What do you like best about Qualia?

I like that Qualia offers two-way communication with our service providers. The integration is most useful with reconciliation and disbursements made through the escrow account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualia?

I believe there is room for improvement in some of the features within the custom reports. For instance, when retrieving information on past files—such as the Listing Agent (including all contact details) and the Selling Agent (representing the buyer)—I would appreciate it if the Qualia system offered more file-specific criteria. Having access to details like the transaction value or price, as well as the location of the sold property, would be very helpful. What do you like best about Qualia?

Reconciliations are easy, and the automation around the Closing Disclosure is helpful. I also like the AI features for adding files and uploading the lender CD for input. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
