Since there are tons of configurations, it was a bit overwhelming to decide what to introduce to our users. Once you get used to it, it's fairly easy to manage, but for a fast deployment, you're feeling more like a noob than a professional. Reveal's self-service dashboards allowed our predominantly non-tech user base to create and view analytics dashboards without any developer help. Without a doubt the best support I've ever communicated with. They respond pretty much imidiately. We had a deployment issue due to some cross-origin prblems, and we contacted the support. They managed to introduce a new code that fixed the issue in a matter of hours. After that all dashboards embedded seamlessly and there was no lag, regardless of the user's machine.
