TeamViewer working without needing a VPN is genuinely underrated as a convenience when a user is down and every extra step before you can see their screen matters. PDQ Connect letting you run PowerShell without fully taking over someone&#39;s screen is a nice middle ground between full remote control and just running a quick fix in the background.
