**What do you like best about RealPage?**

What I like best about RealPage is that it keeps property management, accounting, tenant details, invoices, and reports all in one system. It helps me track payments, manage expenses, and find information easily, which makes my work more organized and saves time.

**What do you dislike about RealPage?**

One thing I dislike about RealPage is that sometimes we face accounting and accounts payable issues. The system can be slow or confusing when posting invoices, fixing errors, or checking reports, which can delay work and take extra time to resolve.

**What problems is RealPage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RealPage is solving the problem of managing property accounting, tenant information, and payments in different places. It puts everything in one system, so it helps me track invoices, payments, expenses, and reports more easily. This makes my work more organized, reduces manual tracking, and helps complete accounting and AP tasks faster and more accurately.

**What do you like best about RealPage?**

I find RealPage to be very user-friendly and it provides detailed information. It's efficient for calculating income and expenses, and makes it easy to track which vendor invoices are paid and which are still outstanding. Adding journal entries and invoices is straightforward.

**What do you dislike about RealPage?**

Sometime we facing issuing to edit the journal entry so i believe RealPage needs to improve this Error asap.

**What problems is RealPage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use RealPage to efficiently calculate income and expenses and track paid and outstanding vendor invoices, solving duplicate payment issues.

**What do you like best about RealPage?**

They offer products that cover the entire ecosystem of Commercial Real Estate Property Management for Multifamily properties. 
They export to excel.

**What do you dislike about RealPage?**

Many of their products have been bolt on acquisitions, meaning they do not communicate well between each other leading to double data entry or confusion on the product to use.
They charge a fee for everything - even including downloading your own data.

**What problems is RealPage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is the backbone of our business, as everything runs through this software.

RealPage is a huge company so they have all of your needs met within one software. They can do it all under their umbrella, from the back end to websites and marketing.

**What do you dislike about RealPage?**

RealPage is so big that there are too many departments. Many things are segregated where support just passes you from one department to another. It is also very expensive compared to competitors.

**What problems is RealPage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RealPage is a one-stop shop for property management. They can make websites, accept online payments, as well as manage all of the property management tasks. It allows users to have just one company and one bill for all of their property management needs.

RealPage's accounting dashboard was pretty neat. Even though there were some glitches, & hiccups but nothing that their support can't handle. Really neat

There were some occassional glitches, nothing biggy but it can delete the entries and it can be cumbersome

I've always had the problem with documentation sorting. Realpage is a live saver, truly.

I'm sure there are benefits to the property managers, but not at all for the end users.

**What do you dislike about RealPage?**

Signing a lease on the realpage has been the most incredibly frustrating experience. It continually times out, requires multiple refreshes. I've had to have the the property management office re-send me links because the auth token would expire due to my continual refreshes to just complete the document. The images for signatures would not load. Pages took forever to load on the screen, sometimes showing up in duplicates. I've had to try signing my lease multiple times, and still might require me to go into the office to finalize.

I like that we know what the industry is looking like and what we can expect over the near future in return.

At first it was really hard to get things going. They seemed too busy to help and couldnt get responses to know what was going on. It would have been nice to have updates.

They are looking into how our portfolio will do in the future and giving us an understanding of what our other projects will be looking like as they come on over the next couple years.

**What do you like best about RealPage?**

The only upside is that after months of trying to become compliant with RealPage I can finally get paid by our customer.

**What do you dislike about RealPage?**

It is evident in every interaction that they just do not care,  they do not have time to talk to you.  The first person looks over everything and says it's good.  But then it goes to the actual person who makes that final decision (a person you can not talk to) and they do not bother to read all the provided information and they decline.  I went through that 5 times with this company.   You never get to work with the same person, each person declines for a different reason. Training is not standardized.  There is also a communication barrier because they are located in another country.  The 6th time I had my insurance agent on the phone with me and refused to get off the phone till it was approved.  My insurance agent had them refer back to the original email that had all their requested information and they approved it.  On that particular phone call, I was on the phone with them for about 45 minutes (including hold time).   This is our 3rd year with RealPage and it has gotten worse each year even though our Insurance has not changed at all.    Other companies that provide this same service are much easier to work with.

They verify I have the right coverages to work as a contractor for property managers.

Real page is great for efficiently managing prospects and residents! It's very user-friendly as well!

The only thing I don't like is how it can crash sometimes. Other than that, it's great!

