The team has a defined framework for their consulting practice. They all speak the same language. And are constantly reinforcing the skills and behaviors to be successful. The team is more prepared to handle the client, no matter what they throw at them.

What do you dislike about PS Principles Skill Development Platform?

The UI of the first version of the skills portal was a bit cluncky. The newer version of the portal UI is much improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PS Principles Skill Development Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted a common framework for the team. The platform is unique in that it is a skills practice framework, not just a simple training program. We liked the wholistic approach to practicing the consulting/project skill sets here. As with any discipline (sports or fitness as examples), it's all about practice and honing skills through thoughtful repetition. PS Principles provides a framework to act, react, review, and analyze how techniques and engagements are applied. Every experience logged in the program is an opportunity to reflect and identify where a skill improved the delivery of a result, or where we can adjust using specific skills in the future.
