What do you like best about QReserve?

The scheduling of rooms and desks has been a useful and innovative tool to use in my daily work, I have improved in the organization of meetings by being able to schedule each time and date of each one with a calendar and thus have order. I like the ease of access with the app or the computer as it allows me to connect from anywhere I am. It has been a new system where I improve my quality of work in terms of time and be able to confirm, attend, cancel or reschedule meetings easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QReserve?

The online editor collapses and does not make the changes that are being made in real time immediately, many times I have had to make the change and wait a few minutes for it to accept the changes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QReserve?

I like being able to see what time machines in the lab are available. The system also allows me to book and cancel time with any lab resource from any web browser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QReserve?

The interface is clunky. The bookings you've made aren't immediately clear on the dashboard and it can be difficult to visualize time booked for a resource, especially on mobile. It would be great if this service had an app and could send notifications about bookings. It would also be great to have a waitlist feature in case someone cancels their booking. What problems is QReserve solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, certain resources were used first-come, first-served. This caused difficulties when many lab users planned to use a resource on the same day. QReserve allows the entire lab team to plan out when they can use each lab resource. Additionally, QReserve keeps a record of what resources are being used for, how long, and for what projects, which can be helpful when deciding if more resources are required in the lab.
