**What do you like best about ReflexAI Prepare?**

ReflexAI has great trainings, that we were able to customize with the help of their team. These trainings are a great help to everyone in our organization, from hiring, through new hire training, to refresher training. It's easy to use, we receive great support whenever we need it, and the platform works better than most software or apps we use.

**What do you dislike about ReflexAI Prepare?**

There isn't anything I dislike about ReflexAI or their team.

**What problems is ReflexAI Prepare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Originally, ReflexAI provided a great training tool that provided a space for our staff to practice their skills with no risks, and it was fantastic in that regard. Over time ReflexAI has helped us solve more potential problems through their ever-evolving platform and the support of their team, including when when we made specific requests and when they would provide new options on their own. We'd never considered using their platform for screening potential new hires, but ReflexAI created an avenue to make that a reality and it's been hugely beneficial in our hiring practices. More recently, ReflexAI provided our organization with new training developed to help supervisors practice having difficult conversations with their staff and I personally found this training to be enlightening even though I've been managing staff for over a decade.

**What do you like best about ReflexAI Prepare?**

Using ReflexAI has really benefited us as a company. It means we do fewer role plays, while still getting new starters used to speaking to clients who are going through something difficult. It helps prepare them and makes them feel more comfortable, rather than having to do a role play with someone they’ve only just met.

Any time there has been an issue with the AI, Amy has been on hand to support within a reasonable time, and I can’t fault her at all. We use Reflex at least once a month, especially when we have new starters, and they find it easy to use.

When we initially set up the system, it was straightforward, with no downtime. Again, this is something I can’t fault, and we use this system alongside our training CRM system.

**What do you dislike about ReflexAI Prepare?**

As we’re based in the UK, it would be really beneficial to have a wider range of UK accents available. Also, the AI seems to struggle with knowing what the current year is, so it would be helpful if, whenever the AI is being used, it could reliably recognise the correct current date at that time.

**What problems is ReflexAI Prepare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reflex is making the new starter induction more seamless and is giving us, as trainers, more time to support our new starters. They can complete more roleplays without having to wait for us to mark and return their feedback.

**What do you like best about ReflexAI Prepare?**

Working with ReflexAI has been a pleasure. Our liaison, Amy, has been fantastic. Reflex helped us design a platform that could work around our network to accommodate over 7 centers so far, and we're continuing to grow. The platform allows our over 200 staff to access high level simulations with constructive feedback to prepare for their work. The platform is user friendly for both staff and management. I cannot recommend ReflexAI highly enough.

I have nothing negative to say about about ReflexAI. Their work has been fantastic.

**What problems is ReflexAI Prepare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our network consists of more than 20 contact centers answering calls for a national helpline. ReflexAI has provided high quality, uniformed training for the centers in our network. Each center is provided a base platform that is modifiable to meet their needs. The training ReflexAI provides shortens training periods while simultaneously increasing staff preparedness.

I appreciate the ability for opportunities for folks to practice using new skills in a no-risk environment that allows safety in making mistakes.

At times pages take a long time to load (such as the users page) which makes workflow a little slower.

It's reducing the amount of staff time required for role-plays during on-boarding training, as well as on-going training.

ReflexAI Prepare has been incredibly helpful for getting a large overview of the skills of our crisis counselors. The ability to look at our organization as a whole, separate groups, and individuals for 100% of our calls has been amazing. Being able to provide feedback quickly to crisis counselors to grow their skills has been invaluable.

I have not found a part of the product that we have disliked yet. Their team is very responsive and provides updates on new features regularly.

ReflexAI Prepare helps us identify key skills for our organization to provide further training on, while also being able to identify individual crisis counselor skill areas of growth.

**What do you like best about ReflexAI Prepare?**

We're able to tailor simulations to our team's real calls, even pulling from past examples to recreate them in training.  It's like having a flight simulator for crisis work.  It really makes a big difference for the crisis worker to fully build their skill in a training environment, which this product allows.

**What do you dislike about ReflexAI Prepare?**

Sometimes the interface loads a little slowly when switching scenarios.

**What problems is ReflexAI Prepare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The training requires role plays with feedback and having realistic simulations helps with resourcing - we're able to train faster and with fewer trainers and coaches. The time-to-readiness is shorter. We are also able to use a variety of simulations (role plays can get exhausting and repetitive) , including frequent and less frequent scenarios.

It is easy to track progress through the provided data shown on the dashboard. It provides easy access to view the progress center and view training runs and find myself using Prepare more than the others.

So far I have no issues with ReflexAI Prepare.

It is helping me easily locate the training runs from trainees and view their progress while also having a guide as to what the strengths and room for improvement areas are.
