Email automation for me is the flagship! It makes everything I need to do within the scope of my clients easier.

The limitation regarding the layouts of LPs and also the structure of Email.

The main problem that RD helps me with is in generating reports to show results to my clients, who tend to be skeptical about the digital world, but are amazed when they see what is possible within a single platform.

The support and support materials for creating and executing email marketing and automation strategies are excellent; the support via chat and other contact channels is very fast and agile, providing all the necessary help; the tool itself is very intuitive and easy to handle, easy to execute the strategy actions.

**What do you dislike about RD Station Marketing?**

I work with e-commerce and some functionalities fall short, they need to be reviewed and modified to meet all our needs, such as the abandoned cart flow with a specific product left in the cart, pop-ups available for mobile, enhanced automation flow for sending on the lead/customer's birthday, among others.

**What problems is RD Station Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Promote to our clients at the agency the relationship with their leads and customers, the acquisition of leads, and the execution of a consistent inbound marketing strategy (considering the features available in RD Station).

The plans are to be in accordance with each stage of the companies. There will always be one that fits.

The most comprehensive plans could be cheaper for companies that still lack significant capacity. All the potential is not utilized, but there are tools that are very cool.

Those who do not yet have RD Station probably have not developed the company's digital marketing and consequently are doomed to bankruptcy. Hurry and use RD. There are plans that fit everyone.

We have total control over our LEADS. We also use the content a lot to organize our company's marketing. It's as if they were our "employees."

**What do you like best about RD Station Marketing?**

RD's support is perfect in everything. I've been working with RD for years, and thanks to the knowledge I've gained from it, I use my skills to secure job opportunities in the market. I also like the ease of creating automations and the way reports are generated from lead segmentation. The main screen is self-explanatory, and there is no need for extensive knowledge to understand the company's marketing actions.

**What do you dislike about RD Station Marketing?**

I'm not a big fan of some of the limitations it has, especially in the email layout, which I find quite outdated and could be better. Another issue that left me a bit dissatisfied was in two situations where the support agents did not provide the same information.

**Recommendations to others considering RD Station Marketing:**

If anyone has doubts regarding the automation platform, those doubts should be nonexistent, there is no better platform on the market.

I managed to solve various automation problems for the companies I worked for and thus plan strategies well. One of the things that helps the most is regarding the registrations that companies want to do but don't know how. Landing pages are perfect for collecting leads. Multiple integrations help any company to have their systems unified.

Knowing and being able to segment leads with emails that no longer exist was a constant problem that was solved with RD Station. With the tool, it is possible to create a more frequent, assertive, and closer relationship with our target audience.

The management of leads, especially when it comes to leads that need to be deleted for having requested to be removed from mailing lists.
There aren't many email templates for e-commerce, focusing on product visualization.
They need to have a more effective email editing front end, as most customizations have to be done via HTML. If this is a marketing tool, it shouldn't be necessary to include other types of professionals like web developers.

Some leads are unsubscribed due to firewall issues. Many improvements have already been made, but it can still improve.

A more up-to-date course on the tool would be important and reducing the number of emails sent to operators.

There are many things missing, such as a segmentation to know about disengaged leads. The assignment of responsibility is slow, we need to do a segmentation and only then an automation for assigning responsibility, ideally having a standard field with the names of the responsible parties already registered in RD. Lack of feedback and delay in launching the features we indicated.
