This completely eliminates any overlap (which used to be a huge issue that we tried to mend with spreadsheets before) and allows us to find new prospects effectively. **What do you dislike about Respona?** The automatic google scraper could use some work. Sometimes it finds irrelevant results so I have to manually double-check them to make sure I'm only reaching out to who I want to reach out. But this is always the case, regardless of the tool you use, you always need to double-check the things to make sure all is good anyway. **What problems is Respona solving and how is that benefiting you?** The time it takes to find contact information at scale. So, for example, we're doing link building and only looking for content managers, SEOs, other link builders - things of that nature. With Respona, you can just tell the tool to look for these exact employees, and it will. And there's also the option to switch to someone else if it doesn't find our desired employee, which increases success rates overall. **What do you dislike about Respona?** Even with the free onboarding session, it took me a couple of days to truly get the hang of the platform.
