## Qstream Reviews
 ### 1. Qstream is a fantastic tool that I use for graduate coursework.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2021

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

It is easy to use and provides good data.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

I wish it was easier to upload participants.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Long term retention

 ### 2. NanoLearning + Actionable Analytics = GOOOOOOOOOOOAL!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johnny H. | Senior Learning Architect, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

From a learner's point of view, being able to take required compliance education in half the time and in one minute increments is a huge win. From an enterprise point of view, receiving detailed analytics not only on the learners, but on the questions themselves helps us refine our learning design as well as validate our results that are aligned toward strategic business initiatives.
However, the biggest win for us are the actionable analytics at a managerial level. When managers can see real-time data of their team members on compliance issues AND have tools at their disposal to quickly and easily reach out to their specific team members that are struggling or succeeding – it changes the conversation. Now, learning is not a "one-and-done" extra thing that needs to be checked off – rather, learning is now the means by which localized strategic change happens in real time. Learning is now an essential driver of business impacts.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

The user interface (UI) could benefit from some design love to make it not only look more up-to-date, but be more intuitive in terms of finding tools and features.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Look at the tool from multiple perspectives – learner, designer, business, frontline manager. Find out what the value propositions are of Q stream in each of these perspectives.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems we are solving for are:
- Decreasing risk and liability in compliance related issues
- Reducing seat time by over half for compliance courses
- Increasing learner engagement and retention of knowledge

Check out our results in our research brief at www.bit.ly/the-future-of-learning

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Thanks Johny, really appreciate the review. You are really maximising every part of Qstream for al the stakeholders in the learning ecosystem - engaging learners, helping them sustain knowledge, enabling managers to be better coaches, and getting an ROI on cost savings. Nice one!

 ### 3. an amazing compliance tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stuart R. | Director of Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

I like the fact that i can document learning. I do a lot of training for companies and Q-Stream allows me to reinforce the materials and document the fact that the information was retained. This is especially helpful with respect to workplace harassment claims. It is also an excellent tool for digitized coaching. Ryan Gottfredson,PHD, author of Success Mindsets and Ralph Campbell of Optimized Learning have used Q technology to create a tool to enhance people's positive mindsets. This demonstrates the flexibility of the Q platform.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

nothing at all; i have not experienced any problems

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Be creative

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Documentation of learning in situations where proving retention is beneficial. This works great in compliance

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Stuart, thanks for the review. Transparency on training activity and knowledge retention for complex subjects is invaluable, especially for compliance training.

 ### 4. Sales Training Reinforcement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

QStream motivated the sales force to want to engage by seeing their progress on the leaderboard and how they compared to peers. Our second QStream had far greater engagement because our participants grew to understand how it worked from their experience with our first project. Very positive comments from sales leadership that this helped reinforce product knowledge and sales campaigns that otherwise may not have been remembered.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Some of the FAQ's could be better explained so that when sent directly to the participants there would be greater clarity. Specifically on how points are awarded.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Based on our experience, QStream works very well for product knowledge learning retention. Far better than our former route of asking sales reps to be at home, online, taking a LMS generated post-training assessment. That was always "open book" and was a check the box exercise. QStream allows our sales reps to complete in the field, in between sales calls, on their mobile phones. And they get instant feedback to ensure better understanding and retention.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales Product knowledge and tool use reinforcement.

 ### 5. Great learning reinforcement tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The support from Qstream staff is invaluable. The gamification aspect is extremely engaging and the in-depth analytics is unmatched.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Lead time to add a Qstream is about 7 business days, I'd like to see an expedited process.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ebbinghouse's famous "Forgetting Curve". We have increased proficiency levels of our learning programs by an average of 28%!

 ### 6. Effective method for keeping team engaged and knowledgeable

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John H. | Associate Director, Medical Affairs, Pharmaceuticals, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

I really like the ability to have an active touch point with our field team that provides value and retention through evidence based methodology

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

I think there could be much more end-user control; utilizing manual imports of teams and not being able to remove employees/add employees ad-hoc without it affecting metrics can be frustrating

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

I think at the price point, Qstream is a no-brainer. The customer reps are extremely helpful and accommodating, despite the system requiring a lot of their attention for setup and implementation.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the manual methods to keep employees engaged and all the associated costs and resources that are saved from not having to manage that on our own. The benefits of the platform are definitely automation and ease of use.

