What do you like best about Ratio?

I love how Ratio is very fast and user-friendly. The first time I used the Ratio portal, it took me less than two to three minutes to navigate through the entire portfolio. Everything is updated in real-time, making it easy for both me and my customers to manage the process. I find using Ratio almost seamless; it's just like a one-click check for financial checks, and the widget updates itself in real time. After sending out the order form, I can track in real time whether the form has been opened, signed, or if there's any holdup. The agreement process is simple, straightforward, and easy for customers to understand without having to read loads of pages. It's also super simple to set up a financial order form with Ratio. Just one click, and it populates all the data, making offers easy to create. Among all the financing options I use, Ratio is my favorite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ratio?

Okay. So this has happened repeatedly with so many of my customers on the last page where there is a sign up, they think the agreement has been done. It has been filled because they have added all details. They have done everything, but they have to, for some reason, scroll down at the bottom of the screen, hit tick, and add and then there is sort of a signature. So I haven't seen the physical agreement, but this has been sort of a repeated thing that is happening with each and every one of my customers. So if that aspect could be more clear and more intuitive so people know that there is another sign up page at the end rather than them getting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that Ratio is our financing partner for long contract deals. It helps us lock clients in a long-term contract and provides the luxury of getting a lump sum amount together. I think Ratio is great because it's quick and fast, allowing us to get quotes in just a couple of minutes, which saves a lot of time. I also like that it charges very little in fees and provides us with upfront payments. It makes things really efficient for giving quotes to customers, and the monthly payment plans they offer help our customers manage their finances better, which in turn helps our business. I like how Ratio swoops in to turn almost lost situations into a win-win when dealing with clients who prefer monthly billing. It's user-friendly, quick, and doesn't involve a lot of steps, which makes it incredibly convenient to use. The speed at which they operate is the best. It doesn't work well when the amount is more than a certain limit. If Ratio could work on higher amounts, I would always want to go with it. If there is a client who has a higher contractual value, then they get routed to another vendor financing provider whose processes are more complicated and time-taking. I find Ratio to be a very good platform, especially because it's quite user-friendly for managing paperwork and using features on Salesforce. It makes tasks pretty easy and provides a user-friendly experience. What do you like best about Ratio?

I use Ratio to get financing options for my clients, and it helps me as a seller get upfront payment while my clients get to pay in monthly installments.
