What I like best about Field Force Tracker is that it feels like a platform designed with the realities of field service businesses in mind. In our line of work, where electrical and energy related service requests can pile up quickly, having one system that manages scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, inventory, and even client communications saves us countless hours. While Field Force Tracker has been a huge step forward in streamlining our operations, there are a few areas where I see room for improvement. Because the platform is so feature rich, the initial setup and onboarding can feel a bit overwhelming, especially for teams that are used to traditional, manual processes.