 ### 7. Measuring & Improving Sales Effectivness

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul S. | Managing Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Supports the concept for the way people best learn through constant reinforcement and testing in a way that requires no more than 5 mins per day

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Can't think of anything right now as overall very good tool and service

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Qstream allows you a 360 view of who is not only able to learn but more importantly, who is willing to come out of their comfort zone and apply new ways of workings. It supports the concept for the way people best learn through constant reinforcement and testing. Allows you to work out more quickly who is in the bottom 20%, middle 60% & top 20% based on not only performance but also potential for you to then coach up/coach out or for the top 20%, set stretch goals.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows you to work out more quickly who is in the bottom 20%, middle 60% & top 20% based on not only performance but also potential for you to then coach up/coach out or for the top 20%, set stretch goals.
12 rResellers overall increased their spend with a IT Distributor by 23%

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Thanks for the review Paul! What a great result for the channel enablement customer you mentioned - 23% increase is a very nice ROI. Moving the middle sales performers too can give an exponential increase in overall revenue so good to hear you are finding it useful to determine where to focus coaching and enablement.

 ### 8. Qstream Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The ability of derive various insights from the dashboard, especially in terms of overall proficiency and egagement.
The availability of the the manager dashboard which allows managers to drill down on their direct report's performance, and send messages straight from the system.
The competition component which increases engagement among teams.
The support we receive from Sean LaBombard. I think Qstream for NACO would not have been as successful without the constant guidance and support from Sean.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Qstream has been working very well for us, but will think about this question a bit more. I will relay to Sean if I come up with something. Otherwise, Qstream has been a great tool and learning platform for NACO!

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Several training gaps

 ### 9. Great & engaging platform with positive feedback from the team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan M. | Senior Franchise Manager - MedSurg, Medical Devices, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Great way of increasing knowledge retention in an engaging and "non-threatening" way.
Also the level of support from the Qstream team is 1st class!

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

I really can't think of anything I dislike - they even were willing to change the colour scheme to match our corporate brand guidelines!!

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

If you have an issue reaching your teams, this is great non-intrusive way to increase touchpoints

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem was to maintain "touch-points" with the remote salesforce - Qstream worked perfectly in this regards

 ### 10. A Great Tool For Tackling Large-Scale Product Knowledge

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brody C. | Director of Innovation (Product Management & Marketing), Management Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The QStream platform is intuitive, collaborative, and visually engaging. Our organization has used QStream to combat the forgetting curve with our course content. I have personally seen it be used extensively for teaching and maintaining product knowledge or learning/practicing complex situations.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

I believe that as an organization QStream has gone through some difficult times from a direction standpoint. This appears to be under control as of 2019, but the direction of the product roadmap and the future of the features are still unknown. I'd like to see a more clear path forward from the organization on what the product is meant to be.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Make sure that you understand how you want to measure the objective prior to purchasing a solution.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize QStream as a sustainment solution for our clients as well as internally. Our course material can be difficult to retain as it's very heavy on behavior change. We use QStream's platform to continuously engage learners and check for incremental improvements overtime.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Thanks Brody - really helpful feedback and we'll be sure to pass these comments onto the relevant teams.

 ### 11. 3 years of excellent learning engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicholas H. | Group Services and Training Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Qstream has enabled us to carry forward our sales team's development plan with a greater understanding of their knowledge and also their coaching needs while providing one of the most engaging reinforcement platforms that we have experienced. The service that Qstream provide is exemplary, from the content creation assistance to the running and reporting.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

The only downside that I can see is that I have to create the questions for each Qstream, which takes me a great deal of thought, but this is my shortcoming and no fault of Qstream, but it is part of the process. Losing the Coaching hub was a disappointment as this, and its integration into salesforce, was going to form a strong foundation for our coaches to build upon. We have therefore had to come up with another solution which is not as effective as the coaching hub would have been.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

If you want to reinforce and follow up learning with a field sales team, then I have seen nothing better than Qstream to help you here. If you also want to do a one-off assessment of knowledge then using a "short" Qstream has proved invaluable, just prior to a classroom session, to ensure all needs are covered in the training session. The support that is given from the Qstream team is exceptional. I never have to wait long for a response to a question or for assistance when creating the content.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are currently developing our sales teams against set competencies and Qstream enables us to ensure that their knowledge is embedded and that their managers are given coaching prompts. Without the data provided by Qstream this task would be far more difficult and would also be less data driven and more anecdotal.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Nick, thanks for the continued support and the feedback. Glad to hear that engagement is remaining high and that you are using Qstream in different ways for continuous reinforcement but also to inform focus areas for classroom training with the turbo mode. I'll be sure to pass your comments along to the services and product teams.

