**What do you like best about Radius Connect?**

The sound should be clear and consistent for the connections especially when interacting with the clients. It was also useful to be able to select from different phone solutions and integration since they helped in fine tuning the system.

**What do you dislike about Radius Connect?**

The transmissions and receiving of faxes may also be slow and would also at times be unreliable. This has resulted in slight delay in some of the correspondence with the clients who prefer to use fax for some documents.

**What problems is Radius Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Radius Connect has been beneficial and an improvement to our business phone system. The enhancement within the calls quality and the flexibility of features has enhanced the overall concern on communication and the professional aspect.

**What do you like best about Radius Connect?**

By the help of Radius connect we can our office WiFi by remembering single password. User's are authenticated by the centralized Radius server.

**What do you dislike about Radius Connect?**

Sometime servers downs it may take some time to connect and balance the load. But it's a worst situation like one time in Quarter.

**What problems is Radius Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have connected with multiple customers via VoIP technology.

**What do you like best about Radius Connect?**

It helps us a lot to not to remind the Password of multiple SSIDs. In just one simple click it connects easily. Implementation is also much easy to do.

**What do you dislike about Radius Connect?**

When Radius server is down then might take some time to connect.

**What problems is Radius Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Radius solves the Voice Glitches which occured during connect to other SSIDs.

**What do you like best about Radius Connect?**

I can appreciate the opportunity to have my telephony connected to my CRM. I don’t have to record any call- every call is recorded, helping me and my team stay on track.

**What do you dislike about Radius Connect?**

Sometimes the call has been dropped and sometimes there is interference most noticeably during the mobile calls. This can be irritating while dealing client’s conversation.

**What problems is Radius Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Radius Connect has made our antiquated phone system obsolete in favor of sleek, cloud-based telephone services. This has assisted in trying to manage our communication duties and reduction of call expenses.
