**What do you like best about rampmetrics?**

I've been using Rampmetrics for a few years now, and it's been a game-changer in understanding how marketing influences buyers throughout their journey. The platform makes it so much easier to analyze and share campaign performance with leadership. I especially value the ability to break down data across multi-touch, first-touch, and last-touch attribution, as well as cohort-based full-funnel analytics. Plus, the user-friendly interface makes navigating even the most complex data feel seamless and intuitive.

**What do you dislike about rampmetrics?**

There are limited direct integrations however, the Rampmetrics team has been incredibly flexible in working with us to meet our needs in an ever-changing digital landscape. Their support and willingness to adapt to our challenges have made a huge difference.

Solving the challenge of full-funnel analytics and attribution. It allows us to see the influence of our campaigns across every stage of the buyer's journey. **What do you like best about rampmetrics?**

Easy to set up and to use analytics, provide all the information I need to view our entire B2B funnel with the correct marketing attribution. With all the data provided by Rampmetrics, I can easily use it every day to analyze the marketing/sales funnel and optimize the campaigns that bring us more revenue.

**What do you dislike about rampmetrics?**

It's not that I dislike it, but to integrate LinkedIn data, they don't have it natively inside the platform. I just talked about how I needed it connected directly to Rampmetrics, and they provided an easy solution. So, there is no longer a need to send data via Zapier.

**What problems is rampmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since our lead window to become a client is more than a month was hard to attribute credit to paid campaigns with the traditional last touch or first touch model. With Rampmetrics I can easily spot which campaign the lead are coming from and what was the last campaign they saw to convert. Having a hole picture of the marketing + sales funnel.
Also, their support is really helpful.

**What do you like best about rampmetrics?**

RampMetrics has been a valuable tool for us, especially with its dashboard overview, which provides a great at-a-glance summary of key metrics. The UX is designed for ease of use, making it simple to navigate even for those who aren’t super technical. Finding data is intuitive, and the layout is clean, which cuts down on time spent searching for specific insights. Overall, RampMetrics has made managing data and tracking KPIs much easier for our team, allowing us to focus on taking action rather than spending time trying to make sense of the data. Highly recommend it for teams looking for a user-friendly analytics platform!

**What do you dislike about rampmetrics?**

One downside, is that sometimes it takes a bit longer for data to load than we’d like, which can be a bit of a drag during busy periods. Still, the overall ease of use and insight it provides make RampMetrics a highly useful platform, and I’d recommend it to teams looking for a user-friendly analytics solution.

RampMetrics is helping us solve a big challenge: efficiently tracking and understanding our team’s performance. With its dashboard and easy-to-navigate interface, RampMetrics enables us to monitor performance metrics at a glance, which simplifies tracking KPIs without needing to sift through multiple reports or data sources. The ability to pull in data directly from Salesforce is also a huge benefit, as we can view everything we need in one place. Overall, RampMetrics has made it much easier to stay on top of goals and quickly identify areas for improvement, ultimately supporting our team’s productivity and performance.

**What do you like best about rampmetrics?**

There's a lot to like about rampmetrics. Built in multi-touch attribution models, ability to view your specific lead/sales funnel by stage with conversion and velocity built in. See how your leads and prograams impact revenue. Turn axccount-based influence on or off. Full customer journey at the opportunity level with a lot of configurable attributes. I use this tool daily. It's easy to use and new users can be trained quickly. Data exports as Excel for easy manipulation and sharing. Can view the data in a lot of meaningful ways.

The staff are knowledgeable, responsive and nice. They're also receptive to feature requests. Extremely high value for the cost - great ROI.

**What do you dislike about rampmetrics?**

Some data syncs from the CRM via a daily push so some data isn't avialable until the following day. There are some filtering options that are missing that would make the tool easier to use without finding workarounds.

**What do you like best about rampmetrics?**

The best part of Rampmetrics is that it brings clarity and efficiency to tracking Marketing campaigns' performance and overall how Marketing activities influence pipeline. Before Rampmetrics our team had to manually sort through campaigns in Salesforce, and verify that a deal was truly created through a Marketing activity by auditing touchpoints. 