 ### 12. Excellent reinforcement tool with excellent customer service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian G. | Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Qstream is very flexible in terms of the content we can put in to deliver to our clients for an outstanding learning and reinforcement experience.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Participants should receive an email when they have received feedback on their videos. Managers should be able to provide feedback and complete other management functions in the mobile app.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Do a discovery call with them. It will show you exactly if this is the product for you. They will show you the onboarding process and the features and patiently take time to answer all of your questions that are most applicable to your situation.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qstream helps us provide excellent pull-through and application with the sales and marketing teams we are coaching. It allows us to walk alongside our clients during the implementation and application phase, which clearly differentiates us from our consulting competition. Qstream truly helps to position us as a unique partner that provides practical application of content and processes we have brought to their sales and marketing teams.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Thanks for adding a review Brian! Pleased to continue to support your customer delivery and sales & marketing programs effectively. Thanks for the feedback on the video scenarios which I'll pass onto the product team.

 ### 13. It’s good learning system

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Sales reps can review important our product related questions based on ebbinghous forget low.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

We have to submit Q&A on time. If we can manage Q&A anytime, we can get more flexibility.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly, our product information. Sales reps can refresh their knowledge with Qstream.

 ### 14. QSTREAM is great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

QSTREAMS are easy to create and administer.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

There's always room for improvement in the UI department ...

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

QSTREAM is easy - just try it out and you'll see

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QSTREAM is a great tool for pull-through / reinforcement.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Thanks Adam! Your feedback is welcome as always. The spacing and testing effects built into the algorithm to repeat and asses knowledge and skills are fundamental.

 ### 15. Qstream for Life Sciences

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark C. | Director of Marketing & New Business, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Ease of use and time spaced learning. Qstream also provides a great deal of support to its partners. Pricing is simple and straight forward and allows us to focus on implementation with our clients and not haggling on cost per user.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Communication templates and plans should be baked into the product, not separate documents or PDFs.. Relying on customers to internally share all the instructions and key dates can be challenging.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Work with your customers to plan to timing and question frequency well in advance.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knowledge retention. Life science companies spend a lot on home-study and workshops. After these are over they need tools like Qstream to ensure that the learners can recall all the has been learned quickly. Clients love the reporting features to quickly see what areas need further training and do deep dives.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Mark, appreciate the review! Thanks for the suggestions too which will be passed onto the product team.

 ### 16. Paycor & Phil, LOVE Qstream!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phillip M. | Principal Sales Learning Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

As a sales organization that takes learning very seriously, our ability to blast out actionable and valuable, bite-sized learning to a busy salesforce is awesome. Qstream enables us to gamify, turn learning into a contest and make it fun as well as productive!

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Nothing comes to mind that's a major dislike. More reporting visibility on the back-end, perhaps benchmarking analytics against Salesforce performance to tie Qstream learning to sales results in greater detail. We'd have a huge ROI if we could do that. Beyond that Qstream is perfect.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Have a strong handle on what you want to accomplish, from there Qstream takes care of the rest!

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Micro-learning for our associates, both sales and non-sales. We're also making learning fun. Finally, we're tackling product and process related learnings and bettering our associates in doing so.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Thanks for the shout out Phil! Good suggestions - appreciate the insight.

 ### 17. Great bite sized learning sustainment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marty B. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The fact it was so easy to fit into my day and it challenged me to think which then made me more aware of what I needed to know and apply.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Only thing I can think of is sometimes the screen does not accommodate all of the information in the question so it is difficult to digest. I also think some further follow-up on areas of need or misunderstanding would be valuable.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My understanding of how to incorporate coaching behaviors into every day situations...that it is not a scheduled event.

