What do you like best about Quadient Inspire?

1. This tool can generate multiple formats of output (pdf, xml, csv, afp, etc) .

2. This tool can process multiple formats of input files (csv, txt, xml, etc).

3. It allows to generate customer output and tailor made solution as per client requirements as it has scripting options available at various stage of development.

4. The UI is easy to use and has all the required features in single screen.

5. Tool is easy to implement in any environment.

6. Tool is easy integrate as it has multiple data input and output options available.

What do you dislike about Quadient Inspire?

This tool helps me to easily design and generate output using script and logic implementation. The data reading process is very easy to manage as it allows easy variable management. I can generate tailor made solution for client with this tool as I can create any type of template and generate output in supported format. It can easily handle high volumes of data and provide consistent output. Quadient Inspire is making the migration from the legacy systems to this up to date tool very easy. It is dynamic and user friendly and secure tool. The user interface is really friendly for a developer to work on a workflow. Quadient Inspire provides almost all of the required stuffs prebuilt and ready to use in the form of modules which one can use to solve problems faster and more efficient way but if a problem seems not to be solved with the provided modules Quadient provides scripting and impositioning stuffs to make impossible possible. What do you like best about Quadient Inspire?

I am familiar with the Designer and Evolve products of Quadient Inspire at an advanced level. I have been using Designer for several years as part of my assignments. Once you have learned to master them, the products offer wide possibilities that competing document solutions do not offer (or only with additional difficulties). I will continue to use Quadient products without hesitation and I recommend them without hesitation. Moreover, the support team is great, thank you very much! What do you dislike about Quadient Inspire?

Among the disadvantages, I can only mention one: it's that the training sessions are long, Quadient's products are earned! The theoretical durations indicated in the training sessions are unfortunately far from the reality I observe in the field (several colleagues have taken 2 or even 3 times the necessary time).
