
I love how Ratio is very fast and user-friendly. The first time I used the Ratio portal, it took me less than two to three minutes to navigate through the entire portfolio. Everything is updated in real-time, making it easy for both me and my customers to manage the process. I find using Ratio almost seamless; it's just like a one-click check for financial checks, and the widget updates itself in real time. After sending out the order form, I can track in real time whether the form has been opened, signed, or if there's any holdup. The agreement process is simple, straightforward, and easy for customers to understand without having to read loads of pages. It's also super simple to set up a financial order form with Ratio. Just one click, and it populates all the data, making offers easy to create. Among all the financing options I use, Ratio is my favorite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Okay. So this has happened repeatedly with so many of my customers on the last page where there is a sign up, they think the agreement has been done. It has been filled because they have added all details. They have done everything, but they have to, for some reason, scroll down at the bottom of the screen, hit tick, and add and then there is sort of a signature. So I haven't seen the physical agreement, but this has been sort of a repeated thing that is happening with each and every one of my customers. So if that aspect could be more clear and more intuitive so people know that there is another sign up page at the end rather than them getting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
