What do you like best about Qualia?

I appreciate the ease of use and the seamless integration with other companies. The platform stands out for its accuracy and speed, and I have found the training provided to be very helpful. What do you dislike about Qualia?

The overall cost of the software is a concern for me, as is the requirement to meet a monthly order quota on Marketplace. I also find it challenging at times to locate information on specific topics within the knowledge base. It would be helpful if the document creation process were a bit more straightforward. Additionally, I wish there was an option to have certain files excluded from the monthly file count for accounting or quoting purposes. What do you like best about Qualia?

The main reason I don't just like Qualia, but truly love it, is because of how easy it is to use. The platform offers excellent workflow efficiencies, a high level of customization, and outstanding support and training resources, such as Qualia University and the Knowledge Base. What do you dislike about Qualia?

What do you like best about Qualia?

I like that Qualia offers two-way communication with our service providers. The integration is most useful with reconciliation and disbursements made through the escrow account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualia?

I believe there is room for improvement in some of the features within the custom reports. For instance, when retrieving information on past files—such as the Listing Agent (including all contact details) and the Selling Agent (representing the buyer)—I would appreciate it if the Qualia system offered more file-specific criteria. Having access to details like the transaction value or price, as well as the location of the sold property, would be very helpful. What do you like best about Qualia?

What do you dislike about Qualia?

I wish there was a dedicated email to the file so when we receive incoming emails related to the file, it could be imported automatically to the file. I also which there was a way to add a POC to a contact when someone else is communicating on behalf of a client that is not a POA. What do you like best about Qualia?

It’s simple to drag and drop documents into the file, which makes organizing paperwork much more efficient. I appreciate being able to see the activity for anything that has been generated for signing, as it helps me keep track of progress. Editing Word documents directly in Word is also very convenient. The smart tags feature has been invaluable for automatically populating information across other sections, such as Commitment and Policy. What do you dislike about Qualia?

They should incorporate Texas law to ensure that the Vendor's Lien is included when populating the insured mortgage description on LTPs for purchase transactions. When there are too many sellers for certain underwriters, it can create complications that prevent the policy from being generated in their system. In those cases, you have to manually create a file in the underwriter's portal to generate the policy there. Each integrated underwriter uses their own forms and has different labels for endorsements, so there is a lack of consistency. This means you have to stay vigilant and keep track of the specific requirements for each underwriter to minimize errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qualia?

With over 15 years of experience in this industry, I can say that Qualia is an outstanding closing software. It stands out as one of the top options available. Whether you are new to real estate or have years of experience, it proves to be an excellent choice all around. The tabs are straightforward and easy to navigate. We were able to integrate our existing processes at the firm and enhance them further with Qualia. It is always the first program I open on my computer. If Customer Support does not immediately have an answer, they follow up with an email and track the issue until a solution is found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualia?

Like with any new system, there have been some issues to address, and Qualia is no exception. I have observed its development from the beginning, and it has made significant progress over time. One feature that is still missing is an Amortization Schedule, which I have already requested. Having this built in would be very helpful when preparing owner financing documents, as it would eliminate the need to use a separate browser to access it for a transaction. Another unresolved issue I have encountered is that when opening a message from Marketplace through the bell notifications, it does not take you directly to the specific file. What do you like best about Qualia?

I love the Connect feature in Qualia because it provides a secure way for us to communicate with our customers. It also lessens the possibility of wire fraud or hackers obtaining sensitive client information. Additionally, it makes redundant tasks more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualia?

Their billing model. Billing per file and charging for every new update or feature is ridiculous. It was already an expensive program, and we feel there is no customer loyalty as there is never an improvement without a cash grab. Eventually, the program features won't justify the cost and we will be forced to search elsewhere. When we're being charged $65 a file and the standard attorney fee is only around $500 in South Carolina, it makes it difficult to keep justifying it financially. What do you like best about Qualia?

I use Qualia for title/escrow services, and I appreciate how easy it makes the entire process for both myself and our clients. I like that we can input our fees as they are shown on a lender's CD, which makes balancing easy and efficient. I also love the automatic population of addresses, complete with the county when typing in an address. These features ensure easy balancing and quicker turnaround for our clients. What do you like best about Qualia?

I like how I can track all of my escrows from start to finish and how it saves all my info without me having to save. I can rely on Qualia instead of checking with my escrow officers, so I have a clear look at what is funding soon. The initial setup of Qualia was extremely easy. What do you like best about Qualia?

What do you dislike about Qualia?

The Qualia email link at times does not work, which can be very frustrating. Also, having to adjust or edit documents through Word is inconvenient. Editing directly in the system would be much easier and faster. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have a space for renaming documents while uploading, instead of having to return to the file to find and rename the document afterward.
