UI is very very nice. Intuitive, very simple to uderstand and offers enough customization if you so desire. Automation of your recruiting process is available through recipes, to chain 3-4 actions all at once. Everything can be done via RF, calling the candidate, calling the client or contacting them either way (email, call, text). Very easy to figure out, apply to your current recruiting process and implement any strategies you might have to efficienty track your progress. They posses Chrome extension, and plethora of API's to connect your other sourcing tools, business tools, recruiter tools, dialer app, for much easier access to the important features of your job. Not to mention the customer care on a whole different level. Any time I wrote something, I've had minimum of 2 people included in the conversation and it never took more than 8hrs to get a response. If it did, it was a progress report on the matter and how are they handling it and approximate deadline of the following step. That being said, usage of the RecruiterFlow is much more frequent, much more satisfying, and interactive both on the customer side and the ease of usage I previously mentioned. Not much quite honestly. As a matter of fact, anything that we saw as a potential barrier to our everyday usage was addressed and either fixed or introduced in the next quarterly update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