To put it in perspective, it would take us at least 3 hours to manually audit Marketing activity across 150 prospects. Given our campaigns typically involve thousands of prospects, this was not feasible. Now with Rampmetrics that work is done quite literally in seconds.

**What do you dislike about rampmetrics?**

Tracking outbound campaigns in Rampmetrics is a bit tricky and required a custom workaround for us. Essentially in Salesforce we had to create two campaigns whenever we run an outbound initiative. One as the base, and the other exclusively for tracking positive activities. A bit nuanced, but still significantly better than any of our prior manual proceses.

Rampmetrics allowed us to properly track marketing attribution.

Rampmetrics has made it far easier for us to track the impact of different sales and marketing efforts. For a system that was relatively quick and easy to implement, we now have far greater insight into attribution, the performance of various channels including paid, and what activities have influenced key opportunities.

We have had some challenges aligning rampmetrics data with what we see in Salesforce and other systems. This is just as much due to the complexity of our data though, rather than any shortcomings on rampmetrics' side.

We use rampmetrics to answer common questions around marketing performance and attribution, and guide decision-making and strategy. This includes shedding light on things like the influence of certain campaigns, how paid is performing, how many marketing and sales touches per opportunity, how fast are campaign responses moving through the funnel, and conversion rates.

The product is easy-to-use and has excellent customer service. I've used some MarTech products where the product was great but the support was minimal. These guys really work with you to make sure it's functioning as desired. They're also great at listening to customer feedback to help continuously improve their product.

**What do you dislike about rampmetrics?**

Nothing really. It's still a pretty young product. I've been very pleased that any time we'd have issues with Rampmetrics, their team has worked with us to address.

Marketing attribution. We have a very long sales cycle and it's great to be able to connect the dots to figure out what's working. It's helping us be smarter about where we spend our marketing budget.

**What do you like best about rampmetrics?**

The overall onboarding experience with rampmetrics was great. They are readily available to help you with every major step, while also giving you the framework to plan out the entire project in advance. If you want, you can even set up a slack channel with them to solve any problems or questions immediately. 

Unlike other attribution tools, rampmetrics is able to automate the capture of all your digital marketing data. This allows you to measure channels that are historically hard to measure and even tougher to include in attribution models. Their technology also helps detect and correct errors in your digital data so that you aren't losing any attribution to dirty data.

**What do you dislike about rampmetrics?**

One time-consuming piece in the onboarding process is cleaning up your dirty data. Since rampmetrics is able to pull years of historical data, it's inevitable that there will be a decent amount of cleanup needed. It would be great if rampmetrics was able to pull in total visits or form fills to help prioritize which landing pages are most important to map first.

No other complaints, everything worked as originally described.

rampmetrics helps to solve the age-old question of marketing attribution and how much ROI the marketing team generates. As a Marketing Operations professional, this is the number one question that is asked by marketing leadership. Being able to easily and quickly pull attribution and full funnel data helps uncover efficiencies within the marketing team and ultimately helps generate more leads.

From a demand generation perspective I love that I can see what's working and where to double down all in one platform! 

With RampMetrics I am able to 
- automatically pull of ad spend cost from the major b2b marketing ad network making it easy to see cost per lead and return on marketing spend
- push offline conversion data to Google 
- Integrate with other tools like Uberflip for content engagement attribution
- Slice and dice the data so many different ways
- Pull metrics for board slides as well as pull performance for specific campaigns to be more strategic

I also like that it provides conversation tracking, attribution, and funnel analytics in one application! Unlike other attribution tools you can also do conversion tracking across all channel both online and offline  (paid media, organic search, social media, email, events, etc.)

*Bonus* The team is awesome to work with and are experts on marketing operations and attribution.

Nothing! They are continuously adding new features!

Get a demo! So many possibilities to slice and dice data. The team is super knowledgeable and hold your hand along the way!

RampMetrics helps us solve the gap of logging into multiple tools to get analytics and gives us a holistic view of our marketing funnel. I am able to see what campaigns perform well, where I should be doubling down, and what programs are not working well for us.

