**What do you like best about Ratio?**

I love how Ratio is very fast and user-friendly. The first time I used the Ratio portal, it took me less than two to three minutes to navigate through the entire portfolio. Everything is updated in real-time, making it easy for both me and my customers to manage the process. I find using Ratio almost seamless; it's just like a one-click check for financial checks, and the widget updates itself in real time. After sending out the order form, I can track in real time whether the form has been opened, signed, or if there's any holdup. The agreement process is simple, straightforward, and easy for customers to understand without having to read loads of pages. It's also super simple to set up a financial order form with Ratio. Just one click, and it populates all the data, making offers easy to create. Among all the financing options I use, Ratio is my favorite.

**What do you dislike about Ratio?**

Okay. So this has happened repeatedly with so many of my customers on the last page where there is a sign up, they think the agreement has been done. It has been filled because they have added all details. They have done everything, but they have to, for some reason, scroll down at the bottom of the screen, hit tick, and add and then there is sort of a signature. So I haven't seen the physical agreement, but this has been sort of a repeated thing that is happening with each and every one of my customers. So if that aspect could be more clear and more intuitive so people know that there is another sign up page at the end rather than them getting

**What problems is Ratio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Ratio very fast and user-friendly. It helps me navigate quickly, making it easy for customers to sign up. Real-time updates simplify tracking order forms and understanding customer progress, while reducing my need to frequently check in with them.

**What do you like best about Ratio?**

I like that Ratio is our financing partner for long contract deals. It helps us lock clients in a long-term contract and provides the luxury of getting a lump sum amount together. The quick and smooth onboarding with less to none documentation is beneficial, both for our company and convenient for the customers as well. Compared to our other financing partners, I like Ratio the most.

The customer service hasn't been top notch. Sometimes, customers complain that it's very difficult to connect with someone at Ratio for billing problems.

Ratio helps us lock clients in long-term contracts and provides the convenience of receiving a lump sum payment.

**What do you like best about Ratio?**

I think Ratio is great because it's quick and fast, allowing us to get quotes in just a couple of minutes, which saves a lot of time. I also like that it charges very little in fees and provides us with upfront payments. It makes things really efficient for giving quotes to customers, and the monthly payment plans they offer help our customers manage their finances better, which in turn helps our business. Plus, the setup was very easy for us.

**What do you dislike about Ratio?**

Sometimes quotes do not get approved due to availability issues or sometimes addresses don't work. At those times, Ratio is a bit slow.

**What problems is Ratio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ratio to provide quotes quickly and offer monthly payment plans, which help our customers manage large invoices without upfront payments, allowing them to invest in their business. This has improved our revenue and brought in more business.

**What do you like best about Ratio?**

I like how Ratio swoops in to turn almost lost situations into a win-win when dealing with clients who prefer monthly billing. It's user-friendly, quick, and doesn't involve a lot of steps, which makes it incredibly convenient to use. The speed at which they operate is the best. Setting it up was a piece of cake, which is always nice.

**What do you dislike about Ratio?**

It doesn't work well when the amount is more than a certain limit. If Ratio could work on higher amounts, I would always want to go with it. If there is a client who has a higher contractual value, then they get routed to another vendor financing provider whose processes are more complicated and time-taking.

I find Ratio really helpful for my customers. It makes it easy for them to make payments. Ratio handles all of the payment process, which means once we make the deal, everything is managed smoothly, making it easy for the customer to handle their payments. The initial setup was very easy for me and my team. It involved simple, basic steps for collaboration and initiating any quotation, and it's just a simple click—that’s it.

Sometimes, things don't get approved over Ratio, and that kinda hurts things with moving deals forward.

**What do you like best about Ratio?**

I use Ratio with Motive to help my customers get financed contracts. It's extremely helpful and streamlined. I like the faster resolution when checking if a customer is available for financing; Ratio is the quickest and offers flexible terms. The payment process is the most flexible, and it doesn't require a lot of hassle. The response time is better, resulting in deals closing quickly. The initial setup was very good too.

**What do you dislike about Ratio?**

I believe the lender fee is too much, if only it could be a bit less. The max contract length is 36 months; if 60 months were available, it would be beneficial.

I use Ratio to help my customers get financed contracts with longer terms and better pricing. It's extremely helpful, streamlined, and flexible, with faster resolution and response times, which helps me close deals quickly.

I use Ratio to get financing options for my clients, and it helps me as a seller get upfront payment while my clients get to pay in monthly installments. I really like that the approval process is pretty quick. One of the features I value the most is Vendor Financing Precheck, as it's easy and reliable.

**What do you dislike about Ratio?**

Sometimes the precheck approves but when I go for a fullcheck later it declines. It would be better if it declines in the first precheck if needed.

The initial setup was smooth and convenient. In my personal experience, I've always received professional and timely support from their team.

They don’t accept all the customers that we have, plus some customers have complained that Ratio doesn't have the best after-sales support.

**What do you like best about Ratio?**

I like how Ratio has allowed us to collect more cash quicker while being able to provide payment plans to our partners. The ability to offer flexible payment plans through Ratio is extremely valuable because we can accommodate the needs and circumstances of partners accordingly, without feeling we're sacrificing anything from our side at kickoff. The initial setup was very straightforward, and Bryan was amazing with the training and guidance through this process.

**What do you dislike about Ratio?**

The only POI, which is being resolved, would be faster payouts and faster verification of customers - As well as more flexibility with editing customers and offers alone.

**What problems is Ratio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Ratio to process payments and offer flexible terms, enabling faster access to capital. It helps verify partner reputation, widen our deal scope, and close deals quickly through quick financing. Ratio allows us to offer flexible payment plans tailored to partners' needs without compromising at the start.

I use Ratio for vendor finance, and I find it quick, which is great. Setting it up was very easy, and it solved pricing issues for me.

Sometimes it rejects the account and accepts the account which shouldn't be the case, so I get confused about the eligibility.

I like that Ratio makes it easy to pay customers month to month. I appreciate the ease of getting through the system and software. The security Ratio provides makes my clients feel comfortable when adding their billing information. I also like how it integrates directly with Salesforce because I use it to collect billing information. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Ratio?**

Sometimes it takes a while for clients to click finish or receive the code for two-factor authentication. Speed is an issue since it would be better if the code could be sent faster so clients don't have to wait.

Ratio makes it easy to handle monthly payments and adds security, making my clients comfortable with providing billing info.

Also, the initial setup was very seamless, and the customer support is great.

I just think the biggest thing would be changing business addresses when an address is qualified under a previous one.
