Pitchbox is absolutely fabulous. It has every function we could ever imagine built into their CRM platform. If we tried link building with any other software, we would be using spreadsheets, along with 3 different programs to find emails, get target sites, and automate the email outreach process. It saves lots of time which is also money. It would take us 3-4 times as long to do this process manually or using a similar program. We have been able to get a large number of quality links along with being able to keep track of all of our link-building campaigns inside one CRM program.
