They all speak the same language. And are constantly reinforcing the skills and behaviors to be successful. The team is more prepared to handle the client, no matter what they throw at them. People perform better when they know what to do, and have confidence in what to do. **What do you dislike about PS Principles Skill Development Platform?** The UI of the first version of the skills portal was a bit cluncky. The newer version of the portal UI is much improved. **What problems is PS Principles Skill Development Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted a common framework for the team. The platform is unique in that it is a skills practice framework, not just a simple training program. We liked the wholistic approach to practicing the consulting/project skill sets here. Every experience logged in the program is an opportunity to reflect and identify where a skill improved the delivery of a result, or where we can adjust using specific skills in the future. **What do you dislike about PS Principles Skill Development Platform?** I've experienced no downside that I can't trace to an internal resistance. Returning to the sports/fitness analogy, one needs to commit to action to experience the benefit. **What problems is PS Principles Skill Development Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** It reinforces the use of skills as a set I've previously known but kept each skill in isolation. PSCC is a great way to learn them. **What do you dislike about PS Principles Skill Development Platform?** There isn't much to dislike. If anything, I would rename principle five to not use an acronym. The PSCC console takes a little time to learn, but it is very effective. **What problems is PS Principles Skill Development Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** The focus on understanding how the sales process is messy and adapting as I learn what "Done" looks like has helped create clarity for projects.
