Some of the old functionality is missing, or upgrading causes a revisit of the old workflows. **What problems is Quadient Inspire solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a workflow, Generally, data files comes from our end customers and we load them into the database. We will review the data like finidng blanks or wrong date and then created appropriate Layout design using some exisitng tools in the market and finally generated print output. I stated earlier that there doesn't seem to be anything you can't do with Inspire. However, those downsides are that I do wish some more modules were created that would take away some of the complex scripting that we need. I sometimes worry about building a very complex workflow with a lot of code and nuances that another user coming after me may not understand. Quadient support is good for Inspire and their in-person training is excellent. **What do you dislike about Quadient Inspire?** The upgrade documentation, particularly for Interactive is badly written with many bespoke steps. Because our installation was customised by Quadient professional services, the upgrade to R15 did not go smoothly and we are told we should have used professional services to do the upgrade for us at additional cost. **What problems is Quadient Inspire solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Inspire to produce customer communications for Email and Print. It allows us to customise our workflow and share the authoring of document templates among a large team. ### 37. I can update phone numbers or web addresses or instructions or whatever in a single place and be confident that all letters using that information will be repopulated at the same time. **What do you dislike about Quadient Inspire?** Some of the most powerful features are hidden behind the scripting functionality. I'm not nearly a good enough programmer to get my hands wet there. **Recommendations to others considering Quadient Inspire:** Be sure you have a great grasp on what you want to create. Quadient works best when you build your master templates to handle ALL your letters, not for a subset of letters at a time. Find out what's in common with EVERY LETTER you send and build the master template from that. **What problems is Quadient Inspire solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm making communications more personalized without too much added effort.
