The Refundid solution creates a really positive customer experience, providing refunds on demand. **What do you dislike about Refundid?** I genuinely cannot comment on anything negative. **What problems is Refundid solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating a positive customer experience, with a solution that directly fits in to our return portal.
