It was also useful to be able to select from different phone solutions and integration since they helped in fine tuning the system. **What do you dislike about Radius Connect?** The transmissions and receiving of faxes may also be slow and would also at times be unreliable. This has resulted in slight delay in some of the correspondence with the clients who prefer to use fax for some documents. **What problems is Radius Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Radius Connect has been beneficial and an improvement to our business phone system. The enhancement within the calls quality and the flexibility of features has enhanced the overall concern on communication and the professional aspect. ### 2.
