Fast and Lightweight to where users are not waiting minutes+ for changes or reports. **What do you dislike about Rattle?** Would like to see more integration capabilities. **Recommendations to others considering Rattle:** Highly recommend. Has to be my favorite middleware Salesforce tool on the market. I've used other incumbents, but this tops the list. The Rattle team really cares about their customer-base and you can see it in the product rollouts every month. **What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Salesforce hygiene, faster deal desk approvals, reporting via slack, internal comms over chatter. ### 2. Setting up a new workflow takes minutes. Our sales team really responded overwhelmingly positive to the alerts in Slack **What do you dislike about Rattle?** I don't currently have any dislikes. The team at Rattle is very responsive to any questions and/or feature suggestions. **Recommendations to others considering Rattle:** I recommend reaching out to leadership in your organization to see what they are most interested in and finding way to highlight those insights with Rattle alerts **What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're alerting in Slack on won opportunities, missed close dates, new inquiries, etc. We've seen numerous benefits including quicker turnaround times and celebrating team wins. ### 3. Keep up the great work, Rattle! **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Alex F. | Revenue Operations Manager **Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2021 **What do you like best about Rattle?** I particularly love the feature which includes animated GIFs to spice up those Slack notifications (they really help increasing users adoption) but also the very useful library of pre-defined workflows which don't need any coding! **What do you dislike about Rattle?** I don't dislike anything but would love to see even more integrations with other tools like SalesLoft **What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fantastic tool to have real-time visibility from Salesforce, but also to take some quick actions (opportunity updates, cases escalation, responses to hot leads etc) directly from Slack without opening Salesforce (particularly critical for the Service Cloud side of Salesforce in handling cases) ### 4. We see faster time to first contact without adding a generic email response as a first step in a prospecting cadence. It's also helping enforce marketing SLAs. ### 5. Rattle is always improving and providing recommendations for businesses **Recommendations to others considering Rattle:** Keep doing what you do best! **What problems is Rattle solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are improving team collaboration between deals in Salesforce. Making sure we create a buzz around closed deals and sales people all over the world can liaise between each other to win business we already have presence with in other locations. ### 6.