Lease generation, active building for renter update interference, work orders and communication and reservations is awesome

**What do you dislike about RealPage?**

Not User friendly, menus and selectable are not where you expect them to be. No quick search for residents or vehicle searchability. No way to pull prospect emails for mass distribution. Outgoing emails have no way to attach items.

**What do you like best about RealPage?**

Realpage unifies many different functions/aspects of our business and as a web-based system makes accessibility and rollout fairly easy. Training new employees in the system is fairly straightforward and although the learning curve can be overwhelming at first they catch on quickly. When things work, they work well, and it is nice to have documentation filed so neatly and so easily accessible across the company.

**What do you dislike about RealPage?**

The migration from Windows 7 (Internet Explorer only!) into modern browsers and W10 has been rocky, slow, and many functions still aren't working correctly outside of Internet Explorer, which is increasingly becoming a security issue (as well as a compatibility issue). There are also frequent outages and end users aren't aware, so the IT Department ends up fielding a lot of tickets only to tell end users that there's an outage. Communication could be better. Tier 1 support often gives end users completely incorrect information and results in more work for us (and them) down the road.

**Recommendations to others considering RealPage:**

I think the platform is good and heading in the right direction, but I think their company structure probably needs revision, better support teams (esp t1) and if you adopt Realpage you'll need to be prepared for a lot of things to not work as expected right away.

**What problems is RealPage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RealPage makes it so new equipment rollout is largely a non-issue and users are able to pick back up almost immediately. Once they learn the system, it works across all our portfolio. The new Unified Login is also a smoother experience--when it works.

**What do you like best about RealPage?**

Training initially was great. They had someone come to our office for 2 days to go over every question we had and we did have multiple training Zoom calls before we even started using the software. I do like that we can view multiple properties' information at the same time and it's relatively easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about RealPage?**

It's very obviously meant for Residential Management but most features still work for us. However, the rent roll is awful, the reports are all very confusing and it seems like they didn't have an accountant set up anything. Rent amounts increase and we can't figure out why, sales reports don't add up correctly and we're still not able to use the late fee function. 

The customer support is AWFUL. We typically have to put in a request to support AND email 2 or 3 people just to even get a response. When we finally do get a response, no one seems to actually know how to resolve the issues. We have asked multiple times over the past 3 months to be trained on certain features of the program we need. We were recently told we were supposed to be getting monthly training sessions the entire time that we've had the software and have not heard anything about how to set that up or even who to talk to about it. It's so difficult to contact anyone at RealPage.

I will say, it's much better than Quickbooks because we have over 160 tenants. It does reduce the amount of time it takes for us create invoices and to apply credits since everything is on one place.

Real page is easy to navigate and their support team is a great resource. There are several different software types all linked in with real page.

N/A - I can't think of anything to dislike. Any issue that comes up is solved by their support team quickly.

It may be a bit more expensive but it's worth the money. Their help desk is really great with any trouble or problems.

RealPage is the across the board programming answer for all your Property Management and Accounting needs. It's the most complete bundle our organization has ever utilized. They offer all that you requirement for multifamily the board, from renting and leases to the back end bookkeeping. It enables us to send messages to our inhabitants and enables them to make support demands, pay their bill and communicate with one another. The items are so vigorous, and the systematic devices gave inside the projects are helpful and precisely what a great many people would need in assessing property activities.

**What do you dislike about RealPage?**

The main thing I despise about RealPage is the way that they update regularly,though they attempted to make it increasingly instinctive however it simply made it convoluted and progressively spread out.

This item has such huge numbers of astounding ramifications for property the board, and there is in every case more to learn. Exploit free preparing, and take any supplemental preparing advertised. RealPage is an incredible product and i would recommend to anyone.

Realpage is a fantastic property the board programming that keeps up all present information on occupants and prospects alike. A simple path for occupants to sign in and pay their lease. It makes it simpler for everybody in the workplace to know about any continuous issues. Realpage has helped me turned out to be better at record the board, association, account the executives, and occupant information the executives and maintenance.

The main thing I loathe about RealPage is the way that they endeavor to do to much, for instance, they just discharged an update to the site GUI, they attempted to make it progressively instinctive, however it simply made it entangled and increasingly spread out. I wish there was a choice to utilize the old design.

**Recommendations to others considering RealPage:**

I would prescribe RealPage to any organization, enormous or little, as they have magnificent help and specially custom fitted items for any need.

