What do you like best about RealNex CRM?

I like that RealNex CRM syncs with my Google Calendar, which helps me schedule follow-ups with both existing clients and prospects. It's also great for building out a database and allows me to scale my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RealNex CRM?

What do you like best about RealNex CRM?

I have used just about every commercial real estate CRM and this one is hands down the most comprehensive. While taking CI 102, RealNex was introduced to me. Once I saw the demo I was astounded that something this good existed. It has been seven years and haven't looked back. Matt Smith has played a tremendous role in my adoption of the program and together we helped a national firm of over 2500 brokers adopt the platform. I have never received such responsive customer service and training from a CRM company. Everything is connected and populated through my email client and contacts, I utilize the app when I am in the field, and able to document communication with prospects easily. RealNex is agile and constantly optimizing and developing new features. Support is easy to request and I can suggest features in real time. Work flows are automated through the timelines feature and I can easily modify as needed, creating a marketing plan and communicating it clearly to my clients and team. All tasks are loaded into my calendar and I can schedule them or choose "timeless" to drag and drop each into my day to stay on task. I love the new feature that allows me to see who I haven't contacted within a certain time frame. Client reporting is easy through the reports feature so my clients are always in the loop. I can easily modify my dashboard to show only what I need to see at a glance. I can edit entries with one click. I can see my pipeline and know what to expect for income within any timeframe. I can see trends in property and company types, workflow efficiency, and probability data to manage my business more effectively. I can customize most fields, creating as detailed data or as simplified as I like. The projects feature connects contacts, companies, properties, and spaces in one place where I can push to prepare presentations, document sharing, comps, and accounting. Everything can be imported from Excel and exported to pdf or Excel easily. I can make calls, send texts, and emails with one click and a history box pops up to take notes and create a follow up task or event. I don't know why any CRE broker, investor, or syndicator would use anything else. Thank you for creating such an amazing system!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RealNex CRM?

I wish there was a check box when creating a new company to add the primary contact so I don't have to go back and add the contact after saving because sometimes I forget. RealNex is a complete package that is easy to use. RealNex provides all of the key functions brokers need to make our life easier and close more deals. From creating and sending out brochures (Which are created on the platform)

What do you like best about RealNex CRM?

It's an all-in-one platform, but primarily excels in record keeping and function from a commercial real estate perspective. All of my prospect calls, projects, and day to day work is easily integrated through RealNex. It's the lifeblood of my business, and it's the first tab I open when I sit down at my desk every day. What do you dislike about RealNex CRM?

A LOT! I was a customer for years and never got any sort of comfort with the software. If you are stuck in 1998 this is perfect for you. However, if you want to have a database that seamlessly syncs with your desktop and the cloud then I would look elsewhere. I would have issues at least every month with the system. If you have multiple users on the system and your computer is the host of the database your computer must always be running for them to access it. You also have to make sure when you restart your computer that you open the "live sync" and the server settings for Realnex on your computer literally every time. It wil take you 2 or 3 calls to Customer Service to figure it out. Live sync isn't really live because it bugs out all the time and you have to manually sync to the cloud (so much for "live") all the time. The Realconnex is great in theory until you realize anyone from across the country can send you emails about listings, so I hope you are ready to receive an email about that small retail listing in a market you have never heard of before! Let's put it this way I literally bought another CRM service while still under contract because it is that terrible. Too many issues to ever consider using. You are better off just buying the stock MS Access and customizing it yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