 ### 18. Our customers love Qstream

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eliseo M. | Business Coach, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Qstream is an actionable tool for assessing skill gaps, reinforcing knowledge and coaching on-the-job. Very valuable for field sales but getting also lots of traction from HR for other application areas.
For participants, the leaderboard has a very stimulating effect, boosting engagement and adoption. For managers, the most striking feature is the hit map with the initial and current level of proficiency.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Navigation has improved with the latest user interface but I still sometimes lose my way between the frontline manager view, the dashboard...

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing/avoiding the forgetting curve
Getting sales out of the field for trainings -> on-the-job learning
Not able to measure the impact of learning programs

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Eliseo, really helpful feedback, thanks! Good to see you are using the full feature set on top of the knowledge and skill reinforcement for learners. The manager dashboard and heatmaps are really popular to enable managers to be better coaches for each individual. If you need a refresher on the navigation, please contact your client services consultant who can give you a walk-through of the screens.

 ### 19. Qstream an Effective and Fun Way to Reinforce Training Content

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Qstream has been an incredibly effective way to reinforce our training content following our live workshops and it's been wildly popular among our clients ever since we implemented it. The competition aspect drives high engagement, and the managers love the robust reports. I've also been impressed with the very responsive customer service reps at Qstream, who consistently answer questions with detailed explanations, in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

There is really not much to dislike with Qstream, but it would be helpful if there was a way for administrators to log in as a particular user to see that user's "view" when trying to answer a question or troubleshoot an issue.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a professional training & education firm whose main product is live training workshops, one of the challenges has traditionally been getting the content to "stick" after the workshop. Participants tend to move on quickly and forget what they learned, falling back into bad habits. With Qstream, the content instead remains front & center for weeks and months following the workshop. In turn, clients are more likely to see our training as effective and worthwhile, which often leads to more business.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Good to hear you are seeing long term retention through Qstream and it's helping to drive business. Thanks for the feedback - I'll be sure to pass that along.

 ### 20. Good tool overall

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2020

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Good for quick way to retain knowledge and like the app.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

The reporting functionality could be a little easier to use.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Retaining knowledge after in person trainings. Helps sales reps to retain knowledge and they get very competitive over it.

 ### 21. QStream helps build skills

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charles R. | Company Wide Training Manager, Construction, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The Qstream process was very easy, and support was excellent. Most importantly, our users liked it and successfully enhanced the skills they learned in class.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

I am not sure that I would say that we disliked any part of the experience. Perhaps the ability to accelerate the question delivery for those who procrastinated to allow them to finish.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

My only concern was with our folks willingness to participate, but they did and really enjoyed it. Ultimately, the proof was in the skills improvement results.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Live training can be very effective, but with any new skill, repetition and practice is necessary. Qstream allows the learner to thoughtfully practice their skills in an engaging way and improves the ROI on the learning event.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Thanks Charles, great to hear you are getting healthy engagement and tangible results. I suggest to talk to your Qstream client services contact to talk about the question spacing and timing options - they are always there to help with questions like this.

 ### 22. Qstream is an OUTSTANDING Innovative Mobile Effective Training Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Qstream is so easy to implement and train a vast group of colleagues globally in a fun, efficient positive manner. I love the concept of reinforcing the learning by asking the question twice, mixing in some timed questions, getting positive competition going and really supporting so many diverse ways to teach a topic. The accessibility on the mobile devices is a huge benefit indeed !

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Only downside is to make sure you, as an administrator, have an accurate distribution list because you will hear it if you leave a colleague out of the game and they wanted to get points for their team :)
You can always add them in later so that's good.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Its so reasonable and what you get in return is so worth every investment !

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many benefits include, training a global force remotely, identifying specific areas for additional training, sending fun prizes to winners.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Wow! Thanks for the shout out. In addition to the built in features to engage learners, it sounds like you're doing a great job to get your global work force involved, responding and learning - nice!