I had no idea metrics could be so easy to capture with a single solution. RampMetrics pulls everything together in a simple, elegant way. If I'm asked about a single program, I can instantly answer just how successful (Touches, MQLs, Opportunities, etc.) that program was or how successful a broader campaign was as well. The SFDC integration is seamless. UI is fabulous. An amazing platform!

Honestly? Nothing. New features keep coming.

If you'd like to streamline processes and care about ROI, just use RampMetrics.

I started pulling data for my weekly reporting the same day I got my RampMetrics login - it's that easy to learn. The data that used to take me a few hours each week to pull is done now completed within 30 minutes. No more pulling data from multiple spreadsheets, it's now done on one platform. An added benefit is the amazing team who is very friendly and eager to help us uncover new features and benefits.

My team can answer just about any marketing performance question that comes up, whether it be how did this campaign do? Or how is a specific channel performing? Or what is the lead status of the MQL's we just generated? We can look very broadly at webinars and we can zero in on just the big one we did last month.

**What do you dislike about rampmetrics?**

There is no downside to using RampMetrics, it can only help to make you a smarter, more strategic marketer. I'm anxious for the Drift integration which I believe is coming very soon.

**Recommendations to others considering rampmetrics:**

Consider RampMetrics if you want a platform that is more flexible and a team that can help you customize it for your specific needs. I've used competitors and what you get out of the box, is what you get.

**What problems is rampmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Each of my team members analyze and export data for the programs they own because it is so easy to learn and use. We pull data for board slides and team presentations, as well as check daily to see how campaigns are progressing through the funnel. We can easily view a cohort report, something I've struggled with in SFDC for years, or we can view by actuals. It is a flexible platform that allows us to examine the data from all angles, as well as quickly provide answers to the questions most commonly asked.

We have used the data in RampMetrics to assist us with our forecasting and funnel planning as well. The team is amazing and very helpful in assisting with how to present the data and new insights we have not uncovered.

Bringing all the KPIs together to make our data actionable was a major headache, but RampMetrics was the perfect solution. The RampMetrics team made customizing the data we needed a breeze. Instead of pulling data from multiple places and spending hours to cross reference it on spreadsheets, we now could get those insights with a push of a few buttons. Now we have single source of truth, with easy to use reports that we could slice and dice as we needed.

That there are even more options than I have had a chance to leverage yet.

**What do you like best about rampmetrics?**

Has a great Salesforce.com integration which flows both ways. RampMetrics pushes data into SFDC and brings SFDC fields and configurations into the RampMetrics app. We used RampMetrics data within SFDC and within the RampMetrics UI. Easy to flow back and forth. one use case was integrating RampMetrics campaign attribution data within lead views for the sales team.

No major dislikes, product improves and evolves with the times

If you want your money to go a long way, make sure you know what you're spending on and the return on that investment can been seen through RampMetrics.

With RampMetrics the goal was solving for marketing analytics specifically campaign effectiveness. RampMetrics pushes attribution data to accounts and opportunities which management team uses for spotting most effective campaigns.

RampMetrics adds value to every marketing program we run.  They are professional, knowledge, responsive and a pleasure to work with.

**What do you like best about rampmetrics?**

Rampmetrics was designed by Marketing Ops professionals to get work done internally. Turns out their product was highly competitive with all the other players. It's a nimble product that continues to be iterated on, improving as demand increases. It's nice to have a problem to solve and to be able to work with the Rampmetrics team to derive a solution, and if that requires a product enhancement -- they make it happen.

**What do you dislike about rampmetrics?**

Much like all Martech, everyone's situation is different. Because there's no "one, right way" there are many ways to slice, dice, and interpret data. Some things require your database and codebase to be added to, or manipulated to get consistent data -- but such is life with all products out there.

**Recommendations to others considering rampmetrics:**

Get a demo and see for yourself. I had a couple people sit in on one, and they were ALL impressed.

