Recursyv is a very responsive and approachable business partner who are always willing to help and do the needful even with the last-minute changes and updates as required by the customer.

There is no downside that I have noted or anything I dislike. I had a really great experience working with Recursyv to deliver the integration solution for one of our very demanding customer.

**What problems is Recursyv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Recursyv for an integration requirement between our service desk ticketing tool with the customer's service desk tool. The integration allows our service desk team to monitor any incidents/service requests raised by the customer team in near real time and then work towards a first contact resolution. It helps the updates to synchronise between 2 systems and expedite the resolution of tickets.

Recursyv's support is first class.
Dan is always helpful, professional and always goes the extra mile to ensure everyone is happy with the outcome.
The solution that we have in place is robust and and consistent, meaning that I do not have to worry about it.
The integration saves us so much time and links 3 different ITSM tools seamlessly.

Honestly, there is nothing bad I can say about the team or business. Everything has been consistently great.

**What problems is Recursyv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dan has created a solution for us that enables us to integrate with multiple ITSM tools. This solution allows us to carry on using our ITSM tool, 3rd Parties to use their existing tool and our customers to continue using what they know.
This has proved invaluable to the services we offer.
The biggest benefits to us are:
Customers do not need to learn a new tool and things continue as they are for them.
The error reporting alerts us to any potential issues, but also flags any scenarios that we may have missed.

We utilise the solution Recursyv put in place all day every day, so we know it's robust and fit for purpose.
Dan spent time ensuring the output was fit for our needs and formatted in a way that was visually pleasing to all parties, while also capturing the required information.

Recursyv provide ITSM integration services, we have always had an outstanding experience with Recursyv. 

Customer service has always been exceptional helping us go live with ITSM integrations with very tight deadlines with our customers as their technical expertise has been proven time and again.

Even if there are issues noticed with ITSM Integration, those are tweaked and rectified pretty quickly after a couple of quick emails or calls.

Reliability offered from the solution is another hugely massive factor for us to stick with Recursyv on multiple occasions.

Being flexible, and offering customizable options give us confidence to get our customers to believe in us as we have a strong relationship with Recursyv.

We highly recommend them to anyone seeking ITSM integrations who also make sure and continue to be professional, customer-centric, and also being adaptable.

Enhanced Efficiency on an engineer level - Recusryv's iPaaS service offering ITSM integration has reduce manual tasks and thus ensuring seamless service.

They enable better ticketing and incident resolution, leading to quicker response times.

They also provide ongoing support, ensuring smooth operations without disruption to service which is highly key.

Our engineers do not need to log into multiple ITSM platforms for logging tickets, with the integration this is covered off easily and hence faster incident detection leads to improved business continuity and increased collaboration with our customers.

**What do you like best about Recursyv?**

Recursyv made it extremely easy to sync data from our CRM to our ticketing system, and handled a number of complex cases for us as our company grew and underwent multiple acquisitions - including changing ticketing systems, changing CRMs, and at one point even having multiple CRMs compiling data and syncing into one ticketing system. Dan is always incredibly responsive to requests and quick to proactively call out any new errors or potential issues they see on the rare occasion anything arises.

**What do you dislike about Recursyv?**

The lack of visibility into sync configurations and statuses is my only complaint with the Recursyv platform. While they are always quick to respond to any questions, there are definitely times when it would be helpful to be able to directly see the status and logs of a sync to quickly rule issues out when troubleshooting.

**What problems is Recursyv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recursyv is helping us get customer information from our CRM into our ticketing system so that we can identify customer accounts as they contact us.

**What do you like best about Recursyv?**

From start to finish, I have felt completed cared for. Our integration requirement were difficult to define and Recursyv adapted at every step to make sure everything worked well. Dan was a constant support during our live test month and any problmes were idenified and resolved increadably quickly.

6 months in the and  a round of changes are being made now thatthe sales team are onboraded to HubSpot, which is just making everything work in a way that is better for them, rather than continuing to use old, not fit for purprpose processes.

Very happy indeed with everything they have done so far.

As of yet, I have found now downsides with the service provided!

**What problems is Recursyv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Autotask CRM is not going to be supported for much longer. It is also not user friendly. HubSpot has been implelmented, buit due to how we use Autotask we couldn't just swicth from one to another. Recursyv have built bi-directional integration for us, to reduce double entry and manual processes, until we are ready to leave Autotask in the past.

