**What do you like best about Radar Live?**

Deploying rates to a live environment is fast and painless. Once you know how to use radar finding errors and applying a solution is relatively simple. Towers Watson softwares are widely used across many industries and so knowledge of the software isn't difficult to come by

**What do you dislike about Radar Live?**

There are no online help guides for the software and any training is done in house either by the company themselves or by someone who has actively used the software before. Troubleshooting is difficult and the help section of the programme doesn't always have the answers you want to see.

**Recommendations to others considering Radar Live:**

Provided you have the experience in house to use this, it is a great way to update rates fast.

**What problems is Radar Live solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It prevents a multiple step process between software houses to provide updated rates to customers. Radar live allows you to do a lot of the usual steps in one place

If you know how to use Radar, it can be very quick to implement changes which is key in a competitive market
If mistakes are made, it is quick to deploy a fix

**What do you dislike about Radar Live?**

If you aren't familiar with Radar, it can be difficult to learn on your own without paying for the training course from TW
Error messages aren't always clear to locate the problem
