**What do you like best about Ratabase?**

I like the ease of use/small learning curve that this product entails.It works very well for insurance rating and underwriting. This is a significant improvement over the variety of other software solutions that I have tried using in the past for this same purpose.

**What do you dislike about Ratabase?**

I dislike the operating speed at which the software runs at times (not too often). Sometimes, it takes far too long to refresh a page. If I restart the system, this is corrected. I am not sure what causes this, but it seems to be associated with something on my end an not necessarily the program itself (maybe my computer, network, etc.).

**Recommendations to others considering Ratabase:**

Worth a shot! Ease of use and small learning curve give you practically nothing to lose and everything to gain.

**What problems is Ratabase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insurance and underwriting. The main benefits stem from ease of use and minimal training required. Much more efficient this way.
