Great integration with LinkedIn, with a good number of costume fields that can help a lot. The RF database is also good for sourcing old candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think rejecting a candidate in multiple roles is still a manual process, which could be easier. Maybe in the future, we can disqualify the candidate from all the 10 roles that he applies, for instead of being one by one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to set up and easy to use and easy to train people on its use. Attracts the candidate process well and Is intuitive to use. It has the ability to be customised and this process is simple to do. It is also easy to control who has access to what data and who can edit it. There are little things that could be done better with the email template system. It just seems a little clunky at times. I would like RecruiterFlow Job and Candidate pages to allow for custom fields that can populate accordingly into email templates but I haven't seen this as a feature.
