Our ecommerce business used to be a manual process and thanks to Resolv all our Sales Orders, ASN's, Invoices and Inventory feed documents get created on our SAP Business One system effortlessly. Our warehouses now simply process the orders, print labels and ship merchandise without having to waste time doing data entry. Best of all is customer support, I usually send an email and within minutes I get a reply and in a very short time a solution **What do you dislike about Resolv?** Resolv EDI solutions are tailored on an individual basis depending on the Business Partner, a process that can be costly. **What problems is Resolv solving and how is that benefiting you?** Resolv freight management has allowed us to execute the entire shipping process from within SAP since it integrates directly with the main couriers such as UPS and FEDEX. We can easily see in SAP tracking information right on the delivery/invoice documents as well as the packing slips ### 2. In addtion, We build a custom application that create a service workorder for tools returned from a rental which increases our productivty **What do you dislike about Resolv?** Not much negative to say here because the solution works pretty well for our business. **What problems is Resolv solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rental Inventory in SAP is now properly managed instead of using just assets. ### 3. Warehouse Management, Order to Cash, Container Management and Inventory Planning. **What do you dislike about Resolv?** The thing to Dislike about Resolv is there is not much functionality regarding transport management and Quality Control. Other Supply Chain Software provide much better functionality in it. **What problems is Resolv solving and how is that benefiting you?** Resolv mostly focused in Freight and Warehouse Management. The benefit i realized is its in - depth view regarding sales order, inventory cycle count, bin- to-bin transfer. ### 4. Ease of use.