RealPage understands and gives the majority of our Multifamily Housing Management needs, From Accounting, Leasing and Rents, Maintenance to installments, They custom fitted a novel blend of the product they offer to unravel even the most confused circumstance. Our organization developed from owning and overseeing 10 properties to 30+ in under 2 years, and RealPage has been with us each progression, giving fantastic administration and arrangements.

**What do you like best about RealPage?**

Onesite accounting; backed by realpage, is a one stop solution bridging accounting software, and management software. It is integrated with all of their products so its easy to upload an invoice, pay that invoice, track the payment, and credits. everything is in one place, from the GL reports, account balances, and invoice statements to statements of cash flow.

**What do you dislike about RealPage?**

They recently did a overhaul on the website and it their goal was to modernize but they just made it harder to find and use the same tools. They also changed the layout and the names of certain plugins, this makes it pretty difficult to use if you were used to the old layout. Now we all have to re-learn where everything is and how to run reports! 

**Recommendations to others considering RealPage:**

Because you would be a new user - i think there will not be as big of a learning curve as you don't have to unlearn then relearn the new layout - Onesite is a wonderful Accounting solution that ties directly into any Residential Management company, big or small, i would give them a try, you wont regret it.

**What problems is RealPage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving all of our accounting and property management needs, while only maintaining one program. This helps immensely as we do not need to go anywhere else and all of the information is in one place, which saves time, which saves money.

There is still a lot of bugs in their system it has crashed several times on me in one day

i would look into other similar computer programs first especially if your not a Hud Property. the only merit this software has is its accounting platform.

RealPage is THE all in one software solution for all your Property Management and Accounting needs. It's the most complete package our company has ever used. They offer everything you need for Multifamily Management, from Leasing & Rents to the back end accounting, it ties in with Nvoicepay seamlessly ! 

**What do you dislike about RealPage?**

The only thing i dislike about RealPage is the fact that they try to do to much, for example, they just released an update to the website GUI, they tried to make it more intuitive, but it just made it complicated and more spread out. I wish there was a option to use the old layout.

**Recommendations to others considering RealPage:**

I would recommend RealPage to any company, big or small, as they have wonderful support and custom tailored products for any need.

RealPage solves and provides all of our Multifamily Housing Management needs, From Accounting, Leasing & Rents, Maintenance to payments, They tailored a unique combination of the software they offer to solve even the most complicated situation. Our company grew from owning & managing 10 properties to 30+ in less than 2 years, and RealPage has been with us every step, providing excellent service and solutions.

**What do you like best about RealPage?**

I like that it has been upgraded to be more user friendly. Information is easier to access than before and the homepage can be customized. Resident information is easy to locate. All property information can be found within a single program rather than across multiple programs.

**What do you dislike about RealPage?**

I dislike that training information is limited. If you are unsure how to complete a task, it isn't always easy to find the answer. I also dislike that I am unable to update pricing easily. There is no option to change lease terms.

**Recommendations to others considering RealPage:**

Continue to make the interface more user friendly. While the current upgrades have made a significant difference, there is still room for improvement. I'd like to see the reports page a little easier to understand. An explanation of the different reports would cut down on a lot of time spent trying to locate the proper report. Make inputting a lead a little easier. It asks for too much information when you're only trying input that someone has visited the property. The service request option could be more simple, make it to where multiple requests can be input for one unit without printing each request on a separate page. Make it full compatible with Google chrome. Make it so that each time you need to go to a different page, it doesn't open another window.

Realpage is an excellent property management software that helps maintain all current info on residents and prospects alike.

**What do you like best about RealPage?**

I like how easy it is to find someone's apartment information, and previous information for those who no longer live with us. Finding a resident's balance due is very simple. When waitlisting someone for a particular apartment relapage makes it very simple because it takes you through each step. 

**What do you dislike about RealPage?**

I do not like the recurring payment options- fixed, open, etc. Sometimes the resident ledger can be hard to understand and follow when there are many payments, late fees, credits, concessions etcetera. It becomes difficult to see who paid when it gets all jumbled up.

**Recommendations to others considering RealPage:**

I recommend doing research on other programs as well. 

**What problems is RealPage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An easy way for residents to log in and pay their rent. Some benefits I of RealPage that I like is seeing in activity who talked to who when and what the issue was about. It makes it easier for everyone in the office to be aware of any ongoing issues.

