**What do you like best about QuickMail?**

The tool worked well and helped me reach many potential customers. And with the right message and a well-filtered list, you can have surprisingly high open rates. Plus, at Quickmail, they make a point to provide fantastic customer support.

No complaints. The UI could be a little more polished, but it feels like they focus on what's important.

**What do you like best about QuickMail?**

Love the email warmer feature even though it sounds like this strategy / approach will need to change in future for gmail. Importing contacts is easy and fairly intuitive to set up your sequences. Love the simplicity of being able to refill email verification credits through the app itself.

It takes some time to understand how buckets work, but when you do, it's powerful.

**What do you like best about QuickMail?**

By send volume - we book 4X more meetings in QuickMail than our previous platform. The visibility on deliverability scores for each inbox is SO helpful.

The way lists are organized, it's so much simpler to run campaigns at scale and be nimble when you need to make pivots. I've looked at and tested a lot of platforms and nothing holds a candle to QuickMail.

**What do you dislike about QuickMail?**

I dislike manually setting send schedules for each campaign. Running the math for # of inboxes, daily send limits, email steps, etc. is cumbersome. It can be a headache when you have some inboxes that are warmed up and some that are brand new and need separate schedules.

**What problems is QuickMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QuickMail's support staff is the most helpful team I've had the opportunity to work with. They've helped us overcome each challenge we've faced migrating a large volume of clients/campaigns into their platform. They even help us solve problems we face related to other vendors so that their platform is more accessible and more usable for us. They've built custom integrations with other vendors we use to streamline our processes... it's been fantastic.

**What do you like best about QuickMail?**

Several reasons I've become a Quickmail convert:
-Easier to learn and manage for the non-technically-oriented. The software design makes ramp-up process much easier and requires a lot less intense attention to detail.
-Superior campaign management. Well designed interface makes managing multiple inboxes and campaigns easier, faster, and more holistic.
-Important bells and whistles. Without being exhaustive, "conditional email variations" was a big sell that GMASS wasn't able to provide (separate journeys based on email opens, clicks, responses, etc) plus rotating inboxes is a management-friendly tool. Also, love that payment is structured by-inbox rather than by-user - great for a growing team.
-GMASS has a rather excellent FREE warm-up service that pairs well with Quickmail's "higher-quality but lower power" warmup.

**What do you dislike about QuickMail?**

I'm still sussing out how effective Quickmail's "deliverability" boosting is, especially given the relatively low volume of warming available. Navigation can also be awkward to learn, though it's still a marked improvement over GMASS.

Importing CSV files and creating flows was fairly straight forward.

**What do you dislike about QuickMail?**

I had to reach out to support a few times to understand some of the features. A few hour response but the responses were good.

**What problems is QuickMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a good email app that would bulk import and bulk send out without emails going into Spam. Open rates have been great.

**What do you like best about QuickMail?**

A perfect tool to work with multiple mail services at the same time. I like this cause you can switch from one to another as simple as that. So this simplifies your time to manage your inbox when you use different services for marketing and business media.

**What do you dislike about QuickMail?**

Had to be a little careful while using it, since is a third party had to be extra careful with your private information, the way are you allowed to answer with any email you had open in there, you can easily change it, and answer with another one; so if you're not careful with that, maybe you're answering with your private or personal email something on your business inbox or vice versa.

**Recommendations to others considering QuickMail:**

A really good tool if you are on the marketing, business or managing a lot of emails at work, definitely this tool is a great way to do it.

**What problems is QuickMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time managing. That saves you a lot of time between exchange email services, the way you can know or see somebody try to reach you or contact you, possible customer, interest, promotion, so you can have the notification in time, cause you had every email and contact at hand.

Multiple mailbox management, flexible campaign orchestration, and integration with external tools (CRM, email validation etc). Buckets to manage contacts is very useful for scaling sending volumes while decreasing operational hurdle.

Some exports capabilities could be improved, API to access / export data is not available yet, more flexible external user management feature is also on the roadmap.

Scaling outbound campaigns for a large number of mailboxes. Flexible client management dashboard to have all clients in separate environments. Consolidation of KPIs.

**What do you like best about QuickMail?**

Customer service is extremely responsive and helpful. We chose QuickMail in particular due to the customer service we received pre-setup (and after!), the ability to be billed monthly, the free auto warmer tool, and the ease of adding mail accounts to a campaign. We reviewed many platforms before signing up and have been delighted with QuickMail so far and our open and click rates are well above expectations!

