They have tons of configuration options and you really have to dig into their documentation to get things going. In the long run, that's hardly a problem, but it's a barrier nevertheless. Reveal runs entirely on our infrastructure, does not require any external connections, and is seamlessly exposed as part of our product. This was a top item when considering embedded analytics, as a number of our customers operate in highly regulated spaces. Reveal provides embedded dashboards enabling our users to produce custom reports specific to their needs, without having to engage our team in custom development. Additionally, Reveal enables us to put our application data in the hands of data scientists, allowing a richer understanding of the data within our product.
