**What do you like best about RD Station Marketing?**

The best thing about this platform is how simplfies the entire marketing funnel, right from lead capture to nurturing and also lead conversion, all done right in this single platform. This platform's automation workflows are very intuitive and flexible, making it very easy to build a campaign without much of any technical expertise. Their landing page builder and email marketing tools, along with the CRM integration, work very seamlessly together. By doing this, I was able to maintain the consistency across the campaigns. This platform also provides us with a very strong analytics dashboard that gives us clear visibility into the campaign performance and ROI as well.

**What do you dislike about RD Station Marketing?**

Though this platform is very powerful, but their customization options for advanced users feels bit limited when compared with other enterprise-grade tools. Some integrations which are outside its core ecosystem may require additional configuration or even third-party connectors. Their UI, though user-friendly, can occasionally feel cluttered when managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

RD station solves the problem of improved lead management efficiency and even campaign execution speed. Teams can also launch multiple campaigns faster and also to track performance in real time, and optimise based on data insights. This platform also provides better-qualified leads when being passed to sales, and improves overall pipeline quality and ROI from the marketing efforts.

**What do you like best about RD Station Marketing?**

I primarily use RD Station Marketing to create landing pages, marketing emails, and automation flows, which helps me get many hot leads to acquire new clients. The agility in quickly creating a marketing email and landing pages is something I really appreciate. Additionally, the automatic flow is one of the things I like the most. Moreover, sending emails helps a lot in the day-to-day.

I think both the marketing emails and the landing pages are very limited in options and have become very rigid. I believe that if they followed the container flow like in WordPress, it would make things easier and provide more creativity in the work.

It really does not fulfill most of the functionalities it offers.

**What do you dislike about RD Station Marketing?**

The functionalities are limited, when support is requested from the customer experience area they respond that they will not develop a functionality just for one customer. We are talking about very simple functionalities that any CRM would have, such as being able to segment from a specific date. Andrea Benavides' service is very poor. The cancellation process was very tedious, they charged for 2 extra days during which there was no service and then did not take responsibility.

It was only used for sending emails, but even so, the functionality was not very advanced, generating reports was a headache.

I don't really like the RD interface, I find it very basic and it doesn't convey a very innovative feel. Also, sometimes I experience UX problems, some buttons don't work and there is excessive loading.