Haven't found anything we dislike to date and it's great to see that functions are regularly updated. Can't fault the platform and service at all to date! Thanks, QuickMail.

**What do you like best about QuickMail?**

I work in an office that has a huge client base all over the world. We approach clients through all means and running Email Marketing Campaigns is a big part of our action plan. We have had used other services for sending Cold emails but QuickMail tops the list for its user-friendly nature and effectiveness. Our agency (FullStop360) has benefitted a lot from this amazing service to generate Leads to new clients. We use email templates which is a great way to create tempting emails, that people actually click (speaking out of experience). I particularly like the quick notification feature that helps manage the campaigns without delay.

**What do you dislike about QuickMail?**

It is a little overpriced, I must say. As I already mentioned we have tried other services too. So if I make a comparison between QuickMal and YesWare, there's a huge price difference with features almost similar. Moreover, QuickMail has a free trial but doesn't offer a free version.

**What problems is QuickMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We always have the need to reach out to more and more people to try our services and QuickMail has helped up successfully run the marketing campaigns. We use it as a Lead Management Tool. The automation of follow-ups is a very cool feature that has helped us save time. We also use it to maintain the customer database.

**What do you like best about QuickMail?**

Their support really understands the platform. They didn't go the route of hiring the absolute cheapest support they could find just to check the box off like many apps. Instead, they have a smaller team of really dedicated and smart people who KNOW the software.

Additionally, the software works really well. No bugs, no glitches, no illogical UI design that makes you want to pull your hair out. 

I told their support, "If there was an award for overall 'best functioning and well built' saas platform I think Quickmail deserves it." 

I'm not even comparing this to other similar apps.. I'm comparing this to all saas platforms out there, this is one of the most reliable and well built platforms I use in my tech-stack.

**What do you dislike about QuickMail?**

Hmm... I don't have many things to list. I honestly haven't really had a complaint since I started that wasn't immediately addressed. 

Okay, I've sat here for 2 whole minutes thinking of something that I can say here to show that I have an unbiased view, and I can't. As far as what I need the platform for, and what it's supposed to do, I don't dislike a single thing about it.

**Recommendations to others considering QuickMail:**

If you're an agency and want to take cold outreach seriously and be part of a community that is leading the way in quality cold email techniques (because there are a million people claiming to do cold email but they're spammy and outdated) then don't look elsewhere, Quickmail is it. I have worked with a dozen different email platforms competing with QM and hands down QM takes the cake for agencies.  - I feel like this whole review seems like an ad, but I'm genuinely so impressed with them that it feels good to be leaving this type of review for someone.

Ability to manage multiple clients' email campaigns all under one login, one portal, one platform. So helpful. - I've been able to improve deliverability, improve the speed at which I can onboard clients and execute on our work, I've been able to improve the copy I'm using and thus the results we're delivering.

The inbox rotation tool is a gamechanger. Combined with the native inbox management, replying to large volumes of replies is a breeze.

**What do you dislike about QuickMail?**

Some of the interfaces need refining. I'd like to be able to respond to SMS natively. I'd like to be able to "schedule" campaign starts for individual prospects and view a log of all conversations/messages sent in the contact overview.

Inbox management, sending high-volume cold outreach with good deliverability, and automating the lead follow-up process.

I like that it is straightforward to set up. Simply enter the emails you want to be sent, the timeframe between them and add a CSV file and away you go. It is quite mesmerizing to watch the emails go out and be able to see the stats for each campaign.

**What do you dislike about QuickMail?**

The formatting of the emails could be a bit better as I prefer to send more aesthetically pleasing emails but maybe with a bit more work on my emails, I may have figured it out. I was working on a time-sensitive campaign.

Just do it. When set up it worked perfectly for the needs of the business.

I needed to contact a lot of people with a certain offer. I loved the way that when someone had replied they don't then go on to receive the reminder emails. I found this such a useful feature.

Nothing much everything depends on the user's perspective, On my side, everything good to go and this is the easier and quickest way to communicate for business and marketing purposes.

Support service for Quickmail is  fantastic. Without a doubt, the greatest support in any product I've ever used. I get quick responses, they have such a terrific Fb user community, . Quickmail is also Easy to navigate and launch email campaigns

To be honest, there was not much of a problem here. They do such an excellent job of providing advanced functionality that it's quite remarkable.

The support is outstanding. The features are amazing and the price for what you get is so low compared to the competitors out there.

