The customer support is great and Elaine is always so helpful in her responses when I reach out. She provides screenshots and step by step instructions on how to fix things or to set something up. I understand what it is but when this was first implemented, it was confusing. Also Journeys is confusing, again know what it means but confusing when this first started.
