Recursyv made it extremely easy to sync data from our CRM to our ticketing system, and handled a number of complex cases for us as our company grew and underwent multiple acquisitions - including changing ticketing systems, changing CRMs, and at one point even having multiple CRMs compiling data and syncing into one ticketing system. Dan is always incredibly responsive to requests and quick to proactively call out any new errors or potential issues they see on the rare occasion anything arises. The lack of visibility into sync configurations and statuses is my only complaint with the Recursyv platform. While they are always quick to respond to any questions, there are definitely times when it would be helpful to be able to directly see the status and logs of a sync to quickly rule issues out when troubleshooting. From start to finish, I have felt completed cared for. Our integration requirement were difficult to define and Recursyv adapted at every step to make sure everything worked well. Dan was a constant support during our live test month and any problmes were idenified and resolved increadably quickly.
6 months in the and a round of changes are being made now thatthe sales team are onboraded to HubSpot, which is just making everything work in a way that is better for them, rather than continuing to use old, not fit for purprpose processes.

We struggled to find an integration partner that had the array of integration, with the flexibility to tailor to specific customer's requirements. We've had a few occurrences where our integration project has started after, but finished before similar projects a customer has been undertaking; Recursyv’s expertise and experience make every integration seem simple. This, coupled with the quality and speed of the support, makes us proud to partner with them to support our portfolio of services and significantly enhances our ability to deliver value to our clients. Recurring charges can initially be a challenge for some customers and it can be hard to quantify the ROI, i.e., the impact initially. Firstly, if the business values service, there is a significant improvement in the area but can be hard to calculate. The overall experience with Reursyv has been flawless. From sales to technical, they are very knowledgeable about their offers and very fast responding, even if we were in a different time zone.
Our service was to migrate all of our historical cases from dynamics 365 to freshdesk. Overall, it's been an easy process from planning to doing. Once the configuration has been started, the synchro was completed in a week (190k cases).

We have a lot of intergratons with Recursyv, I think the hardest part out this is keeping track of all the different solutions and logic changes we have made. We have been using Recursyv now for 2 years for some custom integration between our EPR software AutoTask and Microsoft Dynamics.
Recursyv have been instrumental in this implementation, the team have shown nothing but the upmost professionalism, helpfulness and technical abilities through out the entire time we have been working together.

We used Recursyv to integrate our Contact Centre platform and CRM Dynamics. Great to work with, knowledgeable, no-nonsense, understood the detail and the complexity. We tried to work with a vendor that claimed they had the connections we needed. It took forever to understand their requirements, then we had to pay to get access to a human that could help us. When we finally got it all setup, the only connection we were interested in was broken. After following up, they blamed the other company and had no eta, but when I followed up with the other company they had no idea there was an issue. It was a terrible experience.
When we reached out to Recursyv, we were contacted right away by Peter, he understood our needs and was available to initiate a conversation to discuss our detailed requirements with engineering. Once we confirmed the requirements could be met, he also worked with our senior management to address all our financial concerns.
Once we initiated the services, we started to work with Dan and the whole process has been such a pleasure. Dan is amazing, I call him Super Dan because he is quick to understand our requirements, available when needed, sets expectations and so far, meets them every single time. We ran into one problem in production and only because the customer wanted to change a process, this happened during my US business hours and the Support team was available and Dan took care of the change promptly.

Recursyv assisted us through a significant cloud migration D365 project from initial requirements discovery, through to integration implementation and also played a big part in supporting us through the data migration. Throughout the process, Recursyv (Jon & Dan) were very detail-oriented and made these aspects of the project very simple for us. At each stage, we knew we were in good hands as the quality of work they were producing was faultless and undertaken within the agreed timescales.
