I find it very useful to be able to draw some money from my salary even before the payday. The helped me pay for immediate needs like bills to prevent paying their late fees which would have been very inconvenient. **What do you dislike about Immediate?** The only issue I have is the non-link to my company’s payroll system. That’s why I need to manage my earnings and request payouts in the separate Immediate app, which is not very comfortable for me. **What problems is Immediate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Immediate helps in the solution of the normal challenge of having to wait for the next paycheck which may be rather inconveniencing to many people. The integration with the payroll system of my organization is absent, and it means that there is an additional action to perform. ### 2. The best part is the amazing customer support! Our account manager goes above and beyond when providing us customer service! She is quick to respond and resolve issues. Its great to offer our employees this option to utilize in between pay periods. **What do you dislike about Immediate?** We have found nothing that we can think of that is to dislike about Immediate **What problems is Immediate solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its a great benefit to our team members who may fall into a hard time in between pay periods and bridge that pay gap when needed.
