What do you like best about Qondor?

I like the possibilities to create good offers which looks professional out to the end user. It is easy to learn, easy to use and gives our clients a great overview. The Qondor team is always ready to help which is a great advantage.

The implementation of the system is done in no time, always with support and we did receive e-mails from Qondor asking how everything is working out for us during the process.

Qondor is excellent when it comes to the features, as you can create offers, invoices, reports and forms in a number of ways, all in one system. Not to forget the possibility to send the clients program directly to their phones! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qondor?

What do you like best about Qondor?

How it simplifies and streamlines our workflow. It provides a centralized platform for managing offers, participant lists, daily schedules, and even integrates seamlessly with our invoicing system. The user-friendly interface and flexibility of the software make it easy to customize to our specific needs, while the professional and visually appealing offers we can create impress our clients. What do you dislike about Qondor?

I’m not dissatisfied with anything, but one improvement that could be appreciated is the ability to send evaluation forms to travelers after their trip. What do you like best about Qondor?

The platform is intuative and reliable for users, with lots of features to provide clear and accurate client offers and finance visibilty.

Qondor provides a central point for all project data with easy access for live business reporting, available at the touch of a button.

The Qondor support team are very responsive and supportive.

What do you dislike about Qondor?

I would like to see an improved user management feature including: user name search, more visibilty of user activity for administrators and better access to billing details.

A wider range of offer output formats is essential to ensure we can use the platform across all of our clients. Currently we are limited to the number of users who can work on the system due to client format specifications. This could be increased if there was greater flexibility and customisation availble for the offer outputs, allowing us to: more easily provide the offers in the format our clients dictate and integrate with their budget tracking platforms such as Cvent. What do you like best about Qondor?

Qondor houses practically all operational tools in one place.

You can create your offer/contract in the tool and keep your budget up to date.

Furthermore you can include the lines from your budget straight into your invoice and follow up on all costs and invoiced items easily in the Ledger.

To make your life even easier, the registration website can also take lines from your offer/budget and create an automated invoice. And on top of that the mobile program is available with smooth integration!

The tool is very user friendly, so that everyone can easily work with it. From creating the offer, the website, ... to creating an invoice and closing off your project!

What do you dislike about Qondor?

The registration tool works great, but does not have all the functions from other tools (that are harder to work with and more expensive as well). But Qondor keeps on developing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qondor?

The best thing about Qondor is the friendly and accommodating staff, both in support and contact. The system is easy to use and easy to learn, while also offering many features we didn't even know we needed. It gives us the opportunity to be creative with our quotes, programs, and forms, and we appreciate that it is constantly being developed with new features that facilitate our work. What do you dislike about Qondor?

Currently, we do not need the invoice part as it is not compatible at the level we desire with our back office system. It's unfortunate that Qondor cannot be used for surveys and selection of booth space, budgeting, programs with parallel sessions, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qondor?

Qondor is a full service provider for us and includes a lot of features. Great customer support and implementation from our dedicated customer success manager. Several possible integrations and even more possibilities with their API (Power BI for example). Great help site and demo/intro videos. The system is now in use everyday for most of our employees. It makes my workday go by so much easier and smoother, great support if needed, all in all a great system!

I use it everyday, without Qondor my effectiveness would go down a lot!

What do you like best about Qondor?

That Qondor has a vast set of tools within its software, it allows you the freedom to do all your tasks within one application. The customer success manager we dealt with was professional and assisted with every question and assisted with training with regular check-ins. What do you dislike about Qondor?

The challenges regarding participant handling. Lack of import feature to existing participants is my biggest issue.

The lack of customization of programs, emails and offers to stand out is also a issue.