 ### 23. QStream as a reinforcement tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt F. | Director of Sales Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

We love the ability to create quizzes and tests on newly trained topics or items needing reinforcement. The dashboards to track results and trends is excellent as well.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

The interface could be a bit cleaner, but that is really nitpicking. Less clicks to accomplish the same tasks would be welcomed.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to test for understanding outside of actual use and waiting for sales results helps put a step in place to identify weaknesses earlier.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Thanks for the review Matt. Good to hear you are using Qstream as an early or leading indicator of knowledge and proficiency gaps for your sales team. Good to get ahead or any weaknesses and support the team before end of quarter or yearly performance results. Thanks also for the UI feedback - I will pass that along to the product team.

 ### 24. Orla Wall- Quality Manager

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Quirky, generates lots of interest ,Love the competitive edge that it brings out in teams
Enlightening as in its a very successful way in knowledge retainment.
The downloadable Graphs are a great aid in reviewing understanding and interest and competency in the topic.Altogether a brilliant and well received educational tool.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Sometimes the questions would freeze in time if they were not answered within a timeframe. The leadership board should have a mechanism to hide/unhide results

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

try it out and modify to your requirements

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it to reinforce knowledge especially after having expensive training carried out.A summarised MC Information set can be regurgitated and brought into meetings with customers so that the knowledge associated with that particular customer presentation is at their fingertips and our sales force feel extra confident in communicating the sale

 ### 25. Excellent support from the Stream Team and a great product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Qstream provides an opportunity to refresh on Sales' skills with product messaging, positioning and differentiation;. The explanation of the answers also offers the ability to learn more. We have used Qstream to provide new information to our Sales Team.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Some of the metric reporting on performance of the participants is not intuitive and the ability too drill down in the data is sometimes a bit awkward.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

It is a great platform to work with from a product standpoint as well as a support standpoint.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Wear re able to reinforce the product features/benefits/value with a consistent message to the global sales team. The we want to provide some additional new information, the Qstream platform works well.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Thanks for taking the time to add a review.

 ### 26. Qstream provides flexible reinforcement and training delivery

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

We like that Qstream can be used to both reinforce the key elements of a previously delivered training event/program, and we've also found value in using the tool to be the actual delivery channel for some training topics. The flexibility to do this is very valuable.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

I don't dislike anything about the tool, but a potential area of improvement would be an admin interface where we could be more self sufficient building/updating questions and making adjustments to participant rosters.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem solved is our previous gap in a mobile accessible tool to deliver microlearning content in a non-intrusive format to our field based Sales teams. Another key benefit we've seen is the engagement of Sales management using the tool to coach their teams.

 ### 27. Qstream Innovation

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2018

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The best part of Qstream is how I can measure the proficiency of my audience over time and target where additional training interventions need to occur.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

I wish there was a web based interface where I could launchand run my own streams instead of going through a person to get it all set up., It would be much more efficient for me to control that myself. I'd also like that platform to show me how many streams I have left per my subscription. It would make the administration of Qstream much easier.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are attempting to increase efficiencies with a new approach to how we expect people to behave and make decisions. Qstream helped us address these new performance initiatives.

 ### 28. Excellent tool for follow-up and strengthen the learning for sales people

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Since the questions are repeated, including explanations and figures, the tool "forces" the participants to repeat the messages and main topics and by this enhance the learning.
It is easy to set up and the Qstream team offers excellent support!

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

The Roster file was a bit complicated to understand, but with help from Leigh it was no real challenge.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

It is an easy way to engage and strengthen the learning. Excellent support offered by the Qstream team.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are launching a new webex learning program and use Qstream to engage the participants and monitoring the knowledge development of the sales team.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Appreciate the review - thanks! Great that you are finding Qstream helpful to support your sales training and development program success!

 ### 29. Improved Sales Results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

I have used Qstream for almost 5 years in two different companies. There is so much flexibility depending on your needs. We have used the "Lightning" round when we want a quick way to test for knowledge. We use the traditional Qstream when we want to review new product knowledge where they see the questions several times to increase retention. It has been used for review of pre-work and post-work review after a sales meeting. The sales representatives love the competitiveness of the Leader-board. We have had competitions between the sales regions and individual competitions and it is always talked about for weeks afterwards on how fun and engaging Qstream is. They love our Qstream Challenges!