We struggled to find an integration partner that had the array of integration, with the flexibility to tailor to specific customer's requirements. We've had a few occurrences where our integration project has started after, but finished before similar projects a customer has been undertaking; Recursyv’s expertise and experience make every integration seem simple. This, coupled with the quality and speed of the support, makes us proud to partner with them to support our portfolio of services and significantly enhances our ability to deliver value to our clients.

Recurring charges can initially be a challenge for some customers and it can be hard to quantify the ROI, i.e., the impact initially. Firstly, if the business values service, there is a significant improvement in the area but can be hard to calculate. In a more clear-cut cost-cutting activity, this has reduced headcount by the efficiencies made with automated data syncing.

**What problems is Recursyv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As Business Consultants, we help businesses manage their data and get better connected. Recursyv is an exceptional partner supporting us in this endeavour, specialising in ServiceDesk integrations and solving two business challenges for us and our customers. Firstly, they connect those with outsourced or 3rd party vendors in their service or supply chain. Often, these types of businesses require their staff to raise and escalate tickets on multiple systems, with multiple providers, manually making updates in both systems - this has been the norm, and businesses have got used to this status quo. Working with Recursyv, we connect separate Service Providers in the same service or supply chain, dramatically increasing service visibility, and efficiency and therefore, reducing cost.
 
Secondly, many companies adopt growth by acquisition, which can create timely and costly technology projects to unify onto single platforms. Recursyv provides the technology that facilitates connectivity into an Organisation's central service desk, but more importantly for our customers, this immediate integration minimises business disruption and provides the opportunity for a phased approach, whilst other key systems are integrated.

The overall experience with Reursyv has been flawless. From sales to technical, they are very knowledgeable about their offers and very fast responding, even if we were in a different time zone.

Our service was to migrate all of our historical cases from dynamics 365 to freshdesk. Overall, it's been an easy process from planning to doing. Once the configuration has been  started, the synchro was completed in a week (190k cases).

Overall, I would do business with them again if the opportunity comes around!

There was no real downside. The contrat was 12 months mandatory but they were flexible enough to shorten it to our needs.

Recursyv have expert engineers who understand how to take complex requirements and just make it easy to implement.

We have a lot of intergratons with Recursyv, I think the hardest part out this is keeping track of all the different solutions and logic changes we have made. I would like to see a central wiki or something that made it easy to see all the changes in one place.

We have been using Recursyv now for 2 years for some custom integration between our EPR software AutoTask and Microsoft Dynamics. 
Recursyv have been instrumental in this implementation, the team have shown nothing but the upmost professionalism, helpfulness and technical abilities through out the entire time we have been working together.
Nothing is ever too much trouble, from the first enquiry through to recent updates.

Recursyv did a great job at listening to our custom requirements, delivering a solid product quickly, staying in communication throughout, and making tweaks/changes as we discovered edge cases along the way.

The only potential downsides for us were the small company size and the time difference (6 hours), but we've had no problems or complaints in a year of working together.

Our tech support clients and tickets are handled in ConnectWise PSA, which tracks how much each client should pay for support. However, employee timesheets and invoicing are managed in NetSuite OpenAir, so manual data entry was required to enter time in both systems and ensure all billing amounts were accurate. With our new integration, hours and billing information entered in ConnectWise automatically flow into OpenAir, significantly simplifying daily ticket management, weekly timesheets, and monthly invoicing.

No More... Email Integration, Duplicate Tickets, Working in a Customer Ticketing System, Reports to Match Tickets

Real people!  

We tried to work with a vendor that claimed they had the connections we needed.  It took forever to understand their requirements, then we had to pay to get access to a human that could help us.  When we finally got it all setup, the only connection we were interested in was broken.  After following up, they blamed the other company and had no eta, but when I followed up with the other company they had no idea there was an issue.  It was a terrible experience.  

When we reached out to Recursyv, we were contacted right away by Peter, he understood our needs and was available to initiate a conversation to discuss our detailed requirements with engineering.  Once we confirmed the requirements could be met, he also worked with our senior management to address all our financial concerns.
Once we initiated the services, we started to work with Dan and the whole process has been such a pleasure.  Dan is amazing, I call him Super Dan because he is quick to understand our requirements, available when needed, sets expectations and so far, meets them every single time.  We ran into one problem in production and only because the customer wanted to change a process, this happened during my US business hours and the Support team was available and Dan took care of the change promptly.
I am looking forward to implementing many API integrations with Recursyv.  It is a service that is appreciated by our customers and our internal support team.

**What do you dislike about Recursyv?**

Senior management does not like the MRC or NRC.  My focus is implementation and from my perspective it has been a very professional and positive experience.  Looking for more opportunities to leverage automation.

