"Powerful, Scalable Quadient with a Great GUI and Top-Notch Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Quadient Inspire?

The best part is the GUI interface and the ability to add scripts in multiple places. Quadient enables us to create custom, tailor-made solutions using the predefined modules. It also has the ability to read almost all types of data files. It can be integrated with many external systems using scaler/automation/DC/etc. It is highly scalable and can handle high loads without affecting performance. The support provided by Quadient is top-notch: they offer one-to-one solutions and also have a university portal with answers to many common problems. I’m looking forward to using the new AI-enabled features in V17. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quadient Inspire?

I don’t have anything to dislike overall, but there are a few points worth highlighting. The licensing cost can be high for small businesses, and training for some modules may require technical expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless One-Ecosystem Template Reuse with Powerful Scripting in Quadient Inspire"
5/5
What do you like best about Quadient Inspire?

What I like most about Quadient Inspire is how seamlessly everything works together within one ecosystem—Designer, Interactive, and Scaler. You can build a template once and then reuse the same logic across batch, on-demand, and interactive channels without having to rebuild it.

I also really appreciate the scripting flexibility. When a client’s data is messy or the layout is tricky and needs to reflow cleanly across pages, Inspire gives you the level of control you need to solve it properly rather than relying on workarounds. It also stays reliable at scale, producing the same quality output whether you’re processing a handful of records or hundreds of thousands. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quadient Inspire?

One thing I find a bit frustrating is the support and feedback loop. When we run into an issue and post on the Quadient discussion forum, we don’t always get a timely response, so we end up stuck waiting or having to figure it out ourselves.

And it’s not only about problems. Sometimes we notice something that could genuinely be improved in the product, but there isn’t a clear or obvious place to share that kind of feedback or suggestion. As a result, those ideas often just stay with us instead of reaching the people who could actually act on them. A more responsive forum, along with a clearer channel for product feedback, would make a real difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ashlin Haley of Quadient Inspire

Ajay, thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on Quadient Inspire! We are thrilled to hear that Inspire helps you create complex and personalized customer communications at scale, and that you find the seamless ecosystem, usability, and powerful scripting capabilities beneficial for your work. Our University forum is an important part of how we help customers, and our product experts are committed to actively monitoring and responding to forum posts as quickly as possible. We recognize that there is always room to continue improving the experience and ensuring responses are as timely as possible. We also appreciate your point about product feedback. "Efficient Automation, Needs More Training Materials"
4/5
What do you like best about Quadient Inspire?

I use Quadient Inspire for workflow processing through automation, which has really helped streamline our process. Before, we had to run each file individually, but now we can process 12 to 25 files at a time using the data repeater model and run function. This has made a significant positive impact. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward for basic workflows, making it easy to get started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quadient Inspire?

I wish there were improvements in the CASS, NCOA, and presort modules. There needs to be more training videos that cover deeper options in Quadient Inspire, especially on data process models. It would be really helpful if they post more of these on Quadient University, including guidance on how to integrate the NCOA, CASS, and presort modules with other websites and how to import layers as one object for rendering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ashlin Haley of Quadient Inspire