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

There are no downsides to using Qstream,, none at all. There is a tremendous amount of data available from our Qstream Challenges for our sales managers to review and provide individual coaching but the coaching rarely or never happens. Sales managers get too busy to provide the coaching with the data that is available. I love the data but am frustrated that the data is not used for a coaching opportunity.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What gets measured gets done at our company. Our sales reps are better prepared and taking each Qstream seriously because of the Leader-board or rankings. They are learning the material and looking to always place in the top ten. We have found that the sales reps are studying and learning the material because they know they will be getting a Qstream to measure their knowledge.

 ### 30. Qstream - an excellent game based way to help your salesforce and marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

I love the idea that sales reps can learn by playing, competing and having fun. Qstream allows this and helps learners cement the knowledge they would otherwise would struggle to retain.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Nothing is an issue except turnover of account managers at the company

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working on helping sales organization cement information that marketing teams are launching

 ### 31. So easy and seamless!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emma H. | Senior Change and Process Management Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

I love how easy it is to set up our QStream. It's the perfect way to engage our sales team while they are on the go.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Sometimes there are too many clicks to get to a specific screen or perform a specific action.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales continuous training--we frequently test our sales teams to ensure they know updates and changes when interacting with customers.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Thanks for the review Emma!

 ### 32. Great experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Fantastic support, received in all phases of the QStream. Excellent overview of all performances, great insight on what is understood and what is not from the participants

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Some reporting features are not easy to understand (but, luckily, the human support help solved all issues)

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With QStream we have understood which are the topics that are more difficult to be understood by our sales force, and we have understood how to shape the agenda of next trainings. Further, those who have not participated or participated only partially, gave us a clear indication on their lack of proactivity, that will be discussed with their managers during next calls.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Thanks for taking the time to add a review. We're happy to hear that you are finding the proficiency gap insights helpful to inform future program needs and to focus coaching efforts. Plus, it sounds like you are the using the engagement insights to engage your sales force which is great. The client services team can continue to support any reporting queries and get you more familiar with how to best use these features.

 ### 33. Useful tool and great team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

We've been using the QSTREAM tool for a short period of time, but the team (in special, Yasmin Bilimoria) has been great and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

No major issues. The "Insights" page for administrators is quite helpful but I believe it could be more user-friendly.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using the platform to help with microlearning and training. As mentioned before, we've been using it for a short time, but we believe it will be incredibly helpful.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Nice shout out for Yasmin! And thanks for the review :-)

 ### 34. Qstream Experience

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The customer service we receive from our rep - fast, friendly, reliable.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Need for more in-depth reporting tools from Insights Page.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Make sure you have executive leadership to improve adoption.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qstream helps us make sure reps are engaged in training throughout the quarter, and not just at in-person training. We've noticed a significant shift in retention.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Thanks for your review. You raise a good point on gaining executive sponsorship from the outset. This is key to program success and engagement. Executive sponsors also benefit from the rich analytics that identify proficiency gaps so they know where to focus training and development resources.

 ### 35. Use of Qstream for medical education in infectious diseases

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Flexibility in delivery of content to residents and fellows who have a busy schedule and are able to do board review on their own schedule

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Learning curve for entry of data and questions that takes a while to become efficient at

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Novel way to deliver medical education in asynchronous ways

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> We appreciate the feedback! A reminder that you can tap into the client services and support team if you need any refresher tips on content creation.

 ### 36. Good at quizzing, but limited in scope

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chester L. | VP of Commercial Sales and Sales Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2018

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Our sales reps really like the built-in competition. We give prizes regularly for the top ranked ones.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

The UI for managing users and adding new questions is really clunky, old-school. You can't even change a question type from single-choice to multiple-choice. You have to make a new question in another browser tab and cut and paste the question and answers from one tab to another. It's those niggly things that take away from what is an excellent end-user experience.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Consider whether you only want a quizzing tool or a more full-featured enablement platform. That's a choice you need to make for your own organization. Can't generalize about that.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making sure reps are up to date with new product or competitive information and feeding it to them bit by bit. It doesn't solve the bigger problems about enablement, meaning verifying they are actually competent on a subject matter.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. All noted on the UI and question set up and this feedback will be helpful input for the product team.

In the meantime, please reach out to your client services contact so they could give some tips and best practices to help you smooth out some of the admin processes.

