Qondor provides a central point for all project data with easy access for live business reporting, available at the touch of a button. The Qondor support team are very responsive and supportive. The development team are constantly looking to improve and add features based on industry needs, maintaining a clear line of communication with us to ensure important needs are prioritised. **What do you dislike about Qondor?** I would like to see an improved user management feature including: user name search, more visibilty of user activity for administrators and better access to billing details. A wider range of offer output formats is essential to ensure we can use the platform across all of our clients. Currently we are limited to the number of users who can work on the system due to client format specifications. This could be increased if there was greater flexibility and customisation availble for the offer outputs, allowing us to: more easily provide the offers in the format our clients dictate and integrate with their budget tracking platforms such as Cvent. **What problems is Qondor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qondor is primarly used in the BCD UK region for project budgeting and finance support. Where previously, budgets have been produced using Excel or outdated propriotory tools, making reporting very cumbersome, labour intensive and unreliable. By aligning the majority of our operations teams on the same system, we can ensure consitency of budget production, accurate reporting and reduce the number of working hours spent on finance reporting across the business. ### 2. Offer is nice **What do you dislike about Qondor?** The challenges regarding participant handling. Lack of import feature to existing participants is my biggest issue. The lack of customization of programs, emails and offers to stand out is also a issue. And, the policy that Qondor feels they have to protect the user from making mistakes, and therefor limiting the options for power users that know what they are doing. **What problems is Qondor solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qondor is helpful of centralizing prices and offers, and is a step up from Excel/powerpoint ### 3. As it is perfectly tailored to the MICE industry, Qondor helps us with time-consuming tasks like registration management, quoting, and customer communications, helping our team work smarter and more efficiently. **What do you dislike about Qondor?** We desperately miss features like mobile apps for participant interaction, polls, and real-time feedback during events. **What problems is Qondor solving and how is that benefiting you?** It provides us with clear proposals, participant registration, and customer communication.
