The scheduling of rooms and desks has been a useful and innovative tool to use in my daily work, I have improved in the organization of meetings by being able to schedule each time and date of each one with a calendar and thus have order. I like the ease of access with the app or the computer as it allows me to connect from anywhere I am. It has been a new system where I improve my quality of work in terms of time and be able to confirm, attend, cancel or reschedule meetings easily.

I like being able to see what time machines in the lab are available. The system also allows me to book and cancel time with any lab resource from any web browser.