When it comes to verifying competency in the field, scenario-based questions are recommended to simulate real-life sales situations and can indicate whether a sales person can think critically and apply their knowledge. Overlaying proficiency intel on those questions or topics from Qstream with productivity and performance data from your CRM or sales performance system such as Salesforce.com can build a better profile of competency and impact on results.

Your Qstream client services contact would be happy to work with you to set up question content, tagging and reporting to get deeper competency intel you are after.

 ### 37. Excellent microlearnig platform used to training reinforcement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The competitive aspect that keeps learners engaged (Leaderboard)
The repeat of questions if learner does not get it right
Point system!

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Immediate response option by administrator or SME

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training reinforcement - people forget what they have learnt very soon and this helps reinforce concepts

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Thanks for leaving a review - good to hear your learners are engaged through the point system and leaderboard features. Engagement is crucial to the process

 ### 38. Excellent Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Our clients love Qstream! I am always hearing feedback that it is a great help for our users as a sustainment tool. I love it because it is easy to use!

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Nothing comes to mind. Plus our Account manager, Sean, is an immense help whenever I have a question or need help!

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

I don't have any at this time but will share if I do!

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We tend to use this tool as sustainment and it greatly helps with users' retention.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Really appreciate the 10 out of 10! Thanks! We have always been true to keeping Qstream frictionless for learners to get and stay engaged - great that your customers are finding it easy to use, yet valuable in sustaining critical knowledge.

 ### 39. Qstream drives appropriation

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oleg G. | Руководитель проектов, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Versatile: convenience and direct access to reps while progressing. The interface is instinctive and ready to be cooperated with in speedy additions as opposed to long elearning.

Instructing: gives coordinate bits of knowledge into who is adapting and who isn't so enablement endeavors can be engaged.

Gamification: gets reps associated with ways that keep it fascinating while at the same time acquiring components of rivalry.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Authorizing: we got to qstream through Growthplay so just approached restricted highlights. Might want to see this broadened with the goal that we could really encounter the majority of the qstream benefits.

Announcing: we just approached a portion of the reports so would have jumped at the chance to see more detail and can make custom reports.

Content Creation: we were not ready to make our own inquiries and streams yet needed to depend on the outside group. Self-creation and self-coordinated streams would have been best.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Qstream is awesome when utilized for fortification of preparing directed. Particularly when that preparation is point by point or complex, Qstream will insert key ideas and drive selection while guaranteeing reps are collaborating.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are utilizing Qstream to insert key learnings around deals approach in all our go to advertise groups.

 ### 40. Richard Kingston is a god send!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The program is easy to use and easy to administer. I like the way its so simple but yet has powerful metrics behind it. Richard our customer success manager is always on hand to support us in getting the most value from the tool.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

I think there should be more question types. I feel this is currently limited.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

MOre questions options

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales capability is improving with this tool.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Hey there, we think so too! And even better that you are seeing improvements in sales capabilities. Thanks for the suggestion on question types which the product team will be happy to get input on. If you have specific question types in mind let Richard know so we can capture your needs in detail.

 ### 41. Optimizing Learning

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

How information is spaced out in the just the right intervals for optimizing learning gains.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Information can't be uploaded into the system. All questions still take manual input. Others have automated this.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

Be clear of what you want to use it for. All the analytics are not always necessary and depend on what an employer's needs are.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mitigating the forgetting curve. Increased test scores, retention and reinforcement of learning concepts.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Your feedback is much appreciated and I'll be sure to pass the suggestions onto the product team.

 ### 42. Increase Engagement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The increased engagement and ability to provide coaching remotely has helped to reinforce messaging and provides managers a platform to coach their teams remotely.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

It is difficult to hold managers accountable to coaching their teams, and there have been a number of technical issues with using the iPhone app.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reinforcing key concepts and showing best demonstrated practices.

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Thanks for taking the time to give your feedback. Enabling managers with insights on knowledge gaps and surfacing coaching recommendations can really accelerate employee performance. You can see coaching recommendations clicked/actioned to get an indication of which managers are acting on this intel - I suggest to contact your client services manager to show you this data and also to see if they can help you with the mobile app.