**What problems is rampmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Some quick wins, literally on day 1, was to find that there was an abandonment rate for form submission attempts that we were not aware of. We're also able to reconcile marketing campaigns with rampmetrics campaigns in our CRM, which for the time being, is an ongoing validation of our programs. That doesn't' even begin to actually touch on the attribution and reporting side of the product (their bread and butter). 
A great feature Rampmetrics provides is the constant ability to "turn on ABM mode" -- which allows you to see attribution/reporting at the lead level, or the account level without having to refresh, re-run, or change reports. It's very fluid and easy to change perspective.

**What do you like best about rampmetrics?**

Multi-variate analysis across campaigns, mediums, and assets. Very intuitive and easy to use for quick analysis and drill-down.  I really like the waterfall and conversion graphics with easy pivoting and drill-downs.

**What do you dislike about rampmetrics?**

I hear having reports created and emailed based on a schedule are in the works. Looking forward to it!

**What do you like best about rampmetrics?**

rampmetrics gives us the ability to really look at our analytics in meaningful ways. The best part is that there is no ongoing campaign setup through Marketo for online attribution...once onboarded, rampmetrics does the rest. It's nice that rampmetrics has a built-in data structure so we don't have to worry about keeping our UTM's consistent. Even if there is ever a mistake, it flags it for data cleaning and allows us to map on the fly. 

The UI is where rampmetrics really shines. A lot of exec teams ask vague questions such as "How are we doing?" or "Are we moving the needle?" - rampmetrics does a great job organizing the data so you can  narrow down the right questions we want to ask, such as "How many leads engaged with that whitepaper?", "Which traffic source influenced the most revenue?", or "What was the content that created the most opportunities?". While other tools can sync multi-touch attribution data to SFDC, rampmetrics allows us to see this data in aggregate and slice and dice in powerful ways. The best part is that we can create complex queries on the fly without having to write any code. So if we want to ask complex questions such as "How many leads engaged with a specific whitepaper this quarter that came from LinkedIn (who aren't employees)?" We can do that in a matter of seconds. Being able to mix and match data fields and filters from SFDC is super powerful. 

It seems like the rampmetrics team has really thought through things in the eyes of marketers and being able to use the data to answer questions that marketers and execs want to know. I also don't have to create any custom apps or anything in SFDC to get the data to mash up.

The rampmetrics support team is amazing. They really take a hands on approach to getting the app configured and the documentation is very detailed. They also provide customer support via Slack and are always going out of their way to help you understand the data. They are always adding new features and enhancements which is something I appreciate in SaaS software.

**What do you dislike about rampmetrics?**

Sometimes it takes a little bit to wrap my head around what's going on behind the numbers or how certain numbers are being calculated. Maybe some more tooltips throughout the app explaining how certain calculations are made would help me explain the data better to my team. The rampmetrics support team does provide a detailed glossary of terms and various screens in the app, but it would be helpful to access some of that within the app rather than go back and forth to a PDF.

**Recommendations to others considering rampmetrics:**

If you're really looking to get control over your attribution, this is the software to get. 

**What problems is rampmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The speed and accuracy I can generate reports for our exec team is phenomenal. What used to take us days or weeks (or never) to gather, can now be done in a couple of minutes. It also allows us to account for various nuances within our org such as excluding certain opportunity types that would affect conversion rates.

**What do you like best about rampmetrics?**

RampMetrics approach to attribution is very well thought out - they recognize that there isn't a "single" question you want to ask of your attribution data, but many questions. They've designed their "multi-dimensional" data model so you can do deep exploration of which channels are leading to conversion at all funnel stages. 

In addition, the team is incredibly flexible with their implementation time and real experts on marketing operations and analytics. They are a joy to work with.

**What do you dislike about rampmetrics?**

Only real complain is a lack of integration with currently industry-standard marketing data integration tools, like Segment. I will say they make up for this with ample support onboarding. 

**Recommendations to others considering rampmetrics:**

Make sure to detail your requirements ahead of time - they are much more flexible than other vendors.

**What problems is rampmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've gained a better understanding of which pieces of content and campaigns are working to drive funnel movement. This has allowed optimization of spend.
