I like the ease of use and the fact that Qualia is browser-based, so I can access it from anywhere with a web browser. I also appreciate the support team; they're quick to respond and always looking for ways to improve. I've found it to be the best escrow program I've used out of the two I've tried over the last seven years. Qualia being browser-based means I don't need a VPN as long as I have internet, and it's really easy to use through Chrome, which is my preferred browser. I use the Connect feature a lot, which integrates with Microsoft Outlook, making it easy to upload documents or emails directly into Qualia. I also enjoy the auto draft emails that are specifically tailored to our team, which makes responding back to emails super convenient and quick. These features give me time back and reduce the need for additional steps, allowing me to access certain things directly from our file when responding to emails. One of the biggest pain points I have with Qualia is their accounting system. The ease of use is not as great as some of the other programs I've used. But they're constantly looking for ways to improve, and whenever I have an accounting issue, there's always someone to help me get it figured out. Another small issue is with document handling; it's a bit cumbersome to go into the folders to pull out and move documents. An easier way to move documents around would be nice. From ordering lien searches and surveys to submitting title commitments to the underwriter, the entire process is streamlined and efficient. One of my favorite features is the seamless FedEx integration for mail-away packages, which saves time and eliminates extra steps. Because the platform is cloud-based, I can easily access my files from anywhere, and the interface is intuitive enough that onboarding new team members is straightforward. It would be great to see Qualia bring that back and offer a seamless experience for managing remote closings. Having recordings and related documents stored directly within Qualia would make it even easier to keep everything organized in one place and eliminate the need to switch between platforms. Very accessible report(s) generation. Helps keep track of all tasks related to closing. Easily tracks accounting related reporting and lookup of information. Sometimes it is a little difficult on the user / buyer or seller - side. Older people or folks that are less computer savvy complain about having to complete the information, they don't understand how to get into it from the first email, etc. But that improved over time. One of the best features from an accounting standpoint is easily tracking "stale" checks and being able to regenerate / reissue new payments. As an escrow company our books have to be very very tidy end of each month. "Simple, Efficient, and Seamless—Qualia Delivers Every Day" 5/5 What do you like best about Qualia? What I like most about Qualia is how simple and efficient it makes everything. The software is genuinely easy to use, and integrating it into our workflow was straightforward. If you take the time to set it up properly from the start, everything just works seamlessly. Customer support has also been fantastic—any time I’ve run into a setup question or a glitch, they respond quickly and usually have an easy fix ready. I feel like Qualia is very user-friendly and easy to pick up. It's very logical and makes sense. I appreciate that it's technology forward and always adapting for our needs. The customer service is always listening to what we need and want, constantly changing and adapting. They release new technology updates about once a week, which I find really valuable. It's hard to think of it off the spot. Everything I've had an issue with Qualia seems to come up with. The only thing I could think about is Qualia's calendar needs to sync with other calendars.