 ### 43. Features and benefits

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jerry E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2018

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

The dashboard which able to capture the progress of the team performance and the coaching tool that can directly link to the specific individual . This help the manager to coach the individual in specific area to improve on. The Dashboard is good to measure and identify the individual that has weakness in which area. This also enable us to distinguish whether this is a general issue across the team or a rare case specific to that individual. This can tell us if the content or training method need to be improved in order to improve the learning and knowledge of the sales team.
The user tagging is very good to have a deep dive analysis to understand more on the user behaviour and team performance so that we can identify the top performer vs those that have gap that required more support to help them to improve further.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

I still not sure on how the campaign being set up and it is a little confusing when I tried to get a deep dive

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

To map out your requirement in order to have this truly help to achieve the goal.
Incorporate gamification and internal challenge for prizes in order to increase the engagement from users.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are trying to focus in the following:
1. Retain the knowledge after the training
2. To capture what's working and what's not working so that we can improve the training content, material, technique and method in the future

 ### 44. A great tool for learning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2018

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

I like the delivery schedule settings and reporting the best. I like how an admin can adjust the frequency and the rules for repetition. The reporting is very useful. It helps provide a glance at engagement and progress.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

I wish there was a way to change the delivery schedule settings after a Qstream launches. Once you launch a Qstream, your participants are stuck with the settings you've set. It would be nice to be able to increase the number of questions being delivered after a certain time period to allow slackers to catch up and finish with the cohort.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using Qstream to reinforce learning of changes happening in the company or in their role. The way a Qstream question can get mastered and retired is very effective. I like how the retirement of a question is up to each individual's skill level.

 ### 45. Qstream delivers on its promises

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Qstream provides excellent service on a promise to reinforce learning and provide data and competitiveness among learning staff.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Would like to be more efficient in assembling questions. This is not on QStream, rather internal opportunity.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reinforcing our learnings as a sales organization

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Appreciate the review! Remember that client services are on hand to help enable and train your internal teams on best practices for content creation so they can ramp up quickly,

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Flexiblility, spacing methodoogy, multidevices update service, online Dashboard, insights analysis

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Excell report download, no major problem , sometimes visualisation problem for vidéos

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Portable training for Sales Reps with Internal challenge and Knowledge KPI increase

**Official Response from Meredith Odgers:**

> Appreciate the review - thanks! Will be sure to pass this feedback along to the services and product teams.

 ### 47. Directed Learning that is FUN and ENGAGING!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2018

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Easy to use, quick and a fun element. Also, ability to change the themes of Qstreams periodically. We launch next week, but like that it will be an additional training element to reinforce key items. We will also make it competitive which the groups will respond favorably to.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Not all the way sure yet, maybe ability to do video answers back? We launch for the first time next week.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are merging two business units together, so we are building 1 group. We want the groups to learn about one another. We will also use Qstream to reinforce training from Global Commercial (Sales) Meeting as well as other learning initiatives. It gives another platform for adult learning, "microburst" training.

We launch Qstream next week as the first week.

 ### 48. Really good for Sales team and great support!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2019

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

It's easy to use and the team are always so helpful and happy to make any changes required!

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

There is nothing I dislike about Qstream.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qstream allows us to test the Sales team on their knowledge and reinforce key benefits and features.

 ### 49. Great tool to ensure reps know what they should know

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2018

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

Easy for users to adopt. The teams really like it, especially the competitive aspect of it.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

Video coaching is still immature. You can't have multiple reviewers, you can't customize the areas for feedback and you can't make a user redo it.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qstream has helped us to ensure our reps are knowledgeable about topics we have covered in calls, training and other mediums. This reinforcement is the key value we put on Qstream.

 ### 50. Qstream Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Veterinary | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2018

**What do you like best about Qstream?**

I like that we can view the engagement and proficiency of our field team. This provides coaching opportunities by our direct managers as well as our professional experts that help the team.

**What do you dislike about Qstream?**

It would be nice to have some of the same functionality on the app with viewing the team's scores/engagement. The app experience is good for answering questions, but not as a manager.

**Recommendations to others considering Qstream:**

There are many opportunities to use this tool to bring the level of knowledge up with your team. This is really easy for the end user to do and to learn. I wished it was a little easier for the admin side, but the end result for the field team is all that matters.

**What problems is Qstream solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are working to educate our team on the different technical aspects of our products. We will start to work on the sales aspect of our business to improve those parts of our team.