**What problems is Recursyv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We currently integrate with customer ticketing systems via email integration.  Due to system limitations, we still get duplicate tickets or sometimes tickets are not kept up to date on both sides because someone forgot to follow a process.  We have customers that ask us to send them reports to match tickets in their system, or ask us to login and manage tickets in their system and ours.  Recursyv is helping us to eliminate having to work in our customer ticketing systems.

Recursyv assisted us through a significant cloud migration D365 project from initial requirements discovery, through to integration implementation and also played a big part in supporting us through the data migration. Throughout the process, Recursyv (Jon & Dan) were very detail-oriented and made these aspects of the project very simple for us. At each stage, we knew we were in good hands as the quality of work they were producing was faultless and undertaken within the agreed timescales. 

Along with the high-quality work, the team at Recursyv are very friendly, easy to work with & supportive. You can tell they take pride in their work and look after their customers. Highly recommend!

Nothing, we have had only positive experiences with Recursyv so far, and no doubt will continue going forward.

Recursyv’s main remit in this project was around the integrations. Their bi-directional syncs have resulted in our integrations working much more efficiently and the error notification functionality is a dream, this was a significant issue for us historically but now through Recursyv’s platform, we can be proactive in addressing these issues, rather than waiting weeks/months before realising problems have occurred. Something we internally benefit from greatly, but also our members in turn. So the impact here is significant and very positive for our business.

**What do you like best about Recursyv?**

This Autotask / Jira integration was something we had started some 18 months ago; there was no automated system available to us at the time. So we had to create multiple workflow rules within Autotask to achieve what we were trying to acomplish.  However, we recently discovered that Recursyv had an automated integration tool to support the full integration we required. 
Although we are in the early stages of deployment, the indications for the integration are promising. Both Peter and Dan are super guys, both to work with and from a support perspective.

Still in the early stages of deployment - so nothing to date.

With the full integration of Autotask & Jira, we will eliminate all manual updates and, this will remove any possibility of human error and will give the end-users real-time update in tickets they have logged.

Recursyv is highly responsive. Communication is never an issue.

Everyone at Recursyv is also very personable and kind.

**What do you dislike about Recursyv?**

While I think an onboarding fee or project launch fee is reasonable due to the necessary labor in setup and testing, I wish the monthly subscription was a bit lower. Right now, it's not the type of monthly subscription service I will easily forget about and will be something I will continually want to justify or optimize.

**Recommendations to others considering Recursyv:**

I feel like we came extremely prepared to Recursyv before we started in that our databases were normalized and prepared for a 1:1 link across our desired platforms. While I'm sure they would help their customers do that, I feel like every business will want to establish a "Data Master" role in their organization, someone who knows every platform well and how the data will move from one platform to another. That Data Master should be well prepared to articulate to Recursyv what fields will map between each database.
Above that, having the Data Master be highly available and ready to communicate with their implementation team to iron out any kinks that may present during early testing. If you don't do the above, you likely may not have an easy go at this - but at no failing of Recursyv.

**What problems is Recursyv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Data portability. If you have the same data in multiple systems but aren't linking and syncing them so data entry once propagates across your business tools, then that is a clear waste. Leveraging cross platform synchrony is a key way to run a leaner and faster business in 2021.

Nothing! I had a really professional and positive work experience.

As an MSP, we handle a lot of different tools to manage our customers it. We were looking for a solution to synchronise ou CRM/marketing tool  (Hubspot) with our PSA (Autotask). Peter (sales) and Dan (Support) were really focused on our needs and were able to achieve our goals.

**What do you like best about Recursyv?**

Customer Service, Accountability and general support and advice. They go above and beyond; our account manager Dan Hawkins is our general savior. In particular, he has made our experience simple and productive, and in periods of transition, he has supported us with loss of internal knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Recursyv?**

Nothing, its fair to say i have not had one negative experience.

**What problems is Recursyv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Supporting us with migrations between Dynmaics 365 and FreshDesk. They sync data between the two systems in a mixture of directions. also supported us in the migration of another support desk into Freshdesk.

**What do you like best about Recursyv?**

We came from another competing product that caused many emails of "Is the sync working?" which required me to break away from our development work and run down issues. We started with the goal of syncing Salesforce and Autotask and have since expanded to add sync for Intacct and Salesforce. They are my go-to provider on bi-directional syncs, and since it is fully managed, I don't have to break away to investigate things (which hardly happens as the sync works as expected).

**What do you dislike about Recursyv?**

Not having access to the config/settings, and I honestly was hesitant at first as that is what I had with the prior company. But I have not looked back; it just works, so no need for me to see the configs anymore.

