A wider range of offer output formats is essential to ensure we can use the platform across all of our clients. Currently we are limited to the number of users who can work on the system due to client format specifications. This could be increased if there was greater flexibility and customisation availble for the offer outputs, allowing us to: more easily provide the offers in the format our clients dictate and integrate with their budget tracking platforms such as Cvent. Where previously, budgets have been produced using Excel or outdated propriotory tools, making reporting very cumbersome, labour intensive and unreliable. By aligning the majority of our operations teams on the same system, we can ensure consitency of budget production, accurate reporting and reduce the number of working hours spent on finance reporting across the business. Lack of import feature to existing participants is my biggest issue. The lack of customization of programs, emails and offers to stand out is also a issue. And, the policy that Qondor feels they have to protect the user from making mistakes, and therefor limiting the options for power users that know what they are doing.
