Using ReflexAI has really benefited us as a company. It means we do fewer role plays, while still getting new starters used to speaking to clients who are going through something difficult. It helps prepare them and makes them feel more comfortable, rather than having to do a role play with someone they’ve only just met. Any time there has been an issue with the AI, Amy has been on hand to support within a reasonable time, and I can’t fault her at all. We use Reflex at least once a month, especially when we have new starters, and they find it easy to use. When we initially set up the system, it was straightforward, with no downtime. Again, this is something I can’t fault, and we use this system alongside our training CRM system.

These trainings are a great help to everyone in our organization, from hiring, through new hire training, to refresher training. It's easy to use, we receive great support whenever we need it, and the platform works better than most software or apps we use.