It's just not able to be customized enough to meet the needs of my property 100% resulting in a bunch of goofy workarounds.

**What do you like best about RealPage?**

My favorite feature is the check processing and rent management page. It is a very streamlined process and once you begin scanning checks in to Onesite, the system starts pre-filling a lot of the information you need when posting to the tenant page, requiring minimal manual input. In return, this makes posting rent payments a breeze. The reports page is also phenomenal, and you can pull items as detailed as leasing closing ratio for your employees, delinquency reports (with notes), prospect reports, lead source tracking, etc.

**What do you dislike about RealPage?**

It can be difficult to manage a multi-site property on this system if you do not migrate your information correctly. Aside from that, it is a phenomenal software to use, especially for Student Housing!

**What problems is RealPage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onesite is a very user friendly software. It is easy to keep track of rent payments, posting rent, and close out is super easy. **What do you like best about RealPage?**

Real Page is a user friendly, easy to learn, and intuitive. Most intuitive accounting software is not made for accounting minded individuals, but Real Page is. 

**What do you dislike about RealPage?**

The customer support for Real Page on the business side is very much lacking. This software is predominately used by Property Management companies that are dealing with several single purpose entities. The billing side for Real Page treats all costs as a cost for the Property Management entity. 

**Recommendations to others considering RealPage:**

Pay for the white gloves implementation. We would not have been able to get our system set up properly to truly use the system how it is meant to be used without this. 

**What problems is RealPage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can have accountants access Real Page from anywhere that has an internet connection. We have not become a fully remote workplace yet, but things are heading in that directly and Real Page has made it possible.

My favorite thing about Realpage is how easy it is to use and to train new users. I also really like that you can customize the home screen. Realpage is by far the most user friendly property management software I have used.

The only issue I have faced with Realpage is the integration of data from one company to another. This can be a complex process, so it is understandable that there would be a delay.

Take advantage of free training, and take any supplemental training offered. This product has so many amazing implications for property management, and there is always more to learn!

Realpage has several products to help businesses manage their properties. I really like their intranet feature called active building. It allows us to send messages to our residents and allows them to make maintenance requests, pay their bill and interact with eachother

Realpage is a very large company. That means it can be challenging to get connected to the right product or get them to integrate with your own website API. They really want customers to use their templated websites and that means that customization of our own website through API's isn't easy to get.

Realpage has a lot of great products. If you have a good sales person, you will be able to discover the right products. If your sales person doesn't have a lot of experience, it may be challenging for you to get the right product.

I like the ease of use with Realpage. We are able to do all of our job responsibilities with this software. From uploading docs and then screening individuals.

Don’t care for the interface of the home page or not being able to add “payments” to the home tabs. Can be rather slow and I don’t care for the fact it can’t be used fully on google chrome.

We are able to go paperless due to the docs storage of Realpage now! Everything can be generated and saved in the software eliminating the need for paper and one blue moon forms which saves money.

**What do you like best about RealPage?**

The backend of RealPage easily enables users to view/manage all properties they own. Depending on the services you purchase from RealPage, you can view statistics of various aspects of the property (leasing, website, etc.) It also allows leasing applications to be filled out online. If you manage multiple complexes/properties, these features are great.

**What do you dislike about RealPage?**

RealPage is very difficult to use and the support is very poor. When my company first called RealPage to get an estimate of services, the process took over a week. My company was specifically working on the web design (using RealPage) for our client. As a designer, this process is also tedious. There is almost no customization that can be done in the backend (save changing a few colors). When we would reach out to support about issues we were having, the tech on the phone was never able to solve the problem. He would have to create a support ticket and send it to the tech support people. It always took up to a week for them to respond.
Even our client expressed frustration in working with RealPage. Unfortunately, there are no other programs that offer services similar to RealPage, so large property management companies have little choice.

**Recommendations to others considering RealPage:**

RealPage has a lot of functionality. However, the three things that take away from the experience are: customization, usability and support. If you are a large property management company, the services that RealPage provides are unmatched with any other program that I know of.

For our client, RealPage allows them to easily view and manage many properties. Since the client already used RealPage, creating another property to manage in the backend was the most reasonable option for them.

Realpage is one of the most in depth solution softwares I've ever used in property management. I've used several different systems, and OneSite is by far the easiest, and OpsTech is my favorite for invoicing. I've yet to find a RealPage product I didn't find simple and smart.
