**What do you like best about RepairStorm?**

What the salesperson Promised would have been great. I like that they would lie to my face and make false promises and that they did it so well that I fell for it.. Great Job Guys

**What do you dislike about RepairStorm?**

The SW always being down. The price more than doubled after we were past the point of stopping. Blocking all access to our data the instant we said we were changing to another functioning SW. Every part of the whole program was an extra cost (it only includes making a ticket); you want to estimate, more money, invoice more money, etc. etc. Not to mention the owner will tell you to your face "your crying poverty" when you ask why.

**What problems is RepairStorm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

None, they were causing more; you want problem-solving, go with who we switched to repairshopr. Everything is included, and it's 99 a month; you can change EVERYTHING and no extra cost. It is a full program, and it actually integrates with QB unlike RepairStorm which does not, to force you into buying their unfinished Billing platform