If you have the company in the first column of a CSV file, it will automatically use that as the "First Name", even though it is mapped out correctly when importing the data into the prospects section.

Sending out emails for our clients. Just not sure when to increase the amount of emails as I dont want them ending up in spam.

Great delay system where you can choose the second delay between each and every single that your email account will send.
You can have multiple email accounts in one dashboard which makes it very easy to manage
Great that you can spread your emails between the different email accounts
Support has been amazing

**What do you dislike about QuickMail?**

It is a bit of a learning curve to understand how it all works together as well as the jargon used but if you're tech-savvy then you shouldn't have any issues.

**What problems is QuickMail solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QuickMail is taking care of my email outreach as I can upload prospects in my "buckets" in advance and then set rules to extract / use these buckets of prospects over time. For example, extract 50 prospects on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This is extremely time saving as I don't have to upload prospects / leads each day

Quickmail is an innovative tool to help us manage our email marketing, social networks, and website traffic. The function of sending campaigns is easy and very visual, accompanied by a graphic that allows us to see how active our advertising is, as well as the expenses, as well as a general overview of the existing campaigns.

A few months ago I was searching for a way to effectively manage multiple autoresponders. After weeks of narrowing the search, I found QuickMail. I've used it for a few months and I'm extremely committed to it now. My team and I are able to split the inbox among the group and work on bundles at any given time. It allows us to effectively manage multiple clients' inboxes all at once.

**What do you like best about QuickMail?**

Great customer support-- they are responsive, and efficient. Also, it's secure, simple, and easy to use and you don't have to lose alot of time figuring out how to set it up! Given that you can reach so many more people at one time, and it's automated, it is a real time saver. Lastly, it's a great way to follow up efficiently.

**What do you dislike about QuickMail?**

There are certain features that I use on Gmail such as hangouts that I wish it had. And do think in some ways Gmail is easier to use as people are already on the browser. Also, price could be cost prohibitive for some but I think it's worth the price!

Would strongly suggest using it!

Its primary focus is aiding in approaching potential clients in a quick and easy way. This in turn can help companies run more efficiently. Also, it alleviates the worry that people who unsubscribe will continue to get emails.

Add multiple email accounts to one dashboard. It has an excellent support team. Schedule email deliveries and times to send emails. Use the tool to set up marketing emails and social network emails.

I don't think there is any reason to dislike this.

It provides multiple autoresponders when you want to send auto-responses.

Quickmail is an excellent tool for professional cold emailers who want to tap into the granularity Quickmail offers. The functionality offered allows the user to select detailed sending times and allows the emailer to have a nice split of new prospects and follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about QuickMail?**

There's a learning curve. Personally, I didn't find it too bad, but an inexperienced cold emailer may struggle. In my opinion its well worth sticking through and using the support articles and messaging the support team as the power of quickmail hasn't been matched by any other tools I've used,

Use the trial and book a demo with one of the team and make sure to read the support articles. It's very intuitive once you're used to it.

We use quickmail for our agency, so from that perspective its the best tool we've used. It's easy to create multiple client accounts.

We're running email outreach via 50+ inboxes (30+ customers), and QuickMail works exceptionally well, with no hiccups or issues. We love the built-in warmup features and all the integration capabilities.

There's some room for improvement in QM's ability to pull out metrics via API to integrate them even more tightly with our workflow.

I get responses right back to me, they have a great Facebook users group, the founder does a podcast that is very helpful.  In fact, I have been on two support calls with the founder in person.  Not because there was an issue with the product, but because they knew I was a podcast listener and I had question.

We've been using QuickMail for more than five years. It's one of those tools that we don't like to talk about because we've been able to build a robust automation protocol that works and enables our sales team to scale up their contact with prospects. 

One important thing about having worked with QuickMail is that they don't want bad actors in their ecosystem. This has played out in multiple ways over time -- as an example, they were early to implement daily send limits to ensure that users weren't abusing the tool. Now, of course, that's common practice among email tools.

Good in-app mechanisms for maintaining do not contact requests that can be extended to a domain-level block (e.g. to prevent current clients from mistakenly being prospected).

The other interesting thing about QuickMail is that it's a robust tool built and supported by a small team. This means they can remain nimble as changes arise in the market.

**What do you dislike about QuickMail?**

- No API / CRM hooks / ability to do integrations other than via Zapier. 
- In app analysis is limited / inflexible to compare tests across multiple campaigns. 
- Current version of the platform no longer has the data concept of one person owning a prospect. This is solved by tagging a prospect to an owner.