**What problems is Recursyv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bi-Directional sync between Salesforce, Autotask, and Intacct.

**What do you like best about Recursyv?**

The team at Recursyv worked closely with us on getting our integration service working how we wanted and needed it to work, making helpful suggestions along the way. 

Being in opposite timezones, the team were really flexible in meeting with us either late in the evening or early morning. 

Now that we're up and running, we have a dedicated engineer who helps out with any adjustments that are required and keeps in constant contact.

Haven't experienced any down sides of working with them so far and will keep leveraging the services offered to automate and integrate between our platforms as much as we can.

We needed to setup an synchronisation service between Dynamics 365 and FreshService to ensure our important data is centralised.

**What do you like best about Recursyv?**

We needed a quick solution to provide 2-way integration between a large-scale Dynamics CE implementation and an internal middleware system via Azure service bus. The timescales involved in doing that ourselves from scratch meant that the Dynamics CE project would be delayed. Recursyv Seamless provided a user-friendly, configurable and scalable solution that meant we could get up and running within the timeframe that was needed to go-live with the CRM project.

Since then the Seamless implementation has been scaled up and scaled out to handle more and more integrations.

**What do you dislike about Recursyv?**

Haven't found anything to dislike. Being a small company makes 24 hour support difficult but they are very responsive.

Our total experience dealing with Recursyv has been exceptional, with Peter and Dan investing many hours to ensure the implementation of our Seamless integration between Autotask and Jira was a success.

From my perspective, the people are always the most important ingredient when collaborating with third-parties, and Recursyv rose to the challenge every time with enthusiasm.

**What do you dislike about Recursyv?**

On the contrary, I am already looking for further opportunities to leverage the Seamless platform, and I will not hesitate to engage Recursyv to see what value they can add to the future growth of our business.

**What problems is Recursyv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially we investigated building the integration between Autotask and Jira in-house but it soon became clear a managed service approach would be more robust and cost-effective over the long term. My support and development teams are now communicating more effectively and less effort thanks to the syncing of information between the Autotask service desk and Jira development queues.

We brought in Recursyv to build an integration between our own and a client's service ticket systems. The two systems had been connected previously by a competing companies product and was nothing but trouble- inflexible and constantly required code adjustments (not to mention taking months to get live). We were finally able to convince our Client to let us bring in Recursyv and they completed the work in about a week! My client and team are ecstatic -  this integration had been a pain point for years and a major distraction from larger opportunities.

Considering this was a new integration we loved how easy it was to deal with Recursyv in regards to them understanding our requirements, producing something that worked so well for us and managing the whole process, start to finish in such a friendly and efficient manner. The end product is just what we wanted - I am very glad we came across them.

**What do you dislike about Recursyv?**

There isn't really anything that could have been improved upon. The process was quick and easy from our side, the communication from Recursyv was good and the whole project was completed in a timely manner that met our deadlines without putting us under any pressure when they needed input from us. It couldn't have gone more smoothly really.

**Recommendations to others considering Recursyv:**

We debated over whether putting the integration in place would benefit us for a long time before making the decision. We also thought it would be much harder to implement which led to us putting off the decision. Recursyv made the integration so easy for us we wish it is something we had made the decision on sooner.

**What problems is Recursyv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously had two sets of data, one running the day to day business servicing the customers needs, the other for marketing. We kept the main system up to date but marketing was always an afterthought and the data quickly went out of date so we ended up in cycles of having big tidy ups of our data then gradually letting it drift again. Now with the integration between both systems in place we are confident that our marketing will never be second place and contain outdated information.

The system overall works well and performs as expected. Dan @ Recursyv has been amazing to work with and has helped us to work through all of our issues and the little nags after go live. The Seamless team has been great to work with and the software overall has worked beautifully. We integrated a new Freshdesk system with a heavily customized D365 CE implementation to sync cases, contacts, accounts, and historical information.

**What do you dislike about Recursyv?**

We've hit the API limit a couple of times withing FreshDesk but that is a FD limitation, not a Seamless integration.

**What problems is Recursyv solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were not happy with how we were able to manage cases in D365 CE and Freshdesk allowed us to have better customer service. Integrating the Freshdesk system with D365 CE has allowed us to use fewer licenses and split our people between systems.

Recursyv were very professional and friendly to work with.  We benefited hugely from their CRM data/structure knowledge which helped to progress our project and tackle any challenges we faced when implementing the solution. 

We went live 2 and a half months ago and Seamless has been working effectively during this time and Recursyv have been quick to respond to any support issues.
